In order to satisfy the high-precision technical requirements of static star simulator, according to the optical design characteristics of traditional star simulator, the paper designed a collimating objective optical system with little distortion, flat field apochromatism, made the simulated star chart by parallel light exit, on the entrance of star sensor produced star chart, and realized the static star simulator could simulate star accuracy static star simulator. This system is designed by four lenses, effective aperture is 20mm, and focal distance is 190.84mm. By imaging quality analysis it shows that in the angular field of view 6°×6°, the relative distortion of collimating objective optical system is less than 0.01%, MTF at 40lp/mm reached 0.6, and has higher imaging quality. It proves that the optical system meet the design requirements.

Abstract An improved Offner imaging spectrometer was proposed based on the optical system characteristics of Offner imaging spectrometer, which can ensure perfect imaging quality in a wider annular region. The operating wavelength of the improved Offner imaging spectrometer ranges from 900nm to 1700nm, and the magnification is 1. Improved Offner imaging spectrometer can be obtained by changing the meniscus lens position and further optimizing the design. The results indicate that the improved Offner imaging spectrometer can effectively improve compactness and lightweight, and reduce the difficulty of optical adjustment, which is conducive to the stability of practical application.

Dynamic optical is a theory which we can deduce the object-image conjugated rations of optical system by researching motion group in optical system. It can unify various formula and methods of optical system which have motion group. Zoom system is a typical dynamic optical system. This paper will discuss how to apply the dynamic optical theory to zoom system design. With dynamic optical theory, we can derive the image motion compensating formula and the trace curve of the image motion compensating group. The cam can be fabricated according to compensating curve, which can ensure the stabilization of image plane and keep imaging quality. Moreover, a example of 30× zoom system is presented, which proves that the dynamic optical theory has some practicability for zoom system design.

This paper is concerned with an effective way to evaluate the measurement uncertainty for high precision gear involute profile measuring system in the gear testing centre Mahr891E which was improved both in numerical-electronic control system and mechanical parts . Optical system was used during the inspection process in this paper. The precision of involute profile measuring system in this gear testing centre was known to be available to test gear with high accuracy grade.
