Secret information communication model based on channel construction of orthogonal basis can implement secret information hiding and recovery without a key. The orthogonal basis is constructed by the media carrier's self-correlation. Carrier and secret information channels are constructed independently. And it has good properties of avoiding detection. The experiments show that the model with proper carrier components and threshold of secret information coding has the capacity of secret information and robustness. And the secret information capacity and anti-noise capability can be improved by compressed and error correcting or checking codes.

This paper proposes a convert communication model based on network behavior features. Convert communication program firstly judges the most frequent communication features between the two sides, and then embeds the secret information into multimedia carrier. At last, the multimedia that carries secret information is sent to the receiver, according to communication features. A convert communication completes. The experimental results indicate that the model will not only hide convert communication behavior into normal communication behavior between hosts, but also it provides high security of communication.

Due to the target ship in the traditional ship handling simulator have not the ability to give way to other ships automatically to avoid collision, this paper put forward a new idea that bringing the hydraulic servo platform, six degrees of freedom ship mathematical model, the actual traffic flow, researching achievement of automatic anti-collision in research of the new pattern ship handling simulator, and successfully develop the Intelligent Ship Handling Simulator(ISHS for short). The paper focuse on the research on the network communication model of ISHS. We took the entire simulator system as three relatively independent networks, proposed a framework of communication network that combined IOCP model based on TCP with blocking model based on UDP, and gave the communication process and protocols of system. Test results indicate that this is an effective way to improve the ownship capacity of ship handling simulator and meet the need of multi-ownship configuration of desktop system of ship handling simulator.

The growth of Information Communication Technology (ICT) has empowered communities in diverse ways. Both males and females use ICTs to transact businesses and carry on relationships. Access and use of mobile phones have changed people's lives. This chapter discusses the magical revolution of mobile telephony in Africa and specifically in Kenya. Innovations such as MPESA have transformed people's lives in Kenya and in other emerging economies. Both males and females have used the innovations to bring about development that has enriched their lives. Secondly, the role of gender socialization is discussed in relation to how the ICTs have eliminated the long-held belief that females are not participants in societal development. Thirdly, the role of the media in development is examined because they socialize people into the gender roles. Through mobile telephones, females perform diverse roles. Positive portrayal of men and women in development acknowledges that men and women must be active members of the process.
