The present paper decribed the effects of carbocoal on temperature rising characteristic during coal pyrolysis at different temperature in microwave field. Different mixture rate of carbocoal with coal and different final temperature on coal pyrolysis tempereature rising characteristics were studied in the work. The results indicate: Coal is a poorly microwave absorbing material. Because carbocoal can be fast heated in microwave field, so it can be used as additive for coal pyrolysis. Carbocoal otained from different pyrolysis temperature have different heating rate, along with the increase of carbocoal pyrolysis temperature, carbocoal heating rate increases in microwave field. Using carbocoal as microwave absorbent for coal rapid pyrolysis in microwave field is feasible.

Different mixture rate of carboncoal with coal and different final temperature on coal pyrolysis tempereature rising characteristics were studied in the work. The results indicate: Coal is a poorly microwave absorbing material, and its pyrolysis in microwave field need to add a certain amount of microwave absorbent for higher heating rate; Because carbocoal can be fast heated in microwave field, so it can be used as additive for coal pyrolysis. Carbocoal otained from different pyrolysis temperature have different heating rate, along with the increase of carbocoal pyrolysis temperature, carbocoal heating rate increases in microwave field. Microwave absorbing material was prepared using epoxy resin as matrix and spherical carbonyl iron powder (s-CIP), flaky carbonyl iron powder (f-CIP) as absorbing agent. Microwave absorbing, mechanical properties and structure of the composites containing different kinds of carbonyl iron powder (CIP) were investigated. The results show that the microwave absorber with flaky CIP have better electromagnetic properties than composites with spherical CIP. With concentration of spherical CIP increasing the electromagnetic properties of composites becomes better, except for the mechanical performance. The flaky CIP/epoxy resins composites with a loading of 79 wt% plate-like CIP has attenuation constant of 25.443 dB/cm in 3 GHz. The absorber prepared using flaky CIP has homogenous, dense structure and has excellent mechanical properties.

The microwave absorbing rubber was prepared by adding the microwave absorber PPy/Ni/NanoG and other additives into NBR rubber. By analysis, the proper contents of N330, DOP and PPy/Ni/NanoG are 60, 10 and 25, respectively. The reflection loss of the rubber is below-10 dB at 8.2~11.4 GHz and the minimum loss value is-14.58 dB at 9.76 GHz.

The catalytic effects of Zn on the release of the gaseous products during pyrolysis of Shenhua lignite was investigated by using a fixed-bed quartz reactor. The product gas compositions from the coal pyrolysis were analyzed by a gas chromatography (GC). Experimental results show that Zn had noticeable catalytic effects on lignite pyrolysis. With the increase in Zn content, lignite weight loss increases during pyrolysis. However, there was an optimum content for amount Zn into the coal. Pyrolysis temperature had a great impact on the composition of pyrolysis gas. As the pyrolysis temperature increased, char yield decreased and gas yield increased. There existed a temperature that tar yield reached its maximum value.
