With the development of governing the Yellow River by the technology,it is inevitable to research the construction equipment to adapt to flood-prevention work. The cluthing and casting excavator for flood-prevention is produced under such kind of background. This equipment based on the working device of backhoe track hydraulic excavator was improved, the computer technology is introduced in the design of working device which can be for three-dimensional modeling,assembly and motion simulation analysis. The virtual design by Pro/E for the structural and motion of produces can short the design and manufacture time and cut down the cost, thus it can save the massive funds.The completive power of society is strengthen.

The fundamental principle of the twist drill conical grinding method was introduced. The mathematical model of the twist drill was established. Mathematical model to establish drill bit is the geometric design, manufacture, cutting analysis and modeling on the basis of the drilling process. According to the twist drill grinding principle, using Pro/E the three-dimensional modeling of the twist drill was completed, and the feature of the conical grinding method was analyzed.

Very complicated as the cycloid wheel movement appears, tridimensional software Solid Works is applied to outer planetary cycloid wheel parts modeling and dynamic simulation with the outcome meeting the prospective design requirements. Therefore, we conclude that tridimensional modeling will be applicable for mechanical designing with great significance. In response to increasingly complicated product designing, the roles of the tridimensional modeling approach will be brought into fuller play. In pin-cycloid gearing, due to the specially curved and differential gear surface, the gearing accuracy and service life of the pin-cycloid are both affected. To get a smooth solution to the problem of the tridimensional surface shaping, priority shall be given to precise drawing of the gears profile curve [.

The current situation of the connecting rod cracking technology development is introduced. The connecting rod cracking production line was established on the basis of the actual connecting rod cracking production data. The equipments were selected by the AHP, and production layout is realized by the SLP. The three-dimensional modeling, logistics analysis and WITNESS simulation analysis are also realized in the paper. Virtualization production is formed on the computer platform. At last, the optimal scheme is achieved. With language of VB6.0, computer aided layout system was developed. Its framework and function were also introduced briefly. The analysis report is obtained to provide data support for the optimization and help enterprises save the costs, improve the production capacity and obtain good economic profit.

According to the load calculation of blade, the required maximum torque of rotational blade is obtained. A mathematic analysis method can be used to deduce the following results: the thrust of hydraulic cylinder is related to crank length, the connecting rod length, the eccentricity, the installation angle, and the variable-pitch driving force. Finally, the optimal values of pitch-controlled actuator are obtained. Based on three-dimensional modeling, assembly and dynamic simulation analysis, the virtual design of variable blade pitch mechanism is completed by using the software Pro/E. By means of dynamic simulation analysis, the rationality of this design is verified, facilitating the further on development mechanism's optimized design.

The rotor and stator were major components of the opposed biconinal cone screw high pressure seawater hydraulic pump, which precision of design and manufacture was particularly high, and the combining status between the stator and rotor has a significant impact on the performance of the new type pump, so the related research on above problems are carried out. In order to satisfy the demands of design efficiency and manufacture decision, a fast and simple way was presented to model 3D cone screw and bushing. Three-dimensional space Cartesian coordinates of cone screw and bushing profile with MATLAB programming were obtained according to the cone screw and bushing surface equation and the design parameters,3D curves of cone screw and bushing with MATLAB were rendered, and the feature point space coordinates were imported to Pro/Engineer so as to build cone screw and bushing solid model. Finally, making virtual assembly and checking interference on the screw and the bushing were necessary. The proposed method can make the complex 3D modeling more accurate, feasible and efficient.

Based on three dimensional modeling software Solidworks, the physical model of 2MW wind turbine’s gear box is constructed and transferred into ADAMS, and then the virtual prototype model of the gearbox is established by adding constraint and load. According to the working state of the gearbox in different wind, the dynamic simulation is carried out, obtaining the revolution of the output shaft and mesh force of all gears. The simulation results compared with the theoretical values to verify the accuracy of the simulation.

The geometric models of the hydraulic turnover device are constructed by using three -dimensional modeling software UG, and then they are induced into simulation software ADAMS by a sharing data format. By using ADAMS, models are further simplified and the virtual prototype is established. By using the associated model, the simulation of the hydraulic turnover device is analyzed in ADAMS. Compared with the traditional methods of using physical prototypes, the movement processes and relevant parameters of the hydraulic turnover device can be effectively obtained by means of this method. Furthermore, the quality of the constraint relations between the parts is very important in terms of the accuracy of the model simulation analysis. This simulation results accord with the practical situation, which indicates that the operation is stable and the efficiency is high. It provides a theoretical basis for the practical design of the hydraulic turnover device, which shows that the combination of ADAMS and UG works well.

The design scheme is rapid implemented through establishing three-dimensional modeling, assembly and disassembly, adjustment mechanism simulation, motion simulation of mechanism. So that the physical, mechanical performance of mechanism is analysised, simulated, predicted. Through the virtual operation simulation, early detection of defects in design, to realize optimization design.

In the drive of market demand, postpress equipments developing rapidly. Because of environmental protection and energy saving, pre-coating technology has broad application prospects. But in China, the design of the machine are mostly generic and doesnt have a set of perfect design theory. There is no design innovation from the source. Using virtual prototype technology, the structural design of the key components of the pre-coated laminating machine to the paper feed mechanism is improved. Through the three-dimensional modeling, assembly and disassembly, adjustment mechanism simulation, motion simulation of mechanism, the physical, mechanical performance analysis, simulation, prediction, realizes fast implementation and optimization design, improves the processing and assembly technology.
