In this paper, a common infrared remote control transmitter is designed, using which, a variety of infrared remote control signal can be decoded, stored and transmitted when users need. And with this design, the problem that remote controllers can not be universally operated is solved . In the design, the algorithm of pattern clustering is used to reduce the errors caused by the instability of clock signal. Moreover, the method of vector Quantization coding and repetitive pattern recognition is used to compress he remote control signal data which achieve a good decoding efficiency and a storage efficiency. Experiments show that the design is feasible and has a good prospect in application.

— Mood lamp is a lamp made from RGB (red, green, blue) led that can be programmed based on its color through remote control, so that the color of the lamp can be determined by the user according to his mood. This lamp is designed using 89C2051 microcontroller with low power technology and uses RGB leds that can be programmed into several colors via a remote control. The remote control signal in this study uses the standard NEC remote code. The results of the led lights experiment can be programmed into 7 colors, namely red, blue, cyan, yellow, magenta, white, and green. The purpose of the results of this study in the future so that it can be used as a business opportunity in the field of creative industries, because this mood lamp can be used as a garden light, home porch lights, restaurants and cafes.

Introduced a kind of device controlling function switches of induction cooker, which is suitable for hot pot heating situation, using wireless control which belongs to the induction technology. A wireless transmitter sends the control signal wirelessly and the built-in wireless receiver receives the signal, which conveniently and practically avoids the operation depending on touch with feeling or lifting the tablecloth off to speak directly to the induction cooker. At the same time, the wireless transmitter is fixed by a dedicated lock onto the pot ear, facilitating not only the operation of the user, but also the removal when cleaning.

Pattern recognition systems made up of independent multi-layer perceptrons and learning-vector-quantization neural network modules have been developed for classifying control chart patterns. These composite pattern recognition systems have better classification capabilities than their individual modules. The paper describes the structures of these pattern recognition systems and the results obtained on using them.
