Usage of websites like Olx.in, Quikr.com is rapidly growing in India. One of the major difficulties faced by the users of such websites is the long-time taken to realize the search. This work proposes an integrated approach to searching, through matching in digital environment using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process considering multiple criteria. The objective of the study is to enable buyers to search the sellers effectively and efficiently. Efficient and effective search can help buyers narrow down to the desired matches and enhance seller's the chances of selling through online classified portal. Authors utilize a compatibility metric that enhances the probability of matchmaking with reduction in lead-time developed by Joshi and Kumar (2012). The study presents an illustration of matchmaking using a web portal, and demonstrates the MCDM methodology.

Supplier selection is one of the important processes in supply chain management. Regarding the emergence of sustainability issues in recent decades, companies have incorporated these issues in conventional supplier selection in order to meet governmental legislations and market demands. These issues have been noticed by various researchers. However, there are limited research activities which considered all aspects of sustainability for supplier selection problem as an integrated assessment. In this paper, an integrated approach of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process and fuzzy logic has been proposed in order to solve sustainable supplier selection problem. Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process has been used to calculate the weight of sustainable criteria and sub criteria. Then, fuzzy logic was utilized in order to assess the suppliers based on the weights acquired by Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. Finally, a case study of petroleum industry has been carried out in order to show the validity of proposed approach.

Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, B2C enterprises begin to focus on how to handle the relationship between logistics services and E-commerce services in the face of intense competition from other companies. This paper proposes a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) approach to select the logistics mode of B2C electronic commerce companies. In addition, a case study is presented to demonstrate how the approach can help in solving such problems in practice.
