Aimed at the problem that the traditional data acquisition system design with low efficiency and high cost. It is proposed that the C8051F040 microcontroller is based on the integrated A/D converter and CAN controller; utilize dynamic control simulation input quantity into the built-in A/D converter, process and store the data through the micro-processing unit, and use integrated CAN controller to transmit the data. From schematics design to the boards development, we have achieved the functions that acquisition of multi-channel data combined with CAN network communication through hardware and software debugging. The design of this product is small, powerful and wide used. It has good application and development prospects.

A kind of multiple parameter data acquisition system was designed based on single-chip microcomputer which can realized the data acquisition of temperature and DC motor speed. The data acquisition system consists of sensor, signal processing circuit, single-chip microcomputer and LED digital tube. The speed signal is acquired by photoelectric sensor, put into the Single-chip microcomputer processed after processed by signal processing circuit, and displayed the value in the digital tubes. The temperature signal is acquired by digital sensor, and the Single-chip microcomputer can read the data directly. Through two independent keyboards, the test system realized the data acquisition and data switch displaying of the multiple parameters.

This paper set up a data acquisition system by AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as control core, using the RS-232 serial manner communicated with responsibled for data acquisition of microprocessor, and used LED to display. System can be divided into data acquisition module, serial communication module, control module, keyboard module, display module, etc. System of multi-channel data acquisition can be displayed in the LED after processed. The hardware circuit and software realized design functions :data acquisition and LED display.

Exploring a kind of the humidity data acquisition system with higher performance-price ratio is vital to the environmental monitoring. At the present work, a novel of the humidity data acquisition system has been developed so as to collect and store the environmental humidity data. It consists of humidity sensor of DHT11£¬LED digital display and single chip microcomputer (SCM) of AT89S52. AT89S52 was used as the control chip which assembled with humidity sensor of DHT11 and digital display. Moreover, the behavior of humidity data acquisition was simulated with the software of Proteus; the results show that this designed system can collect the humidity data at bigger range. Therefore, the designed humidity acquisition system effectively achieves humidity monitoring, and has advantages of smaller volume, higher performance-price ratio, and portable.

With the gradual development of industrial technology, visual measuring technique has been widely used in industrial field. In the automatic production, it is used in the analysis of objects characteristics, the detection of working condition and the control of quality. This paper mainly studies how the machine vision theory is applied in the practical detections, and develops the overall visual detection platform. It uses the serial port communication between VC++6.0 and Single-Chip Microcomputer to control the experimental platform. In order to realize to test the production defects, it uses the knowledge of mathematical morphology to put forward a defect detection method of production image based on regional morphology. It can realize to simulate actual production line, and has a certain development prospects for real-time detections of product quality.

In the light of tunnel construction, traffic accidents, sudden geological disasters cause of single-line road conditions, designing a single-line road traffic lights wireless signal control device to solve the traffic congestion and the problem of low efficiency of traffic. The device uses wireless transceiver module to sent the signal what was got from the photoelectric sensor to the single-chip microcomputer, single chip microcomputer (SCM) processes switch signals, the last step is to control the traffic light state through the driver circuit. This paper expounds the wireless signal control device trickle structure, working principle, and technical index of the various components, and it puts forward the operation under a feasible solution.

In order to achieve high-accuracy, high speed and low cost A/D conversion, a new design based on STC12C5A32S2 single-chip microcomputer (SCM) is given. Compared with the previous A/D conversion, the biggest advantage is that the paper combine software with hardware and it can adjust the speed of transformation through procedure.We don't need to modify circuit, just need to modify signals of input and procedures. So the flexibility of A/D conversion can be enhanced, also saved costs. The design mainly makes use of new function of STC12C5A32S2 SCM to realize conversion between analog signals and digital signals. In order that researchers can analyze and use the convention results, the design add a LCD display module. The paper primarily analyses the design of circuit and interface technology between the SCM and other chips. Also, the peculiar function of STC, the LCD display method of LMB202DDC and the flow of software are expounded in detail. The simulation result based on Proteus is given by the end of paper.

Introduce a kind of STC89C52 to control the core motion rod body measurement system, the system can be measured the movement of the length of the bar body, a number were detected, calculate the cumulative length of the rod body of the. The system comprises a data acquisition unit, a calculation processing unit, voice broadcast unit, LCD display and keyboard operation unit etc. The system has achieved good results in actual measurement, after the actual test device, this system can realize forward, fast, accurate measurement, it has very good practicality.
