The control principle of stepper motor which is widely used at present has been analyzed. It adopts 8051 single-chip microcomputer to achieve stepper motor the pulse distribution control, acceleration and deceleration control in the four phase eight beat mode. This study has avoided complex circuit design, solved the stepper motor "step", "overshoot" phenomenon, promoted step motor to be more stable, faster response, more accurate positioning. This control which has the versatility can be achieved by modifying the corresponding circuit and related procedures for different stepper motor. The control which is flexible and convenient, low cost, has the very high use value in the practical application.

The NC Teaching Plotter is designed for the practice teaching needs of NC machining, In order to improve current existing practice teaching environment of "many student, less equipment". It explains the NC concept with concise way and demonstrates NC thought by the intuitive operation.In this paper, the design of NC teaching plotter makes interpolation motion between pen and table based on NC program in accordance with the requirement made by user, to draw the graphics by moving the magnet control brush painting through the single chip digital control and the two stepper motor control X, Y two axes feed. The NC teaching plotter which demonstrates more clearly and directly the numerical control idea has high practical value for teaching practice.

In order to improve the traditional single-chip microcomputer practice teaching, this paper presents a simulation experiment of the stepper motor control using both of assembly code and C language at Proteus and Keil C51 platform. With the advantages and facility of Proteus, students can reduce the time and costs of development. The teaching practice shows that application of Proteus in experiment teaching is good for improving the efficiency of experimental teaching and the effectiveness of teaching, increasing students’ abilities and awareness of innovation.

A robot based on STC12C5A60S2 single-chip-microcomputer is designed for improving the production efficiency and reducing repetitive work. The system could identify path by detecting metal using eddy current sensor. By ways of the single-chip-microcomputer controlling stepper motor, the robot can run according to the predetermined route, judge independently cargo range and deliver the goods to the designated location. The implementation methods of the important links, such as mechanical structure design, path recognition and steering engine driving and so on are introduced, the system of which make the information interaction with computer through ISP-module (In-system-programming).by testing the model, it shows that the system can meet the design goals of handling goods automatically, and it has higher application value of reducing the accident rate of worker in repeated works and improving labor productivity.

We propose a new control scheme based on analyzing the problems existed in the original machine tool. We use single chip Microcomputer as controller, stepper motor to drive machine table, and power monitor for grinding contact detecting. The principle of grinding contact detection was elaborated, the structure of computer hardware and software are presented. The developed control system has been used for machine. The results show that the control system runs properly and achieves the desired effect.

One kind of automatic wireless infusion control/monitoring system based on micro controller unit(MCU) and nRF401 had been designed and implemented to overcome the shortages in the processing of venous transfusion care. The system used AT89C52 single-chip computer as machine’s core, the realization of communication between a master computer and a slave computer with nRF401. Doctors could get the information through the wireless transmission to control and monitor the process of transfusion in time. According to RS232 communication protocol, the system implements the communication between one computer and multi-computer by adopting AT89C51 single chip microcomputer. This system has many advantages, such as low cost, high precision, small volume, convenience, low power consumption, good extendibility and so on.

System adopts master-slave control structure, controlled by single chip microcomputer from the station to realize droplets monitoring, stepper motor control of the infusion dripping speed, LCD display, sound and light alarm function such as the abnormal infusion and transfusion, and the transmission function by wireless module implements monitoring data; The main data wireless receiving and transmitted to the PC, socialized service for the purpose of advanced information technology.

In this paper, a new type of solar energy automatic tracking controller based on single chip microcomputer is designed to improve the utilization rate of solar energy. Using AT89S52 microcontroller as the core control components, through two photoelectric sensors, signal is collected through the comparison circuit and A / D, the results will be outputted to the single-chip microcontroller for data analysis and processing before output to ULN2003A to control the five-wire four-phase step motor to achieve the tracking of the sun position. The system has the advantages of low cost, and has good anti-interference ability improving the utilization rate of solar energy. The design firstly completed the simulation of the program, and then mainly editing using C programming to complete the program design. Through the downloader the program will be programmed into the microcontroller. Finally, through the construction of hardware experiments to achieve the objective of designed tracking.
