Aiming at the disadvantages of conventional relays in control of mine hoists, this article induces application of full digital DC speed adjusting device based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus. This article gives the control system hardware configuration and software design. This design can make mine hoists perform stably and safely, fully meeting the requirements of modern mining hoists system to upgrade.

A design of dry-mixed mortar control system based on Fieldbus and PLC was introduced in this paper. A scheme of totally integrated automation, which includes S7-300 PLC, PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus, touch panel and etc., was proposed. Firstly, control demands and process of this system were described; secondly, hardware configuration and software design were illustrated as well. By using large-scale PLC and field level network - PROFUBUS-DP, the motions of electric motor actuators or hydraulic cylinder actuators are running well, and all sections in the process flow, like hoist, well-distributed vibration, mixing, unloading, etc can all be implemented in time and in place. Though the actual running of the control system it has been proved that the fully integrated automation production of dry-mixed mortar can be thoroughly realized.

The control system of ventilation to engine room which based on Profibus-DP field bus and Siemens S7-300PLC is introduced in this paper. This paper also describes how to construct the control system by applying the Profibus-DP and S7-300 and the development of the supervision and control system using Wincc. The hardware and software design and system program are also presented in this paper. It has some application value.

This paper takes the automatic control system of controllable pitch propeller in a multipurpose ocean tug as an example to describe the application of the S7-200 series PLC in the control system of 4500 horse power controllable pitch propeller in detail. The principle of control system is addressed, as well as the hardware configuration, the design idea of the main software and control process. The system shows high reliability, accuracy and good control performance in practical in practical running.

In order to improve the efficiency of auto parts distribution logistics, to lower the cost of auto production in transportation logistics, and to reduce accidents, in this paper it is designed that an automatic guided vehicle control system to replace the manned tractors in the distribution sites. The system is equipped with an infrared homing device that can ensure the automated guided vehicle (AGV) along a predetermined route automatic driving at a given distribution information, without the needs to manually guided. Test results show that the circuit performance of AGV control system is stable to ensure the accuracy of the tracking in the practical application, and the mean absolute error of the tracking is less than 0.04m.

The paper describes a conceptual control system design based on advanced technologies currently in the exploratory development phase, and, in some cases, emerging into the advanced development phase. It explores future propulsion control systems that focus on improvements in three areas: (1) significantly reducing control system weight; (2) enhancing engine performance (thrust, sfc, etc.); and (3) improving control system reliability and tolerance to high-threat environments (temperature, vibration, EMI, EMP, etc.). The factors that will influence the design and hardware configuration of future propulsion control systems are described. Design goals for future systems, based on the DOD/NASA IHPTET Initiative, and projections of emerging technology capability (and availability) form the basis for future propulsion control system design requirements and for estimating future hardware configurations.

In this paper, taking the quantitative casting system for lead anode plate as the object of study, develop a control system based on the fieldbus and fuzzy control. Introduce the process and control principle of the lead anode plate casting, and establish the quantitative pouring control system from two aspects as the designs of hardware and software equipment.The system adopts the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus technology and uses SIMATIC PLC as the master station to structure the casting control system. It describes the realization and simulation of the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm in quantitative casting system.The simulation results show: Fuzzy - PI control scheme has a better control effectiveness than the traditional PID control system,for a smaller control response curve overshoot and error, a shorter response time and restraining the outside interference to the system and the instability of casting flow.
