Introduce a kind of STC89C52 to control the core motion rod body measurement system, the system can be measured the movement of the length of the bar body, a number were detected, calculate the cumulative length of the rod body of the. The system comprises a data acquisition unit, a calculation processing unit, voice broadcast unit, LCD display and keyboard operation unit etc. The system has achieved good results in actual measurement, after the actual test device, this system can realize forward, fast, accurate measurement, it has very good practicality.

The garbage salvage ship is made from polystyrene plastic as hull framework and STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer to control the core, and consists of DC gear motor, photoelectric sensor, power circuit and other circuits. The system uses STC89C52 to control the boat to move forward, backward or turn through the I/O port. Tracing is finished by infrared obstacle avoidance sensor E18-D80NK. Working manner of the infrared obstacle avoidance sensor E18-D80NK was introduced and its application scheme based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer in the control system of garbage salvage ship was put forward.

Considering the current situation that the temperature control systems in market have the general disadvantages of complicated structure, high power consumption and tremendous cost, a new greenhouse temperature supervising system is designed, with a Arduino Mega 2560 single chip microcomputer as the core, XBEE as the short distance wireless transferring tools, and with function of displaying information in computers and remote control. The core component of this system is the Arduino software-hardware open source platform, which is currently popular in the market. This platform embraces the excellence of stability, low power consumption, cheap cost and easy operation as its advantages and selling points. XBEE can constitute the mesh network, each module of which can supplied as the route node, coordinator and terminal node. This system can achieve the functions of collecting data from sensors while is capable of displaying these data in the computers and put them under the network remote control. Easy to install, it can simultaneously achieve network monitoring several greenhouses. Enormous convenience to production inside the greenhouse is fulfilled due to these mentioned features as well, which makes it suitable to the small scale agricultural production.

Because the car headlamp light intensity is too large and it leads to accidents, This paper is based on the initiative to reduce the light intensity of their vehicles according headlights glare or close the high beam and open the lamp method, to achieve the purpose of the glare. The system is AT89C51 microcontroller as the core control, use of photodiode sensor to induction opposite the car headlights light intensity , when opposite car headlights light intensity up to a certain value, photodiode get a signal to the microcontroller ,and then microcontroller sends a signal, to control buzzer sound or not. When the buzzer sounded, using DAC0832 chip to control the brightness of the light emitting diode or control the light on and off and low beam enabled. When enabled for dipped beam, has been more than the antiglare range; after the scope enabled high beam, in order to achieve the anti-dazzle cycle. Through practice, the system has reached the anti-dazzle purpose and has practical value .

An intelligent controller with capable communication for control and protective switching device (CPS) based on Profibus fieldbus was designed. The system with the single chip microcomputer as the core realized the function of measuring, protection, controlling and communication between CPS and host computer by Profibus fieldbus. The design could not only realize real-time monitoring for running state of multiple electromotor but also set the protection parameters of CPS and alarm function online by interface, which made CPS have remote monitoring function.

This paper designs a weighing system of digital electronic scale which is similar to the MCU simulation, and gives the design diagram, hardware composition and software system. This system takes the 51 single chip microcomputer as the core, the main components are the dedicated 24 bits serial A/D conversion chip HX711, cantilever type resistance strain sensor, the four digital tube display. This design uses the dedicated 24 bits serial A/D conversion chip HX711, which has high resolution, simple peripheral interface, and occupies less I/O port, etc.

Aimed at the problem that the traditional data acquisition system design with low efficiency and high cost. It is proposed that the C8051F040 microcontroller is based on the integrated A/D converter and CAN controller; utilize dynamic control simulation input quantity into the built-in A/D converter, process and store the data through the micro-processing unit, and use integrated CAN controller to transmit the data. From schematics design to the boards development, we have achieved the functions that acquisition of multi-channel data combined with CAN network communication through hardware and software debugging. The design of this product is small, powerful and wide used. It has good application and development prospects.

For the caused harvesting loss problem by inaccurate alignment of the semi-feeding peanut harvester, an automatic alignment system on the control core of the single chip microcomputer μPD78F0525 was designed. The system adopts a four-bar detection mechanism to transmit the offset to the controller through the sensor and to adjust the excavator in time. On this basis, a peanut automatic alignment test device is developed, which is composed of conveying platform, ridge ditch, hydraulic execution system, signal detection mechanism, signal processing and control system, etc. The influence effect of the main factors of the system is tested through the test bench. The results show: the reaction time increases with the increase of spring preload and deviation distance, gradually decreases and tends to remain unchanged with the increase of forward speed, and first decreases and then increases with the increase of hydraulic flow. The unqualified rate first decreases and then increases with the increase of spring preload, gradually increases with the increase of forward speed and deviation distance, and gradually decreases with the increase of hydraulic flow. The effectiveness and stability of the automatic alignment system can meet the operation requirements. It effectively solved the problem of automatic alignment of the semi-feeding peanut harvester and provided a technical reference for the research and development of the automatic alignment system for harvesting the fruits under the soil.

Agricultural bird damage problem has been a hot issue trouble all the time, how to not only protect the birds but also put the economic-threat to birds under economic threshold at the same time has become the focus to the current research. The system on the basis of Intelligent Voice--driving Bird Dispeller, puts forward the STC89C58RC/RD and single-chip microcomputer as the core, including SMS module, photosensitive module, AD convert module and MP3 audio module which is composing of a portable intelligent voice anti-Bird Device. The system detects the outside light intensity by the photosensitive module, and the GSM module receives the remote control signal which is from the GSM mobile phone, the MP3 module will be controlled by the power relay, the MP3 module receives the command, then PLAY/STOP the voice on U disk, which can achieve the driving field vermin. It is proved that the system is not only easy to operate, saving costs, but also make a profound difference to drive birds with good results by the field experiment. Meanwhile, as long as changing the sound file, the device can be applied to drive rats, drive wolves and other occasions.

As people live or work on indoor environment of the perfect pursue, for from the household decorates the toxic gas such as formaldehyde, CO, and combustible gas of main composition methane (natural gas) will pay more attention to low concentration requirements. in order to build a safe and healthy environment, we design a simple and practical monitoring system, when the harmful gas exceeds bid, it can tell people in indoor gas solubility and promptly report to the police [1]. In this paper, we design the monitoring system using the MQ2 gas sensor as a receiver, STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the core, 1602 LCD for displaying output, used for indoor and toxic gas detection, according to at the same time equipped with a buzzer alarm output.
