The sports teaching quality assessment is a regular schools of higher learning education evaluation of a part, is promoting sports course building and improve the quality of education is an important measures. The current stage of evaluation method is uneven, so need to build a simple and effective, scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to measure the school sports teaching quality. The article to the analytic hierarchy process in the sports teaching the application of quality evaluation carried on the preliminary discussion, put forward the sports teaching quality hierarchical system, and establish the teaching quality assessment of the mathematical model, through the weight coefficient of each index system, more scientific and objective to evaluate teaching quality, easy operation, which is of great use value.

In this paper, a new comprehensive assessment method of pile construction quality based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed considering that the current specification is uncertain about quality assessment. This method establishes the comprehensive assessment index system of pile construction quality taking account of the influence of the pile velocity, pile length, geological condition, bridge importance level, pile defects and other parameters on pile construction quality assessment. It constructs pile construction quality assessment model through determining the weight of each index based on analytic hierarchy process to improve the evaluation method of pile construction quality. The good results achieved in practical engineering demonstrate that the proposed method possesses favorable accuracy.

In this paper,it is mainly based on the characteristics of index of some equipment, analyses the correspondence between first class index and second class index, studies the calculation of weigh index. Several methods including linear weighted method, Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and the fuzzy Borda method have been taken into account to improve the confirmable methods of judgment matrix in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analyses of three different eqiupment,A system,B system and C system, demonstrates that A system is the best unanimously.

Abstract. We present a quality control methodology for the currents of marine controlled-source electromagnetic transmitters . The quality level of the transmitting current directly affects the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the electromagnetic-field data, as received by a multicomponent electromagnetic receiver from the seabed. Although the transmitting-current stability is sufficient under normal circumstances, the SNR of the received signal can change owing to factors such as outside noise. In some emergency cases such as instrument failure or a sudden increase in electromagnetic interference that we are not aware of, the frequency and properties of the transmitting current, such as its size and waveform, may change. The traditional current monitoring and data playback tools fail to detect and evaluate the anomalies well and in a timely manner, which introduces considerable errors in the later data-processing procedure. Pertaining to these issues, this paper proposes a comprehensive quality evaluation method for the transmitting current. The proposed algorithm, based on the analytic hierarchy process, is first used to analyze five current stability parameters – current frequency, positive amplitudes, negative amplitudes, discrepancy of ideal waveform, and waveform repetition – and then to define the harmonic energy and calculate the quality of transmitting current (QTC) index of the final data to assess the quality of the transmitting current comprehensively. The results of a marine experiment performed in 2016 show that the algorithm can identify abnormal current data and quantitatively evaluate the current conditions. Under normal circumstances, the QTC index is less than 2 %. The key findings are that the QTC index changes to more than 4 % and some curvilinear features are observed if the transmitting-current quality is poor. These results will provide a positive, significant guide for the evaluation and monitoring of transmitting-current data in marine experiments.

Based on the characteristics of green appliances, the green degree evaluation index system is established from environment,resources,energy,economic,technology and society six areas. Fuzzy-EAHP applies the extension analytic hierarchy process (EAHP) to determine index weight of different levels. EAHP, which is more accurate and more objective than the traditional AHP, can quantitatively show the relative important degree between indexes with the extension interval number. Building the Mathematical model of three-lever fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the first process comprehensive evaluation result is as input data of the latter process. With economic globalization and the informatization of social life, English has become a language extensively used around the globe. The research on the evaluation of English teaching quality is of crucial practical significance and theoretical value. Hence, student evaluation form for the college English classroom teaching quality that has been evaluated and has good reliability is used in this paper to expound the principles of the triangular fuzzy number evaluation method and the range method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Examples are used to analyze the differences between the two methods as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The comprehensive evaluation result of the teaching quality evaluation of a teacher by using the range method is excellent (85.500 points), and the comprehensive evaluation result by using the triangular fuzzy number method based on the analytic hierarchy process is good (64.818 points). The results show that the range method is better for the comprehensive evaluation of teachers' teaching quality. The statistical analysis results suggest that there are differences between the two methods in the evaluation of the classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities (t = 11.197, P < 0.0001). In the evaluation of the teaching quality by using the triangular fuzzy number evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process, the non-linear and fuzzy features of evaluation factors are taken into consideration comprehensively. The weight values of various evaluation indexes are calculated scientifically. The qualitative and quantitative evaluations are combined to obtain the evaluation result of the classroom teaching quality of teachers more objectively, which is of great significance in the practical teaching quality evaluation process.
