This paper integrates wavelet sound wave analysis with a fuzzy control method to develop a stage phobia analysis system for vocal performers in order to enhance the psychological efficiency of vocal performers and reduce the effect of stage phobia on vocal performance. To achieve howling signal filtering, the frequency sub-band with howling is reversed and then superimposed with the original signal in audio processing. Furthermore, this paper incorporates the actual requirements for processing the vocal audio spectrum and builds the corresponding practical modules. Furthermore, this paper integrates the research needs of vocal performers’ stage phobia to create system function modules, and investigates the psychological activities of vocal performers using the fuzzy control system, discovers the factors that influence stage performances, and improves the psychological output of vocal performers. Finally, this paper proposes experiments to test and evaluate the system’s results. The research findings indicate that the system described in this paper has a significant impact.

The management information system for compensation under multihoming network architecture has been developed in order to improve the time efficiency, accuracy, and level of informatization of compensation management in university and deal with the rising data and difficulty in exchanging information between various management information systems resulting from the changing compensation policies. This system is designed based on multihost data network architecture, including function modules of all kinds of compensation promotion, personnel historical data management, time warning, statistics, and report generation. This system integrates my five years’ experience in the front-line of compensation management work. The purpose is to fully solve the practical problems of compensation management in universities, truly help the work of compensation administrators, unify the fragmented compensation management works, and comprehensively improve the level of compensation management. It has a strong popularization and signification for reference for the compensation management work of similar universities.

Abstract With the development of the era of big data and the continuous updating of computer technology, the traditional teaching is not satisfied with the current diversified educational development concept, especially for the computer operation class, computer operation has become the mainstream of the current computer experiment class.With the increasing number of computer experiments and the extensive use of computers in open laboratories, how to manage computer experiments reasonably has become an urgent problem. The function of the computer is powerful, and students have different habits of using the computer, and the entertainment function of the computer is also loved by many students. Therefore, in the process of experiment, students often play games and watch movies, which is not easy to manage. In order to solve these problems, this paper studies the computer experiment management system under the virtual environment to help teachers manage the experiment process. This paper studies the function modules of the computer experiment management system, explains the key elements of the analysis of the implementation of the experiment management system, and explains the construction scheme of the virtual experiment teaching environment, and expounds the ant colony algorithm used in the design and management of the course scheduling system. This paper also analyzes the operation and load of computer experiment management through simulation experiment research, and tests and analyzes to prove the rationality of the management system. The experimental research shows that in the daily computer experiment management system, the most commonly used is the experimental teaching, and the conventional office, accounting for 27.35 and 26.33 respectively. The highest utilization rate of the computer experiment system is the daily teaching, accounting for 53.6%.

Abstract In today’s society, people’s demand for personalized clothing is increasing, and they are increasingly pursuing traditional elements. Therefore, many fashion designers will incorporate folk elements into the traditional clothing design concepts to meet this demand. Sc a kind of computer technology Personalized auxiliary design software is produced. The function of this software is to use the MVC architecture to create system function modules, and then use the Kinect-based three-dimensional scanning system to model the human body, so as to clearly understand and obtain human body models with different characteristics. Take the folk art elements of opera as an example, integrate the opera elements into the costume design and save it in the database of the system. Under the action of the virtual algorithm, the personalized costume is matched with the human body model, which completes the costume design. Personalized design, and better design results can be obtained through this auxiliary design software.

Abstract With the development of intelligent power grid maintenance, inspection robot has been widely used for its integrated perception and remote pre-control. Aiming at the problems of the weak information interaction capacity and the low correlation with digital requirements of inspection operation, a kind of Full-Link Management Intellectual Inspection Robot is proposed. The article introduces the system structure, function modules, engineering application and debugging process. It is with low response delay and strong anti-interference ability. The correct recognition rate of violations reached 88.2 %, meanwhile provided with the function of evaluation and early warning of workers’ unsafe behavior. The Full-Link Management Intellectual Inspection Robot has a broad application foreground in power grid maintenance.

