Penelitian ini menggunaan metode kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitianini berupa data primer yang didapat langsung dari narasumber yaitu pemilik usaha Toko KueBarokah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Toko kue Barokah yang bertempat di DesaSukowiyono RT 01 RW 03 Kec.Karangrejo Kab. Tulungagung.Program yg dipakai buatmerancang fungsi & tampilan. Tujuan penelitian ini memudahkan pembuatan administrasi atauoperasional sistem yang awalnya dilakukan secara manual, & kini bisa disederhanakanmenggunakan memakai pelaksanaan atau personal komputer desktop sistem pada sebuahperusahaan. Hasil penelitian dari sistem yang berjalan (sistem manual) masih kurang akurat,relevan dan tepat waktu. Sedangkan penggunaan sistem baru dengan berbasis komputerkhususnya dengan software aplikasi Visual Basic 6.0, diharapkan informasi yang dihasilkanlebih berkualitas dan dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.

Research purposes. This study aims to determine the proper cash management at Al Jihad Mosque, and to produce a computer-based Cash Management Application Program using Microsoft Visual Basic 2015 as the Front End, and Sql Server 2014 as a back end at the Al Jihad Mosque in Banjarmasin.  Theoretical thinking framework. In this study the theoretical framework is analyzing the cash management that runs on the Al Jihad Mosque in Banjarmasin, by analyzing the information needed by management, related functions, accounting documents and records used, and flowcharts. The application program that was developed in the first step was carried out with relations between tables, designing interfaces, and designing outputs. Research result. The results of this study concluded that all cash records are semi-computerized. However, the author recommends using Microsoft Visual Basic 2015 as a Front End, and Sql Server 2014 as a back end so that it can help Al Jihad Mosque to record cash receipts and disbursements quickly and precisely.

Abstract This research work was intended to provide a broad and suffcient solution to areas of diffcult vehicular traffic, where during the rainy season some watersheds present a non negligible water flow. The research carried out the structural design of different geometries of box culverts, to provide a solution to vehicular continuity in areas affected by water ows that interrupt pedestrian and vehicle traffic, endangering human lives. The structural designs followed the standards established by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Offcials and the Colombian bridge code. The designs were carried out using commercial software SAP2000 for analysis and design through Visual Basic programming, allowing a wide range of geometries and boundary conditions to be established. The structural designs indicated a significant difference in quantities of work in the construction of the box culverts for different geometries, indicating higher volumes of concrete for the designs made using the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Offcials code compared to Colombian bridge code. The Colombian bridge code has higher steel requirements for fills less than 3.00 m, while for greater heights the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Offcials code has the highest steel requirements.

Lighting point calculation plays an important feature in developing a new residential house. This enables people inside the house will have enough of light to perform tasks efficiently. Currently, consulting electrical engineers use rules of thumb to forecast the quantity of lighting points, however these rules are inaccurate. It does not take into account the lux required based on Malaysian Standard MS1525. Furthermore, good lighting can save money and provide visual comfort to the occupants. However, numerous parameters such as room index, utilisation factor and illuminance used for each space or room inside the house must be considered when determining the quantity of lighting point for a residential property. Three types of residential houses are considered which are: single storey house, double storey house and condominium house. This paper presents the development of lighting point calculator system for residential houses using Microsoft Visual Basic and comparison of quantity of lighting point using manual calculation using Microsoft Excel and simulation calculation using Microsoft Visual Basic.

Penyakit stroke merupakan keadaan pada saat dikala suplai darah ke otak tersumbat. Penyakit ini merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian. Salah satu akibat kelumpuhan pada lengan yakni kelainan pada sistem gerak jari tangan. Penelitian  ini dirancang sebuah smart glove yang dapat mendeteksi gestur jari-jari tangan. Perancangan smart glove ini digunakan lima buah flex sensor yang diletakkan pada jari tangan, sistem melakukan pembacaan data dari sensor flex akan diproses oleh mikrokontroller arduino nano, selanjutnya data akan di kirim ke aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan visual basic  tertampil grafik secara real time. Smart glove ini juga dilengkapi dengan teknologi sensor grove finger clip heart rate digunakan untuk mendeteksi kondisi kardio atau denyut jantung pada pasien pasca stroke dengan basis IoT (Internet of Things). Sistem melakukan pembacaan oleh mikrokontroller dan ESP-8266 sebagai pengiriman data ke software blynk. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh data hasil 85% keberhasilan atau kemiripan data gerak jari-jari tangan dengan nilai kemiripan diatas 90% dan hasil pengujian sensor grove finger clip heart rate didapatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 99. 05%. The article presents the formulas derived by the author for determining the area of a triangle by a side and two adjacent angles. These for - mulas are used to activate the educational process — students in practice figure out how to rationally determine the area of land plots, buildings, draw up and solve trigonometric equations, prove the properties of the tangent of an angle equal to 90 degrees, correct the graph of the function y = tg x. To carry out calculations of the areas of triangles, to prove the properties of 90 degree angle tangent, to solve trigonometric equations, programs are written in the Visual Basic For Application language in Microsoft Word. Using the binary-decimal system and VBA programs in Word, the value of the tangent of an angle is calculated so close to an angle of 90 degrees that this value can be roughly taken as the 90 degrees angle tangent. The study of this material at informatics lessons contributes to the development of creative thinking of students, increasing their motivation to study informatics and information technology.

