The demand of temperature and humidity in textile factory is higher, in order to be able to accurately independent control temperature and humidity and solve the problem of excessive consumption of energy, Introduce the temperature and humidity independent controlled air-conditioning system (THIC). The enthalpy-humidity chart of the air-conditioning process and energy cost are analyzed and compared for the air-conditioning. It indicates that THIC not only can satisfy the production process requirement, and can use low grade energy and reduce energy consumption.

The temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system's basic principle and relative equipments was introduced, and it with high energy efficiency and can be driven by low grade heat source. Selects a typical office building located in Beijing as the analysis object. The building annual hourly cooling and moisture loads were calculated by DeST. This system was compared with traditional condensation dehumidification air conditioning system in the COP and the energy saving.

The following paper describes an economical, multiple model predictive control (EMMPC) for an air conditioning system of a confectionery manufacturer in Germany. The application consists of a packaging hall for chocolate bars, in which a new local conveyor belt air conditioning system is used and thus the temperature and humidity limits in the hall can be significantly extended. The EMMPC calculates the optimum energy or cost humidity and temperature set points in the hall. For this purpose, time-discrete state space models and an economic objective function with which it is possible to react to flexible electricity prices in a cost-optimised manner are created. A possible future electricity price model for Germany with a flexible EEG levy was used as a flexible electricity price. The flexibility potential is determined by variable temperature and humidity limits in the hall, which are oriented towards the comfort field for easily working persons, and the building mass. The building mass of the created room model is used as a thermal energy store. Considering electricity price and weather forecasts as well as internal, production plan-dependent load forecasts, the model predictive controller directly controls the heating and cooling register and the humidifier of the air conditioning system.

In this paper, the operation mechanism of combined air-conditioning system with temperature and humidity decoupled treatment (CACSTHDT) was presented, and the energy saving potential and economics of CACSTHDT were primarily analyzed through compared with a traditional air-conditioning system. The results indicated that CACSTHDT could save up to 28.64% energy consumption in comparison with a traditional air-conditioning system. The operating cost in one summer only was 71.36% of that cost of traditional air-conditioning system.

The refrigeration units currently used in road transport vehicles are predominantly of the vapour compression refrigeration (VCR) type but this work represents study of air conditioning in automobile based on ammonia water vapour absorption system using hot exhaust gases as an energy source. In the study an experimental set up is designed and fabricated to use low grade heat energy i.e. exhaust gases as input heat to the system.
