As the research object based on a variety of models of self-propelled artillery electromechanical equipment, detailed analysis was carried out on the self-propelled guns electrical equipment failure mode by using the artificial intelligence diagnosis and data mining technology, and a comprehensive, universal and high stability fault diagnosis and maintenance support system for the new self-propelled artillery electromechanical equipment is developed, which realize offline testing, FBI test and quality assessment, a combination of fault diagnosis, maintenance decision-making and information management. Based on the system hardware platform, the fault diagnosis model and maintenance information management system are established, the corresponding fault diagnosis and maintenance support system are finally developed.By passing test, the system have strong comprehensive ,good versatility and the characteristics of high stability.

This paper regard the self-propelled artillery control system as the research object, by using the adaptive control, data fusion and dual-mode modulation technology, construction of the hardware platform of the system is made, the fault diagnosis model and repair information management system is established, finally a corresponding test equipment is developed. the device has strong Integrity , good versatility, high stability, realize offline detection, parts of the joint debugging and commissioning and quality evaluation, the comprehensive fault diagnosis, repair decision-making and information management, greatly improve the force protection equipment repair capacity.

Coal mine electromechanical equipment plays an important role in the process of producing coal.For the lack of scientific management philosophy and effective management methods, China’s Coal mine electromechanical equipment is now facing severer and severer challenges in its way of moving ahead-shortage of investment, hysteresis of management-hazards emerge in every single seconds in the production of coal mine. These hazards,however,does not merely affect the normal production, but will also increase the risks of accidents.Therefore,in order to improve the management level of electromechanical equipment and optimize the utilization of mechanical and electrical equipment, coal mine managers should pay their attentions to the following three aspects:the importance of coal mining equipment ,the importance of training mechanical and electrical personnels and the importance of accelerating the construction of mechanical and electrical information management system [1].

This paper analyses software and hardware, the content of information display and the method of fault diagnosis of the old information management system of the hoist with AC-AC converter. Communication between the information management system and PLC has been investigated. The way to translate the communication protocol of the hoist of AC-AC converter imported has been found. The software Visual Basic 6.0 is adapted to programmer and make up the interface. The faults diagnosis system which can provide the fast device maintenance and the faults localization during system running has been reconfigured.

A comprehensive colliery production monitoring system is discussed, which can dynamically weigh the tramcar and carry out video monitoring at the same time. This colliery production monitoring system consists of the front-end hardware platform and the back-end information management system. Both the front-end hardware platform and the back-end information management system are designed in detail here. The main functions of the information management system are put forward. This monitoring system can not only strengthen the supervision of production and effectively reduce accidents, but also prevent the tax evasion. This design has been used in China for 2 years with stable operation.
