Focus of health care data research has shifted towards configuring and handling e-health information from heterogeneous e-health administration entities in a Content Distribution Network (CDN) for gaining e-health benefits which may be a testing errand. In recent trends, CDNis typically is used to reserve e-health networking substance as ongoing images captured in real time sequences and ongoing videos. In mobile cloud computing, due to patient's movement, it is required for medicinal services professionals to bring information of patient health with quick access of e-health data to make effective choices and select medication. Caching and its invalidation mechanism will provide the solutions in effective e-health data availability. A lot of caching methodologies are proposed, such as the Scalable Asynchronous Cache Consistency Scheme (SACCS) which has demonstrated more versatility over others. In this article, the authors recommend another reserve reinstatement algorithm with SACCS in consideration that is dependent upon rule-based Least Profit Value.

The integration of cloud computing with mobile computing and internet has given birth to mobile cloud computing. This technology offers many advantages to users, like Storage capacity, Reliability, Scalability and Real time data availability. Therefore, it is s increasing fast and it is inevitably integrated into everyday life. In MCC, data processing and data storage can be migrated into the cloud servers. However, the confidentiality of images and data is most important in today's environment. In this paper, we mainly focus on secure outsourcing of images. For this purpose, we propose a secure architecture composed by two clouds a private cloud dedicated for encryption/decryption and a second public cloud dedicated for storage. We have implemented the first cloud using openstack while respecting the encryption as a service concept. As an encryption scheme, we have used paillier's homomorphic cryptosystem designed specifically for images. The test of the homomorphic property is done by applying the Watermarking algorithm DWT.

Background & Objective: Multimedia aggregates various types of media such as audio, video, images, animations, etc., to form a rich media content which produces an everlasting effect in the minds of the people. Methods: In order to process multimedia applications using mobile devices, we encounter a big challenge as these devices have limited resources and power. To address these limitations, in this work, we have proposed an efficient approach named as mMedia, wherein multimedia applications will utilize the multi cloud environment using Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC), for faster processing. The proposed approach selects the best available network. The authors have also considered using the Lyapunov optimization technique for efficient transmission between the mobile device and the cloud. Results: The simulation results indicate that mMedia can be useful for various multimedia applications by considering the energy delay tradeoff decision. Conclusion: The results have been compared alongside the base algorithm SALSA on the basis of different parameters like time average queue backlog, delay and time average utility and indicate that the mMedia outperforms in all the aspects.
