LULC factors in Tikrit city (Iraq) and the neighboring municipalities are studied among 1989, 2002 and 2015 using various techniques of remote sensing, geographical information system (GIS), and fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP). Satellite imagery with GIS helped to assess the standard LULC changes in the long term period. FAHP permitted estimating the importance of various LULC by determination of the suitable weight for used factors and then producing the evaluating models. Using different techniques, two models were created (1) to estimate the degradation of the land (2) is generated to determine the reclamation of the area. The finding reveals that the a overall accuracy of 97.0939%, 98.9199% and 99.5817% or 1989, 2002 and 2015 respectively. The outcomes also revealed that urban, vegetation, and water features area are developed in the long term (1989–2015) about 4.35%, 4.28%, and 1.49%, respectively, while barren area is reduced about 5.57%.The degradation map index showed that the lands strongly debased are these converted from vegetation to barren, followed by moderate to high these changed from water areas to urban, while moderate degradation is noticed of urban transformed to barren soil. Contrary, the reclamation map index illustrated that the lands are powerfully transformed from barren to the vegetation and followed by those converted from barren to the water, while barren transformed to the urban is marked as moderate reclamation. The transformation from urban to vegetation or water was classified as the low and deficient class to evaluate the area. The study is also revealed that the integration of remote sensing and GIS produces a successful method for LULC monitoring and managing the environment.

To fulfil the increasing demands of the public,Public Private Partnership (PPP) has beenincreasingly used to procure infrastructureprojects, such as motor ways, bridges, tunnelsand railways. However, the risks involved inPPP projects are unique and dynamic due tolarge amount of investment and longconcession period. This paper aims to developa risk identification framework from theperspectives of project life cycle, and anassessment framework for risks associatedwith PPP project using fuzzy analyticalhierarchy process (AHP). First the paperreviews the current literature to identifycommon risks in PPP infrastructure projectsand classification methods used. The risksidentified from the literature were classifiedusing project life cycle perspectives. Followingthat, the paper presents the advantages offuzzy AHP. Furthermore, the paper provides aframework for assessment of risks in PPPprojects followed by an illustrative examplewhere the data was obtained from surveyquestionnaires. The paper concludes that risksassociated in PPP infrastructure projects areunique and therefore it is beneficial to classifythem from project life cycle perspectives, andthe proposed fuzzy AHP method is suitable forthe assessment of these risks.

Dikembangkannya Rekomender Sistem Layanan Kesehatan bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menentukan tempat pelayanan kesehatan terbaik untuk dikunjungi. Pemilihan tempat layanan kesehatan didasarkan pada kriteria kualitas pelayanan, jarak tempuh pengguna dari tempat pelayanan dan rating dari tempat pelayanan. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana menentukan tempat layanan kesehatan terbaik dengan kriteria yang bersifat subjektif atau tidak pasti dengan cepat. Sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan dibangun menggunakan metode F-AHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) yakni pengembangan dari metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) yang dapat mengatasi kriteria bersifat subjektif atau tidak pasti dengan cepat. Sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan yang diterapkan pada perangkat mobile, memudahkan pengguna untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan kriteria kualitas pelayanan, jarak tempuh dan rating tempat pelayanan, serta mencari informasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan sampai dengan menangani masalah pemesanan nomor antrian dan pembayaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan berbasis mobile menggunakan metode Fuzzy AHP. Maksud dari sistem rekomendasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan berbasis mobile yaitu untuk memudahkan pengguna aplikasi dalam mencari informasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan serta menentukan tempat pelayanan kesehatan terbaik yang direkomendasikan oleh sistem.
