The objective of this paper is to optimize the selection of seismic ground motion intensity indexes in the seismic fortification of urban shallow-buried rectangular tunnels. This paper takes a shallow-buried rectangular tunnel in a city as the research object, uses ABAQUS to establish a finite-infinite element coupling model, and selects 70 typical seismic ground motions for dynamic calculation. Using dynamic time history analysis method to study the seismic response of tunnel lining structure in terms of internal force, minimum safety factor and strain energy, and analyze their correlation with 15 seismic ground motion parameters. Selecting the seismic ground motion parameters with strong correlation, good effectiveness, and high credibility for safety evaluation. The research results show that: Peak acceleration (PGA) has a weak correlation with the seismic response of tunnel lining structures, and PGA as an independent seismic ground motion intensity index has greater uncertainty in the seismic fortification of tunnels; Peak displacement (PGD), Root-mean-square velocity (RMSV), Root-mean-square displacement (RMSD), and Specific energy density (SED) can be used as independent seismic ground motion intensity index, The linear regression model is used to evaluate the safety of the lining structure, and finally the evaluation result is verified by the incremental dynamic analysis method (IDA), which shows that the evaluation result is accurate. The research results can provide reference for the preliminary design of seismic fortification of rectangular shallow tunnels.

Purpose–Thispaperaimed to develop a system that applies VADER Sentiment Analysis to tweets collected using adevelopedtwitter scraper toolto identify the insights of public responsesbased on their tweetson certain government servicesrendered to them thus providing legislators of the province of Laguna an additional tool in writing future legislations.Method–This study may serve as an additional tool tothe Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Laguna in identifying sentiments of the public in terms of government services that are rendered and lack thereof based on the collected tweets written in Tagalog, English or Taglish(Tagalog and English).Data collected through the Twitter scraper tool are preprocessed taking into consideration the special characters that also have impact on scoring sentiments, emojis,and emoticons. The compound score is computed by normalizing the sum of the polarityscores foreach tweet.Results–Aside from a tabular visualization of VADER’s results, the system also provides graphical representation of the evaluation result with the percentage of positive neutral and negative tweets. Based on the result of the testing and evaluation, the VADER model is 80.71% accurate and had an F-score of 84.33%.Conclusion–The reports generated from the system be utilized to serve as potentially additional basis for legislators of the province of Laguna in writing legislations such as resolutions and ordinances based on the sentiment or voice of the community. Recommendations–It is recommended to collaborate with linguists to develop a native language of VADER’s lexicon to improve the accuracy of the sentiment scores.

In order to solve the reliability of the evaluation results of teaching quality in universities and colleges, an improved model of teaching evaluation based on the Support vector machine was put forward. In this model, the evaluator does not need to give an evaluation result of the teacher’s teaching quality, but gives the score of each evaluation index, and then calls the Support vector machine, automatic classification of teachers’ teaching quality. The experiment proves that the improved algorithm can improve the teaching quality evaluation accuracy and the result is better.

Keyword research is one of the essential activities in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). One of the techniques in doing keyword research is to find out how many articles titles on a website indexed by the Google search engine contain a particular keyword or so-called "allintitle". Moreover, search engines are also able to provide keywords suggestion. Getting keywords suggestions and allintitle will not be effective, efficient, and economical if done manually for relatively extensive keyword research. It will take a long time to decide whether a keyword is needed to be optimized. Based on these problems, this study aimed to analyze the implementation of the web scraping technique to get relevant keyword suggestions from the Google search engine and the number of "allintitle" that are owned automatically. The data used as an experiment in this test consists of ten keywords, which each keyword would generate a maximum of ten keywords suggestion. Therefore, from ten keywords, it will produce at most 100 keywords suggestions and the number of allintitles. Based on the evaluation result, we got an accuracy of 100%. It indicated that the technique could be applied to get keywords suggestions and allintitle from Google search engines with outstanding accuracy values.

In the process of sustainable development within modern agriculture, in order to ensure that agricultural production has adequate water resources, canal lining (CL) is often used to transport water in order to reduce water seepage, thus promoting the sustainable utilization of water resources. However, due to the influence of the terrain, environment, human factors and other factors, the CL often suffers a certain degree of damage. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the serviceability of the CL, so to realize the sustainable use of the CL strategy. Aiming at the weight assignment of CL evaluation indices that are subjective and not combined with actual index data, a weight calculation method based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)–simple correlation function (SCF) method was proposed, and game theory was used to achieve combination weighting. For the evaluation indices with the characteristics of fuzziness and randomness, the cloud model (CM) was used to comprehensively consider these characteristics in order to realize the evaluation. Finally, a method to measure serviceability of CL based on AHP–SCF–CM was proposed. Taking a CL project in China as an example, this method was used to evaluate the serviceability of the CL. The evaluation result showed that the serviceability of the CL was poor, and the qualitative evaluation result was consistent with the actual damage condition of the project; meanwhile, a comparative study was performed in combination with the AHP–Entropy Weight (EW)–unascertained measurement theory (UMT). The quantitative evaluation results of the two methods displayed the same grade of serviceability, which verifies that the method proposed in this paper is more reasonable, objective and feasible from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. Furthermore, the evaluation results lay the foundation for subsequent maintenance and fault prevention of the canal.

