At present, road transport safety issue has become increasingly prominent. Reasonable transport safety evaluation is an effective way to enhance enterprise safety management level, decrease traffic accidents and construct harmonious transport environment. In this paper new evaluation method named Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) based on control criteria is put forward, evaluation criteria architecture is built, and G1 method is introduced to identify criteria weight. Finally a road transport enterprise in Sichuan province is studied to prove reasonability of the method.

A competitive contractor is the guarantee of project’s success, so how to choose a suitable contractor is critical for the owners. However, among the influencing factors considered in the selection, some can be quantitatively evaluated with clear evaluation criteria while others can only be qualitative evaluated so that no specific scores can be obtained. For the above reasons an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed in which all assessment factors are divided into two categories and are evaluated with different criteria. The method integrates the advantage of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. Finally it is verified by a case and the result shows that the application of the improved fuzzy approach to choose contractor is effective and reasonable.

This article based on the analysis of the characteristics and the content of the Mobile Scaffolding System (MSS) safety assessment, and according to the on-site inspection of the two MSSs, constructed the MSS metal structure safety assessment index system, and applied the expert scoring method to give the importance degree of every index, finally put forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation criteria.

Based on ahp, the fuzzy mathematical theory, combined with the background knowledge has established the postgraduate education quality analytic hierarchy model, and using this model study postgraduate education quality evaluation question. Take the graduate student factor, the teacher factor, the school factor and the external factor as the foundation variables ,has established the usability fuzzy evaluation indexes of membership functions ,integrating the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) gives evaluation criteria on the relative weight of evaluation target, finally uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give the scientific evaluation to the graduate education quality.

The paper analyses the affecting factors of river health points that river channel health is the key and foundation of river health. It proposes the index system for the Lower Yellow River's channel health and sets the appropriate evaluation criteria and indicator weight. It evaluates the Lower Yellow River's channel health using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gets the conclusion that the Lower Yellow River's channel health has deteriorated in 50 years and has not improved until the beginning of this century. Finally, the paper points that river health is closely related to flow-sediment processes and the coordination of flow-sediment relationship is the key to maintaining the health of the Lower Yellow River.

In this study, a hydrochemical investigation was conducted in Shuangliao city to identify the hydrochemical characteristics and the quality of groundwater using descriptive statistics and correlation matrices. And on that basis, combined with Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), an improved two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the groundwater quality. The results indicate that the major cations and anions in groundwater are Ca2+ and HCO3-, respectively. The chemical types are mainly HCO3—Ca type water, some areas are complicated due to the influence of human activities. The evaluation results show that the water quality in the area is mostly III type water, and the groundwater quality in some areas is IV or V water due to the influence of primary geological conditions or human activities. The groundwater quality in the East Liaohe River Valley and Shuangliao urban area is relatively poor, and in the northwest part which is the saline alkali soil area is also relatively poor.
