For the sake of overcoming the shortcoming of the manual sorting fruit such as inefficiency, inconformity and labor intensity, the weighing fruit grader is designed. The machine is composed of mechanism, computer, data acquisition card, DC PWM system, and pressure sensor. In the system, automatic fruit grading is realized according to the weight measured by pressure sensor. Based on the virtual instrument technology, a humanized human-computer interface is designed by means of Labwindows/CVI. Experiments explain that the precision of the fruits sorting is 96% when the velocity of the transport system is 0.5m/s. The system owns high real-time performance and dependability and it has a good application prospect.

A battery operation parameters simulation generator was specially designed for testing battery management units. Its purpose is to provide a test platform for the industrialization of the battery management units. The parameters simulation generator can provide the battery in various conditions of voltage, current, temperature and other analog signals. In order to calibrate the battery simulation parameters in real-time, a complete set of the calibration and monitoring interface was designed based on LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) environment. The human-computer interface can achieve calibration control of voltage, current, temperature signals online, data analysis, data display, data storage, and fault diagnosis. Test results show that the developed human-computer interface is able to realize real-time calibration and monitoring functions for battery operation parameters simulation generator. Furthermore,the interface also has good real-time and stability, and has a certain application value on the testing and evaluation of the battery management unit.

In this paper, a testing device for gas cylinder, which is composed of PC, data acquisition card on USB bus technology and the application software compiled on the labVIEW platform, is designed on the basis of virtual instrument technology. The assembly and disassembly of the cylinder plug, weighing, temperature measuring, being irrigated upright, and hydraulic pressure testing are all realized. This device has been put into use with highly practical effect.

Laser-Arc Hybrid welding technology was first introduced by English scholar W.M.Steen in 20th century 70s, developed very rapidly. In order to study the effect mechanism of laser and arc,This paper presents a control strategy,the strategy can collect welding electric information, high speed photos and spectral information synchronously. By using the Labview software, industrial computer, data acquisition card, a high speed camera, spectrometer, synchronous multi-information acquisition system of welding has been established.the system has been used for the hybrid welding experiment, the peak value, base value and platform value of the laser-arc hybrid welding has been collected. Laid the foundation for further diagnosis of laser-arc in a variety of state.

In the electronic measurement field, how to measure the open-loop amplitude frequency characteristics of the amplifier automatically is a question to be overcame. And now , the system ,which under the integrated development environment that the virtual instrument software LabVIEW provides, to measure the open-loop amplitude frequency characteristics of the amplifier is developed by combining the modern electronic measurement technology and computer data processing technology. The virtual signal generator which is based on the data acquisition card, signal acquisition, correlation analysis, frequency response analysis, etc is included in the system. This design mainly includes the hardware circuit and the software program. The hardware circuit consists of the low noise preamplifier, measured operational amplifier, data acquisition card, power supply, computer, etc. Modular design is adopted in the software part, which includes the design of soft panel, signal generation, collection and analysis module. The advantages of the virtual instrument, such as the digital signal processing, waveform data automatic storage, graphical programming, are fully used in the modern electronic measurement. Simple structure, low cost, high level of test automation are its characteristics.

In certain tank gun technical conditions integrated testing line, we firstly realize on line test of tank gun under non disassembly situation by using data acquisition card ----4472B produced in American NI Company. It realizes multiple data concurrent acquisition and processing and ensures the integral correlation of each testing data. The system adopts PXI main control platform and actualizes the technical conditions integrated test system of breechblock and recoil system based on Virtual Instrument technology. Through practical use, the result proves that the system has prominent character of integrated testing, online testing, visual data and convenient operation.

In this work, a computerized electro-chemical analyzer based on LabVIEW is proposed. This analyzer is made up of two main parts, the hardware part and software part. The former part consists of computer, data acquisition card, and signal conditioning module, which is clearly described in this paper. The software part includes data acquisition, data processing, data storage and data displaying that are programmed in LabVIEW. The measuring methods of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry have been realized with this analyzer.
