Using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench module to do statics analysis of the Improved Twin Tripod Sliding Universal Joints ,it can get the middle pole of the trigeminal direction stress cloud pictures, and the greatest stress place after analysis, and can provide the basis for further improved structure coupling.

To ensure the safe use of single shear hydraulic lift platform for processing and manufacturing railway vehicles. This paper analyzes the use conditions of single shear hydraulic lift platform, and makes a contact nonlinear finite element analysis on various typical use conditions. The positions of parts subject to danger can be found out through the results of static strength analysis, which finds out the weaknesses and prejudges the failure trend of parts, and which provides guidance for prejudging the faults in actual production and can prevent occurrence of accidents.

Taking advantage of three-dimensional software Solidworks to model for solar modules and also using finite element analysis software Ansysworkbench to conduct the stress analysis and strength check of modules, to analyze the deformation of modules under certain loading conditions, to conduct load tests and defect detection (EL experiments) and to optimize encapsulation with aluminum frame combined with the factory laboratory. The results show that: the modules have no crack and other defects and their power attenuation does not exceed the specified value after the 2.0mm thickness aluminum frame was reduced to 1.7mm.

To ensure the safe use of vehicle lifting jack as process equipment for fabricating and producing railway vehicles, this paper analyzes on the working conditions of vehicle lifting jack and makes contact nonlinear finite element analysis on various typical working conditions. Through the analysis result on static strength thereof, the parts easily subject to dangers are located, and the failure trend of parts can be prejudged by locating the weaknesses, which guides for prejudging the failures in actual production and can prevent the occurrence of accidents.

In order to assess whether the durability of the designed product meets the requirements or not, the fatigue strength should be analyzed in product designing stage. With the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software, the detail fatigue rating (DFR) method and the linear cumulative damage theory are used to analyze the actuator from three aspects of the static strength, stiffness and fatigue strength. A Stiffness Model of the Actuator has been built in the static strength analysis. The paper also highlighted the theoretical derivation of the DFR and the application in the fatigue strength calculation of the actuator. In practical projects, this method can be applied to similar products, and it can be used as a verification method for design optimization.

Conventionally, the influence of guy wire and wind load on derrick was often ignored in the static strength analysis of derrick of truck-mounted workover rig, it does not accord with the actual working conditions. This paper made the finite element analysis for one derrick of Truck-mounted workover rig through ABAQUS software. The author derive the maximum static hock load which derrick can bear, and reasonably shorten projective radius of guy wire, under different static hock load and wind load, determining the weakest position of derrick. Truck-mounted workover rigs are widely used in the filed of workover and drilling operation, due to their characteristic of power maneuverability and convenient to use. Derrick is the mainly working part of workover rig, as well as the weak links of workover. In order to guarantee relatively high security performance, we should accurately make simulated calculation for carrying capacity of derrick in the process of designing. The author derive the maximum static hock load which derrick can bear, and reasonably shorten projective radius of guy wire, by using the ABAQUS FEM system, apply for statics analysis of derrick under different static hock load and wind load.

In order to analyze vibration characteristics of whole structure of the spherical grinder, the finite element analysis software is applied to finite element modal analysis of the structure. 3D model of spherical grinder is established by Pro/ENGINEER software. Finite element model of spherical grinder is established in the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The previous 6-order inherent frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes are obtained through the finite element calculation. According to the vibration intensity distribution, the corresponding improvement measure is put forward. It provides theoretical basis for dynamic analysis and improved design of spherical grinder.
