In the drive of market demand, postpress equipments developing rapidly. Because of environmental protection and energy saving, pre-coating technology has broad application prospects. But in China, the design of the machine are mostly generic and doesnt have a set of perfect design theory. There is no design innovation from the source. Using virtual prototype technology, the structural design of the key components of the pre-coated laminating machine to the paper feed mechanism is improved. Through the three-dimensional modeling, assembly and disassembly, adjustment mechanism simulation, motion simulation of mechanism, the physical, mechanical performance analysis, simulation, prediction, realizes fast implementation and optimization design, improves the processing and assembly technology.

In order to improve the quality of product design, reduce the cost, shorten the development cycle, virtual prototyping technology is used in the process of on the three point support type clutch press mechanism. The design scheme is rapid implemented through establishing three-dimensional modeling, assembly and disassembly, adjustment mechanism simulation, motion simulation of mechanism. So that the physical, mechanical performance of mechanism is analysised, simulated, predicted. Through the virtual operation simulation, early detection of defects in design, to realize optimization design.

With the development of governing the Yellow River by the technology,it is inevitable to research the construction equipment to adapt to flood-prevention work. The cluthing and casting excavator for flood-prevention is produced under such kind of background. This equipment based on the working device of backhoe track hydraulic excavator was improved, the computer technology is introduced in the design of working device which can be for three-dimensional modeling,assembly and motion simulation analysis. The virtual design by Pro/E for the structural and motion of produces can short the design and manufacture time and cut down the cost, thus it can save the massive funds.The completive power of society is strengthen.

According to the load calculation of blade, the required maximum torque of rotational blade is obtained. A mathematic analysis method can be used to deduce the following results: the thrust of hydraulic cylinder is related to crank length, the connecting rod length, the eccentricity, the installation angle, and the variable-pitch driving force. Finally, the optimal values of pitch-controlled actuator are obtained. Based on three-dimensional modeling, assembly and dynamic simulation analysis, the virtual design of variable blade pitch mechanism is completed by using the software Pro/E. By means of dynamic simulation analysis, the rationality of this design is verified, facilitating the further on development mechanism's optimized design.

Flying shear is the equipment that steel enterprises make shearing process on metal preform body for further processing. Crank flying shear has the advantages of high efficiency and good shearing quality, which makes it widely applied. The paper analyzes and studies crank rocking flying shear evolved from IHI rocking shear. And the paper makes kinetic analysis on crank rocking flying shear, applies Solid works software to make three-dimensional modeling, assembly and animation of working process on crank rocking flying shear, and makes optimized analysis and design on spare parts of flying shear combined with kinetic analysis results.

A turbine aerodynamic optimization design system for marine gas turbines has been investigated to accelerate the turbine aerodynamic design process and perfect the research and development platform. The data can be conversed automatically with the self-compiling programs which integrate the 1D, S2 module of Concepts NREC, three dimensional modeling, analysis, and optimization of NUMECA. At the same time, the system can satisfy multilevel optimization design easily for different requirements. And the system has been used in the optimization design of a marine gas turbine. The results show that the design period can be reduced; after optimization the efficiency is improved about one percent; and the off-design performance is improved due to the rear loading technology.
