To fulfil the increasing demands of the public,Public Private Partnership (PPP) has beenincreasingly used to procure infrastructureprojects, such as motor ways, bridges, tunnelsand railways. However, the risks involved inPPP projects are unique and dynamic due tolarge amount of investment and longconcession period. This paper aims to developa risk identification framework from theperspectives of project life cycle, and anassessment framework for risks associatedwith PPP project using fuzzy analyticalhierarchy process (AHP). First the paperreviews the current literature to identifycommon risks in PPP infrastructure projectsand classification methods used. The risksidentified from the literature were classifiedusing project life cycle perspectives. Followingthat, the paper presents the advantages offuzzy AHP. Furthermore, the paper provides aframework for assessment of risks in PPPprojects followed by an illustrative examplewhere the data was obtained from surveyquestionnaires. The paper concludes that risksassociated in PPP infrastructure projects areunique and therefore it is beneficial to classifythem from project life cycle perspectives, andthe proposed fuzzy AHP method is suitable forthe assessment of these risks.

Risk management is an important component of the project life cycle cost management and the project cost risk management system includes management objectives identification, risk factors analysis, risk identification, risk assessment, risk management and risk information feedback. The objectives of the project cost management can be successfully achieved through the life cycle cost risk management of various stages.

So far in Islamic marriage done by ta'aruf process which is the initial process of introduction in marriage. Therefore, the election system of Islamic couple is chosen to make it easier for couples to get the best partner for themselves. This system aims to provide partner recommendations with multiple options. Measurement in matchmaking using Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) and Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method because the basic concept of F-AHP method is a method used to know the action performed by comparison between several factors and some alternatives. FAHP is used in criteria weighting and WSM is used in sub criteria weighting. The results of weighting of each alternative in accordance with many criteria established, namely religion, property, heredity, physical, education, organization, marital status, expertise, and rank. The study compared the use of FAHP and WSM methods compared with AHP and WSM methods. And the result is Using AHP, found that Religion has the highest priority that is 0.4073 while using FAHP has the highest priority that is religion, organization, expertise, status, and rank with weight 0.172848. As for the results of alternative rankings, the use of fuzzy-AHP method is closer to the recommendation given by AHP.

The significant increase in Indonesian construction sector activity nowadays is also influenced by government financing for infrastructure projects. Therefore, the government needs to ensure that the infrastructure projects are consistently constructed along the project life-cycle. Phases of the infrastructure project life-cycle implemented in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing consist of 1) planning, 2) selection of service providers, 3) construction processes, and 4) construction product hand-over. Data collection using three rounds of Delphi Study was undertaken to empirically test the level of implementation of the project life-cycle indicators, which are used as standards to construct infrastructure projects. The respondents of the studies came from sectors who were executing infrastructure projects in the areas of Cipta Karya, Bina Marga, Sumber Daya Air, and Penyediaan Perumahan. The results of the studies concluded that the sectors have understood and implemented most of the indicators, however, different levels of implementation have existed along with the barriers of the implementation. From the studies, profiles of the execution of infrastructure project life-cycle were provided as references for the government to evaluate the performance of the sectors, as well as to take corrective actions to improve their performance.

PurposeThe project organising literature has increasingly paid attention to the dynamic capabilities required for the development of projects. The current research aims to expand the dynamic capabilities framework by including owner capabilities required throughout the whole project life cycle.Design/methodology/approachThe research uses an interpretive qualitative research approach. Nineteen semi-structured interviews were conducted with the key actors of a social infrastructure project.FindingsThe findings suggest that the expansion of the dynamic capabilities framework to include owner capabilities required throughout a project life cycle could positively impact the success of a project. “Transformational capabilities” are recommended to enable the owner to overcome challenges and lead the evolution towards project organisations that are capable of transforming its outputs into beneficial use.Originality/valueExisting research on dynamic capabilities does not address the particular challenges of social infrastructure projects such as housing. The current research fills this gap by exposing the challenges experienced by owners in the development of certain capabilities and their impact on the performance of a project.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) is a business entity which collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and distribute to the public in the form of the People 's Business Credit (KUR) or loan. Along with over time after KUR realized, there is no doubt BRI will be faced with the problems of risk, namely the risk of KUR problematic. There are several methods that can be used in making a decision to be able to solve the problem include the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).AHP is used when the decision involves many factors, where the decision had difficulty in making the weight of each factor. Despite this problem the use of AHP in Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach has less to cope with uncertainties taken by decision-makers, when it should give a definite value in the pairwise comparison matrix therefore, to overcome the weaknesses of the existing AHP then developed a method namely Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). F-AHP method is the combination between fuzzy AHP approach. The results of research conducted using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) has a 100 % accuracy this is evidenced by the results obtained together with the calculation of banking. Calculation banking mention of 20 customers, acquired 14 accepted and rejected 6.

The late stages of a project life cycle raise interlocking challenges of sustaining participation and producing results. External incentives and material challenges weigh more heavily, requiring attention to sociability and the transitions of junior researchers. With mutual knowledge gained, research team activities can shift from generative ambiguity to clarification, identifying unexpected points of convergence and laying out the stakes of irreconciliable differences. These activities in Göttingen offered hindsight to be reaped in subsequent projects regarding mechanisms for capturing emergent insights as well as sustaining an ecology of project "outputs": scholarly and public, disciplinary and interdisciplinary publications. In the absence of consensus on policy recommendations, projects can serve the public through communication elucidating the stakes of hot problems and the institutional contexts of proposed solutions.
