E-commerce model reflects the existence state and survival law of the e-commerce directly and specifically, it is the specific forms of operation of e-commerce and value creation.By analysising the e-commerce model, we can sum up the law on how companies create values in e-commerce, which is the core issue of the existence and development of e-commerce. Therefore, the e-commerce model is an important research point of e-commerce, it is a starting point for understanding the electronic business operation laws. The evolution of the value chain is the result of e-commerce development, while the evolution of value chain provides innovative ideas and methods for analysising e-commerce, the two are closely linked and mutually reinforcing. Therefore, analysising and discussing e-commerce model with the combination of the value chain theory is a favorable perspective and innovative ways to study e-commerce and it has important theoretical and application value.

The emergence and development of online music have brought a great update to traditional music industrial value chain. As consumers know, record sales, media dissemination, and peripheral income like concerts are three major sources of income of traditional music industry. Compared with that, the music industry now possesses an extensive consumer group, a new growth point, and a new development direction. In order to underpin software industry-oriented education and make it more practical, a co-operation model for industries and software education institutes is described and discussed in this chapter. Based on the popular engineering education theory conceive, design, implement, operate (CDIO) associated with MIT and other universities (Crawley, 2001), and the value chain theory described by Porter (1996), an industry-institute-interoperation (I-I-Io) model was developed with five evolutionary stages - isolated, oriented, interacting, interoperating, and converging. The implementation of this co-operation model between institute and industry within the National Pilot School of Software at Harbin Institute of Technology, while still evolving, has already shown considerable vitality in the development of software engineering education.

Based on the theory of Global Value Chain (GVC), this paper studies the sustainable development of athletic equipment industrial cluster from the perspective of GVC. This paper first reviews the relevant theories of GVC, and then investigates into the upgrade mode of China’s athletic equipment industrial cluster in the theoretical framework of GVC. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, the paper puts forward the upgrade idea of China’s athletic equipment industrial cluster, and provides the basis for its development and policy-making.
