Recent Advances in Spinel Ferrite-Based Thin Films: Synthesis, Performances, Applications, and Beyond

This review provides a comprehensive overview of the recent advances in the various typical spinel ferrite-based thin films with controlled synthesis, their performances, applications in multifunctional material fields, fundamental scientific challenges, and beyond. Firstly, the crystal structures of spinel ferrite-based thin films are introduced. Secondly, recent progress in traditional synthesizing and novel methods for preparation of spinel ferrite-based films are highlighted. Thirdly, their magnetism, electricity, optics performances, and applications in advanced information technology, energy storage and conversion, and environmental conservation fields are also summarized and discussed in-depth. Some effective strategies for optimizing performances and further applications are summarized. Finally, the present review work ends with a short discussion concerning the challenges, opportunities, and future prospects of spinel ferrite-based thin films.

Perencanaan Arsitektur Teknologi Informasi Kelurahan Babau Menggunakan TOGAF ADM

Information technology architecture planning for Baubau Village using TOGAF ADM. Babau Village is a village located in Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Currently, Babau Village has implemented information technology as a centre for information and administrative services. To improve the quality of service to the community, existing information technology needs to be further developed because the amount of information in the system will continue to increase along with population growth. The problem faced if information technology is not developed is a system performance problem. For further development to be more focused, research on an information technology architecture design for Babau Village. The design using TOGAF ADM is a blueprint and a roadmap for the development of advanced information technology services. The aim is that the existing business processes within the Babau Village related to information and administrative services continue to develop according to the needs of the community and the organizational management of Babau Village.Keywords: enterprise architecture planning, TOGAF, ADM, Babau VillageAbstrak. Masalah yang dihadapi apabila teknologi informasi tidak dikembangkan ialah masalah kinerja sistem. Agar pengembangan tahap lanjut lebih terarah, penelitian mengenai sebuah perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi untuk Kelurahan Babau. Perancangan yang menggunakan TOGAF ADM tersebut merupakan blueprint dan juga roadmap untuk pengembangan pelayanan teknologi informasi tahap lanjut. Utilization Extract, Transform, Load For Developing Data Warehouse In Education Using Pentaho Data Integration

The utilization of data warehouses in various fields is an absolute necessity. A data warehouse is a database that contains large amounts of data that aims to help organizations, fields, and institutions specifically for decision making. Data warehouses can produce important information in the future. Loading data from various sources and processed through an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process that displays data consistently is the basis for creating a data warehouse architecture. The development of a data warehouse in education will provide significant benefits for the progress of education. Integration of data and processing results stored in the data warehouse can be the basis for evaluating better planning. Development of data warehouse adopt the multidimensional modelling method which consists of four stages: select the business process, declare the grain, select dimensions, and identify facts. This stage produces a data warehouse architecture and influences and contributes to the advanced information technology in education.

Digital Archive Management Based on Lucene Full-text Search Engine

With the rapid development of society, people have an increasing higher demand for information. As one of the vital information resources, archives are facing the significant impact of the global information tide. The original manual management method for archives can no longer meet the needs of people for their efficient management and utilization. How to transform archive management from manual to digital mode based on advanced information technology has become a hot issue of concern and research. Based on the digital application of archive management, supported by the advanced computer, communication, network, database, and multimedia technologies, we designed and developed a general digital system of archive management. The topological structure of the client/browser/server is used in the system, with the cross-platform characteristics.

The INFORMATION SYSTEM OF OFFICE CORRESPONDENCE AND ONLINE DISPOSITION

The problems of correspondence efficiency and effectiveness as well as disposition in LPPM Universitas Tadulako related to manual management can be overcome by utilizing the current advanced technology. One of the utilization of advanced information technology is by using correspondence application system and online disposition. Correspondence management system is performed systematically and paperless which is also a solution during Covid-19 pandemics where all office administration is done from home. This research was done to build online correspondence and disposition management system in LPPM instances of LPPM Universitas Tadulako. The information system of Office Correspondence and Online Disposition of the Research and Community Dedication Institution (LPPM) of Universitas Tadulako will form paperless work system in the institution, so that it is able to improve the effectiveness of administration management performance in LPPM in the effort to improve the quality of research and community dedication in Universitas Tadulako.

Utilizing Technology Acceptance Model for Influences of Smartphone Addiction on Behavioural Intention

The purpose of this study was to establish a behavioural model of students’ smartphone usage based on the perception of new advanced information technology, perceived playfulness, and smartphone addiction (SA). Undergraduate students were chosen to be the participants from a university in Taiwan. There were 814 valid questionnaires and the valid response rate was 81.4%. Firstly, SA positively and significantly affected perceived playfulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. Secondly, perceived usefulness did not significantly influence behavioural intention. However, there was an unforeseen result; the effect of SA on perceived usefulness was barely significant. It can be concluded that the participants in the present study were undergraduate students and they might not intend to use smartphones for their academic performance. The findings indicated that undergraduate students experienced perceived playfulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness of smartphone from their addiction perception, which further implied that smartphone usage was interesting, easy, and useful. It was inferred that the undergraduate students were already under a high technology addiction (TA) condition. Suggestions indicate that the conjunction of teaching and mobile application should be extensively applied. It should be based on students’ dependence on smartphone and smartphone’s enjoyment to helpfully improve teaching via smartphones.

The Potential Of Internationalization Of Small And Medium Micro Enterprises In SAWO Leather Crafts, Magetan District, East Java, Indonesia

The Magetan leather handicraft business is one of the long-established and surviving SMEs and contributes to the creation of employment and income for the community. Currently, the marketing of leather handicraft products is still limited to meeting local and national needs so that limited market demand makes leather handicraft difficult to develop. Globalization and increasingly advanced information technology have become opportunities for the Magetanleathercraft industry to penetrate the international market, however, various obstacles arise considering that penetrating the global market is not easy for small businesses that have many limitations. The purpose of this case study is to examine the opportunities and obstacles of the Magetan leather handicraft business to penetrate the international market. This research approach is qualitative with case studies.owner of leather handicraft, owner of leathercraft marketing shop, the buyer of leathercraft, an employee of leathercraft. Data analysis includes (1) data collection (2) data display (3) data reduction and (4) conclusions.[1]The results showed that there were obstacles to the internationalization of the Magetan leather handicraft business, namely complicated international trade procedures for SMEs, No marketing channels abroad for SMEs, Limited SME resources. The solution that can be offered from this problem is not to let SMEs directly penetrate the global market independently given the limitations they have, but by providing a mediator that can bridge SMEs with foreign consumers with a Marketplace, Exporters, or Cooperatives.

RANCANG BANGUN PENGELOMPOKAN BAKAT KEMAMPUAN BEKERJA BERBASIS DEKSTOP PADA TELKOMSIGMA JAKARTA

: With the existence of highly advanced information technology as it is today, it is certainly very helpful for human work in creating, changing and seeking information. The process of searching for information at Telkomsigma Jakarta still uses a system that is not well computed. In designing this talent grouping application, the author uses the C # language as a language to compile logic and uses visual studio as an application to display C # language logic lines and acts as an IDE so that the logic lines that have been compiled can be processed into an application, and use devexpress as an additional application for visual studio which contains controls that can help to create an application.The method used in developing this system uses the Extreme Programming method, while the methods for collecting the funds use observation, interviews and literature study.By utilizing this work ability grouping application, it makes it easier for users to map the information needed about the ability of each employee to work.