Conventional design of jigs and fixtures has become unsuitable given the requirements of modern technology and complexity and diversity in the production with the rapid update of products. Computer-aided design (CAD) of jigs and fixtures is an effective solution in this direction. The current paper focuses on a computer-aided design of the traditional jigs and fixtures and developed a system containing tailor-made software, created using the Visual Basic programming language and installed on it the viewer screen to show the part. The developed system has been built by connecting Visual Basic programming language to the SolidWorks software on which the part is drawn and saved as STEP AP-203 file format, and the system reads and extracts the data from the STEP AP-203 file. Heuristic rules of feature recognition are pre-prepared for checking the extracted geometric data and deciding which data shape will represent the machining feature; then, the system provides the optimum design of the traditional jigs and fixtures for a group of hollow cylindrical parts that contain a group of cross-holes on the cylinder body, whether perpendicular or offset from the cylinder’s axis, (inclined or inclined offset, or blind or through, by applying pre-prepared heuristic rules for the design of traditional jigs and fixtures.

The administrative process at Kotaratu health center still uses manual means. So, it takes a long time in handling patient visits and making reports. The goal of the study was to build a desktop-based medical record information system using the Microsoft Visual Basic. Net Programming Language and MySQL as its database. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature studies. Meanwhile, to develop software (system) with waterfall method, while testing uses blackbox-testing. Our findings are in the form of a desktop-based information system at Kotaratu health center. Furthermore, Blackbox-testing results show that all components in this system are running well, and all medical record data is stored in the database to provide a convenience in managing patient data, searching for medical records, managing medical records and making reports periodically.

The recitation of Quran verses according to the actual tajweed is obligatory and it must be accurate and precise in pronunciation. Hence, it should always be reviewed by an expert on the recitation of the Quran. Through the latest technology, this recitation review can be implemented through an application system and it is most appropriate in this current Covid-19 pandemic situation where system application online is deemed to be developed. In this empirical study, a recognition system so-called the Quranic Verse Recitation Recognition (QVR) system using PocketSphinx to convert the Quranic verse from Arabic sound to Roman text and determine the accuracy of reciters, has been developed. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the system with a user-friendly environment was designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6 in an Ubuntu platform. A verse of surah al-Ikhlas has been chosen in this study and the data were collected by recording 855 audios as training data recorded by professional reciters. Another 105 audios were collected as testing data, to test the accuracy of the system. The results indicate that the system obtained a 100% accuracy with a 0.00% of word error rate (WER) for both training and testing data of the said audios via Quran Roman text. The system with automatic speech recognition (ASR) engine system demonstrates that it has been successfully designed and developed, and is significant to be extended further. Added, it will be improved with the addition of other Quran surahs.

Programmering er tatt inn i den nye læreplanen for matematikk i grunnskolen i Norge. Det betyr at lærerstudenter har behov for å få erfaring med å løse matematiske problemer gjennom programmering. I matematikkfaget på lærerutdanninga for 1.–7. trinn ble det laga et undervisningsopplegg som omfatta opplæring i sannsynlighet og Monte Carlo-simulering med programmering i Excel med Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Arbeidskravet innebar bruk av Monte Carlo-simulering for å løse Chevalier de Méré-problemet og Monty Hall-problemet. I etterkant av studentenes arbeid ble det utforma en NSD-godkjent studie. Utvalget i denne studien er 16 studentgruppers besvarelser på arbeidskravet knytta til dette undervisningsopplegget innen dataprogrammering i mate­matikkfaget. Et funn fra studien er at småfeil kan skape store problemer ettersom mange studenter ikke klarer å vurdere hvor fornuftige de svarene programmet gir er. I tillegg gir manglende systematikk feilsvar. Men i de tilfellene der studentene klarer å program­mere rett, hjelpes de til å løse Chevalier de Méré-problemet. Vi finner også at studentene kan få hjelp av manuell Monte Carlo-simulering for å løse Monty Hall-problemet, gitt at denne gir tallverdier som ligger nært forventningsverdien (p = 2/3), mens i de tilfel­lene hvor tallverdiene ligger langt unna forventningsverdien kan det virke forvirrende. Det er fordeler og ulemper med både manuell og digital Monte Carlo-simulering, og det ser ut til at lærerstudenter kan ha nytte av å løse oppgaver ved hjelp av begge metoder. For å få det beste læringsutbyttet er det avgjørende at læreren velger gode og relevante oppgaver, som gjør at studentene både ser nytten av simuleringa, og også har en viss mulighet til å kontrollere svaret, slik at ikke tilfeldighet under simuleringa og program­meringsfeil bidrar til forvirring.