This paper investigates the design and implementation of a mobile terminal cloud supervisory control (MTCSC) platform based on networked control systems (NCSs). The platform relying on mobile programming and C/S architecture provides real-time data transmission and supervisory for the cloud control system (CCS). Users can deploy the platform in smart phones, tablet computers and other mobile devices, which solves the problem of the dependence on PC for networked supervisory system. Both asynchronous data receiving and synchronous real-time monitoring of different cloud nodes are supported on mobile terminal. Additionally, through data cloud transmission, users can realize remote cloud monitoring. Moreover, to overcome the data delay during users’ monitoring and to improve the reliability of the system, a multi-threaded communication and real-time communication scheme are proposed. The virtual instruments and function modules of the system can be customized by users, which not only increase the flexibility of operation but also enhance the customization and expansion of functions. Finally, the feasibility of the MTCSC platform is verified by online simulation and experiment.

Symmetry is one of the most important notions in the digital twins-driven manufacturing cyber–physical system (CPS). Real-time acquisition of production data and rapid response to changes in the external environment are the keys to ensuring the symmetry of the CPS. In the service-oriented production process, in order to solve the problem of the service response delay of the production nodes in a smart job shop, a CPS based on mobile edge computing (MEC) middleware is proposed. First, the CPS and MEC for a service-oriented production process are analyzed. Secondly, based on MEC middleware, a CPS architecture model of a smart job shop is established. Then, the implementation of MEC middleware and application layer function modules are introduced in detail. By designing an MEC middleware model and embedding function modules such as data cache management, redundant data filtering, and data preprocessing, the ability of data processing is sunk from the data center to the data source. Based on that, the network performances, such as network bandwidth, packet loss rate, and delay, are improved. Finally, an experiment platform of the smart job shop is used to verify different data processing modes by comparing the network performance data such as bandwidth, packet loss rate, and response delay.

Because the traditional English mobile learning platform has low student satisfaction and a long learning time, an English mobile learning platform based on the GSM-R wireless network communication system is designed. A GSM-R wireless network communication system is built through existing facilities, new facilities, and business-side facilities. Platform function modules are designed based on the communication system, including course resource management module, online examination management module, online Q&A management module, platform management module, and user login. Based on this module, the platform software is designed according to the three steps of database design, platform encryption technology, and learning recommendation algorithm to create the English mobile learning platform. The simulation experiment results show that the application of the designed platform can improve student satisfaction and improve student learning efficiency.

Functional modules can be predicted using genome-wide protein–protein interactions (PPIs) from a systematic perspective. Various graph clustering algorithms have been applied to PPI networks for this task. In particular, the detection of overlapping clusters is necessary because a protein is involved in multiple functions under different conditions. graph entropy (GE) is a novel metric to assess the quality of clusters in a large, complex network. In this study, the unweighted and weighted GE algorithm is evaluated to prove the validity of predicting function modules. To measure clustering accuracy, the clustering results are compared to protein complexes and Gene Ontology (GO) annotations as references. We demonstrate that the GE algorithm is more accurate in overlapping clusters than the other competitive methods. Moreover, we confirm the biological feasibility of the proteins that occur most frequently in the set of identified clusters. Finally, novel proteins for the additional annotation of GO terms are revealed.

Purpose: An information platform consultation system was constructed to evaluate the effectiveness of the system on the patient experience. Methods: Based on the daily consultation process, the information platform-based consultation system was developed with three entrances: browser, app, and WeChat Official Account. It integrates two ports for medical and nursing staff and patients and function modules including pre-appointment, outpatient payment, consultation file, hospitalization file, daily expenditures. Online hospital, and hotspot push. We compared the rate of non-attendance and patient satisfaction rate before and after the application of the information platform-based consultation system. Results: The patient’s missed appointment rate was significantly lowered (P<0.05), waiting time for consultation was significantly shorter (P<0.05), and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than those before the implement of the information platform consultation system (P<0.05). Conclusion: Information platform consultation system can simplify the patient consultation process, promote the sharing and mutual recognition of medical information resources, reduce operating costs, increase patient satisfaction, and improve patient experience, and the platform can be widely promoted as an alternative for hospital management.
