Taking advantage of three-dimensional software Solidworks to model for solar modules and also using finite element analysis software Ansysworkbench to conduct the stress analysis and strength check of modules, to analyze the deformation of modules under certain loading conditions, to conduct load tests and defect detection (EL experiments) and to optimize encapsulation with aluminum frame combined with the factory laboratory. The results show that: the modules have no crack and other defects and their power attenuation does not exceed the specified value after the 2.0mm thickness aluminum frame was reduced to 1.7mm.

Because both of the volume and the weight of the photoelectric platform are small, the structure of two frames and two axes is used in the photoelectric platform. As the key component of the photoelectric platform, the main frame should have sufficient strength and rigidity. In order to achieve this object, three-dimensional entity model of the main frame is established using CATIA software. Then the finite-element analysis of the model is finished with ANSYS Workbench. Based on the analysis results, the weak links of the main frame is found. Then these links are improved and the main frame is analyzed again. After improving the structure, the results of the finite-element analysis show that the main frame meets the requirements of design and has perfect overall performance.

Y-Type rolling mill with three roller is a new kind of wire mill.The three-dimensional models of rolling are established by Pro/E. Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the rolling process of wire by Y-type rollers is simulated. The rolling piece movement is analysed. Stress and strain of Y-type roller are also analysed.

In order to study conveying roller force and improve its mechanical properties, we use three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E to build the solid model of the Apple box delivery device’s conveying roller. Using finite element analysis software Ansys to analyze conveying roller’s bending stress, we can get images of local strain and displacement contours .Contrasting with factory’s broken roller conveyor, we can find that: through the establishment of appropriate boundary conditions, Ansys can accurate finite element analysis, and provide the basis for the conveying roller structure improvements.

Based on illuminating the structure,working principle and force analysis of vertical roller mill, the finite element analysis of rocker arms is carried out on ANSYS Workbench (AWE) platform. First of all, the structure of rocker arms and grinding roll components are simplified,then the three-dimensional entity model and meshing model of vertical roller mill both are established. Secondly, the material attribute,contact type,loads and constraints of rocker arms and grinding roll components are defined,and the total deformation, equivalent stress and safety factor of rocker arms are gained after numerical calculation.Results show that the up rocker could meet basically application requirements for its uniform stress distribution.But the lower rocker cannot meet the strength requirements for its low safety factor,and it is necessary to optimize the structure for improving the safety coefficient of lower rocker.

The heavy triangular rubber track conversion for the construction machinery has existed the disadvantage for weight oversized. The effective reduced triangular rubber track conversion's weight is essential in the engineering design. This article established one kind of triangular rubber track conversion driving gear wheel axle's three-dimensional model, integrated dynamics analysis has carried on the finite element analysis to it, based on this and carried on the size using Ansys Workbench to optimize for its most superior structure size, finally to optimized the result to carry on the finite element analysis once more. The result contrast indicated that at maintains under the wheel axle stress level basic invariable premise, after the optimized wheel axle weight reduces greatly, enhanced track wheel's performance effectively.

In order to analyze vibration characteristics of whole structure of the spherical grinder, the finite element analysis software is applied to finite element modal analysis of the structure. 3D model of spherical grinder is established by Pro/ENGINEER software. Finite element model of spherical grinder is established in the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The previous 6-order inherent frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes are obtained through the finite element calculation. According to the vibration intensity distribution, the corresponding improvement measure is put forward. It provides theoretical basis for dynamic analysis and improved design of spherical grinder.