Abstract To provide drinking water in Bogor Regency, PDAM Tirta Kahuripan has several Water Treatment Plants (WTP) Kedung Halang WTP. Kedung Halang WTP consists of two water treatment packages, Indisi and Degreemont, with an average production of 37.3 L/s and 83.9 L/s, respectively. The purposes of this research are to evaluate the performance of the operating unit and process on the Degreemont Package and to provide optimisation recommendations based on the evaluation result. Steps in this research include evaluating the existing condition, providing recommendations, and analysing the quality of water produced. The evaluation found that one of the parameters did not fulfil the design criteria: the G.Td value on coagulation. The evaluation result of maximum flow rate is 125 L/s on intake, 150 L/s on coagulation, 130 L/s on flocculation and sedimentation, and 200 L/s on filtration. Thus, the optimum flow rate that can be operated is 125 L/s. The turbidity of the water produced has met the drinking water standard according to Minister of Health Regulation No. 492 of 2010, with removal efficiency above 95%. According to the result, it can be said that Degreemont Package is qualified to be applied as a drinking water treatment.

Abstract Objective and reasonable evaluation is the basis of power-generating unit optimal operation, but evaluation method based on single weight can’t adapt to the high accuracy requirement of comprehensive evaluation. In order to achieve the accurate evaluation of power-generating unit operating reliability, this paper firstly calculates subjective weight and objective weight of target attribute by analytic hierarchy process method and entropy weight method. It calculates the associated weight of target attribute by grey relational degree method, and it obtains the linear combined weight by relaxation factor. Then, the power-generating unit operating reliability is evaluated by improved TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution), and the evaluation result is obtained. Finally, the relaxation factor is continuously evaluated from 0 to 1 to perform sensitivity analysis. This paper evaluates the operation reliability of nine wind turbines in a wind farm, and the evaluation result is closer to actual operation state of wind turbines. This method has high reliability and practical value, and it provides a new technical means for making a reasonable maintenance plan of wind turbines.

AbstractInter-organizational collaboration is an important aspect of organizational operations. Traditional systems that support organizations in executing these collaborations are inefficient, not inter-operable and insecure. Novel functions provided by blockchain technology yields the potential for addressing problems that affect organizational collaborations by enabling tamper-proof, transparent, and secure systems for the exchange of information between organizations. Still, a proper approach for building blockchain-decentralized applications (DApps) that support inter-organizational collaborations is missing. The DAOM framework addresses this gap by providing a model-driven design approach for building DApps. This paper shows the development of the semantics of the DAOM framework, implementation of the support tool, and the evaluation of the DAOM framework and support tool. We conducted an evaluation to understand the usefulness of the DAOM framework in developing blockchain DApps and the effectiveness of the support tool in producing DAOM diagram models. The evaluation result shows that the framework is useful and applicable for developing DApps for inter-organizational collaborations. Furthermore, evaluation of the tool support shows that DApps can be modelled efficiently and correctly with the implemented enterprise-modelling software.

Eggshells are the hard, outer covering of eggs. It is known that eggshells are discarded as waste materials, although they contain a significant amount of calcium. The study was aimed to extract and quantify calcium from the eggshells and fortification on the biscuit and yogurt products. The extraction of calcium was done using calcium chloride with HCL solution at different propositions (1:1, 1:5, 1:10, 1:15, and 1:20). After extraction, the sample was dried at 50 °C temperature for 3 hours to obtain dry calcium chloride. Calcium was fortified at a concentration of 100 ppm, 1000 ppm, and 2000 ppm in both the biscuits and yogurt, respectively. The calcium-fortified samples were analyzed for sensory properties and chemical composition. The ash content of calcium-fortified yogurt (0.47) was slightly higher than normal yogurt (0.44), while the other chemical components remains similar to the control. For the sensory evaluation result, the biscuit with 2000 ppm calcium-fortified biscuit and 1000 ppm calcium-fortified yogurt was found to be highly acceptable among the calcium-fortified samples. The extraction of calcium chloride from eggshells was obtained the highest for eggshells on HCl ratio 1:20 (w/v) where calcium chloride was found 32.92%, 26.95%, and 23.63% for duck, layer chicken, and local chicken eggshells, respectively. The extraction rate of calcium chloride of duck eggshells was higher than the local and layer chicken’s eggshells. Therefore, it may be opined that the fortified products (2000 ppm Ca) contained a considerably higher amount of calcium content than the control sample.

Longwall top coal caving mining is one of the main methods of mining thick coal seams in China. Therefore, carrying out the classification evaluation of top coal caving is of great significance to ensure mining success and reduce the risk of mining technology. In order to realize the classification evaluation of top coal caving, this article introduces the method of using BigML to establish the classification evaluation model of top coal caving. Furthermore, using the data from the CNKI database as sample data, a classification evaluation model of top coal caving is established on BigML. After training, testing, and optimization, the model is used to evaluate the top coal caving in No. 3 coal seam of Gucheng Coal Mine, and the evaluation result is grade 1, which is consistent with the engineering practice. The final research results show that the application of BigML in the classification evaluation of top coal caving is successful; the evaluation of top coal caving through BigML is reliable; BigML provides another scientific reliability way for the classification evaluation of top coal caving.
