In this paper, a wideband variable-gain amplifier (VGA) in CMOS for ultra wideband (UWB) system is designed. The operation frequency of the VGA is 4.2-4.8GHz, and the gain is continuously adjustable between 0 and 30dB. Cascaded Cherry-Hooper with two stages is adopted as the core unit of the VGA, and a temperature compensation circuit is used to reduce the effect of temperature on the performance of the system. The simulation shows that the temperature compensation circuit can compensate the effect of the temperature very well, and the noise figure of the wideband VGA can meet the requirements of the system.

In this paper, based on the 18B20 temperature compensation circuit for ultrasonic ranging circuit, can eliminate the influence of environmental temperature on ultrasonic velocity, this paper introduced the ultrasonic ranging system, the system includes ultrasonic transmitting circuit, receiving circuit and display circuit, the results of the experiment show that, the system detection distance can be up to 12M, the error is in the allowable range, the range finder the system performance is stable, high measurement accuracy, distance, has a certain practicality and market promotion value.

Based on the principle of ultrasonic transit time ranging, this article describes that the microcontroller is used as the core to develop the ultrasonic distance-measurement automobile-reversing radar control system. The system includes both hardware and software parts. The hardware part mainly consist single-chip control circuit, ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuits, temperature compensation circuit and voice alarm circuit. The software design part of the system was divided into several function modules with modular design method, such as main program module, temperature measurement module, voice alarm module and so on. The main program was responsible for dispatching management all the modules. Experiments show that this system can reach design requirement and has high value and broad application prospects.
