There is a great deal of history involving the research of Tibetan network public opinion dissemination behavior. In order to monitor Tibetan web information and real-time construction and supplementary of Tibetan sensitive information, we investigate the random walk dissemination model to analyze the overall information of Tibetan Web. According to Monte Carlo’s random walk models, we simulate the Brownian motion in the different dimensional space and discuss some basic ideas and applications.

In continuum one-dimensional space, a coupled directed continuous time random walk model is proposed, where the random walker jumps toward one direction and the waiting time between jumps affects the subsequent jump. In the proposed model, the Laplace-Laplace transform of the probability density functionP(x,t)of finding the walker at positionxat timetis completely determined by the Laplace transform of the probability density functionφ(t)of the waiting time. In terms of the probability density function of the waiting time in the Laplace domain, the limit distribution of the random process and the corresponding evolving equations are derived.

BBS's speech in the public opinion has great impact on students’ emotion. If we can regulate public opinion of university BBS of, and deal with the speech with cross impact on students' moral emotion timely, which can make the BBS having good cross and the interaction impact on students' ideological and moral emotion. In this paper we use the MyEclipse5.1 version to expand the public opinion module of the forum, and use with chasing method to calculate the value of object function in the network public opinion evaluation, and join the moral evaluation module in the network architecture. The main function of this module is to optimize the evaluation process of the forum, realize the real-time evaluation of network public opinion, and eliminate the negative cross influence of network evaluation on students' moral emotion.

In a classical random walk model, a walker moves through a deterministic d-dimensional integer lattice in one step at a time, without drifting in any direction. In a more advanced setting, a walker randomly moves over a randomly configured (non equidistant) lattice jumping a random number of steps. In some further variants, there is a limited access walker’s moves. That is, the walker’s movements are not available in real time. Instead, the observations are limited to some random epochs resulting in a delayed information about the real-time position of the walker, its escape time, and location outside a bounded subset of the real space. In this case we target the virtual first passage (or escape) time. Thus, unlike standard random walk problems, rather than crossing the boundary, we deal with the walker’s escape location arbitrarily distant from the boundary. In this paper, we give a short historical background on random walk, discuss various directions in the development of random walk theory, and survey most of our results obtained in the last 25–30 years, including the very recent ones dated 2020–21. Among different applications of such random walks, we discuss stock markets, stochastic networks, games, and queueing.

The real-time and dissemination characteristics of network information make net-mediated public opinion become more and more important food safety early warning resources, but the data of petabyte (PB) scale growth also bring great difficulties to the research and judgment of network public opinion, especially how to extract the event role of network public opinion from these data and analyze the sentiment tendency of public opinion comment. First, this article takes the public opinion of food safety network as the research point, and a BLSTM-CRF model for automatically marking the role of event is proposed by combining BLSTM and conditional random field organically. Second, the Attention mechanism based on vocabulary in the field of food safety is introduced, the distance-related sequence semantic features are extracted by BLSTM, and the emotional classification of sequence semantic features is realized by using CNN. A kind of Att-BLSTM-CNN model for the analysis of public opinion and emotional tendency in the field of food safety is proposed. Finally, based on the time series, this article combines the role extraction of food safety events and the analysis of emotional tendency and constructs a net-mediated public opinion early warning model in the field of food safety according to the heat of the event and the emotional intensity of the public to food safety public opinion events.
