This article develops the automatic test system of voltage and current dynamic waveform for circuit breaker. The system has the automatic monitoring, the storage and the display function of contact voltage and current waveform of circuit breaker in switching process. And then, it also designs the hardware and software of voltage and current dynamic monitoring system for miniature circuit breaker: the hardware circuit of this test system mainly consists of the detection circuit and the data acquisition circuit of current and voltage. And the software system, which mainly consists of control program, data acquisition program and data processing program, is programmed under the condition of LabVIEW. At last, it carries on the real-time monitor to the voltage and current waveform at the both ends of the circuit breaker, especially for the waveform during the switching process, which contributes to study the arc energy and contact wear of circuit breaker.

As for some large-scale and arid irrigation district in China, such as Jinghuiqu irrigation district and Shihezi reclamation district, hydro-ecosystem was gradually degenerated and imbalanced due to water shortage and unreasonable exploitation. In order to study hydrological elements, water cycle process and ecological response caused by human activities and other factors, and improve the quality of hydro-ecosystem, scientific connotation of establishing hydro-eco dynamic monitoring system in large-scale and arid irrigation district was defined. Hydro-ecosystem dynamic monitoring indexes including meteorological elements, hydrological elements, ecological elements closely related to hydrological elements and cycle, and socio-economic elements were proposed. Comprehensive monitoring methods based on automatic monitoring net, remote sensing satellite monitoring, field test and investigation were determined, and overall framework of hydro-eco dynamic monitoring was designed, which provided a theoretical basis for establishing hydro-eco dynamic monitoring system in large-scale and arid irrigation district.

In recent years, the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in the development of society plays a very important role. From the view of groundwater monitoring system, there are still a lot of problems, such as obsolete monitoring equipment, imperfect monitoring system. To solve these problems, by conducting studies of groundwater dynamic data acquisition and transfer of technology, research and development suited to China's national conditions groundwater monitoring series of instruments. Development of multi-level and multi-source remote management software base on network, build a set of groundwater dynamic data acquisition, storage, transmission, management, and remote control of the information service platform. It has been applied in a number of major projects for the construction and operation of the groundwater monitoring network in China to provide reliable monitoring equipment and management service software.

The presence of an arc in a circuit breaker interrupter creates an opposing force to the driving mechanism by changing of the pressure field. This opposing force alters the dynamics of the driving mechanism, the travel characteristics of the moving contact and therefore the switching process. The severity of the influence depends on the structure of the interrupter, the travel profile and also the current waveform, especially the magnitude of the fault current. A 252 kV puffer circuit breaker was used in the present work to study the key factors that contribute to the uncertainty of the predicted contact travel based on coupled simulation.

Abstract Geomechnical model testing has been widely applied as a kind of research technique in underground engineering problems. However, during the practical application process, due to the influence of many factors, the desired results cannot be obtained. In order to solve this problem, based on the measurement requirements of the model test, combined with FBG(Fiber Bragg Grating) sensor technology and traditional measurement methods, an FBG monitoring system, Micro-multi-point displacement test system, resistance strain test system and surrounding rock pressure monitoring system are developed. Applying the systems to a model test of the tunnel construction process, the displacement in advance laws of tunnel face, radial displacement distribution laws and surrounding rock pressure laws are obtained. Test results show that a multivariate information monitoring system has the advantage of high precision, stability and strong anti-jamming capability. It lays a solid foundation for the real-time data monitoring of the tunnel construction process model test.
