BBS's speech in the public opinion has great impact on students’ emotion. If we can regulate public opinion of university BBS of, and deal with the speech with cross impact on students' moral emotion timely, which can make the BBS having good cross and the interaction impact on students' ideological and moral emotion. In this paper we use the MyEclipse5.1 version to expand the public opinion module of the forum, and use with chasing method to calculate the value of object function in the network public opinion evaluation, and join the moral evaluation module in the network architecture. The main function of this module is to optimize the evaluation process of the forum, realize the real-time evaluation of network public opinion, and eliminate the negative cross influence of network evaluation on students' moral emotion.

The real-time and dissemination characteristics of network information make net-mediated public opinion become more and more important food safety early warning resources, but the data of petabyte (PB) scale growth also bring great difficulties to the research and judgment of network public opinion, especially how to extract the event role of network public opinion from these data and analyze the sentiment tendency of public opinion comment. First, this article takes the public opinion of food safety network as the research point, and a BLSTM-CRF model for automatically marking the role of event is proposed by combining BLSTM and conditional random field organically. Second, the Attention mechanism based on vocabulary in the field of food safety is introduced, the distance-related sequence semantic features are extracted by BLSTM, and the emotional classification of sequence semantic features is realized by using CNN. A kind of Att-BLSTM-CNN model for the analysis of public opinion and emotional tendency in the field of food safety is proposed. Finally, based on the time series, this article combines the role extraction of food safety events and the analysis of emotional tendency and constructs a net-mediated public opinion early warning model in the field of food safety according to the heat of the event and the emotional intensity of the public to food safety public opinion events.

The current breakthroughs in Internet big data and AI technologies have accelerated the fission-like dissemination of public opinion on the Internet, providing both opportunities and challenges for university governance. Universities should adapt to the new situation of the ecological change of public opinion with subject, object, carrier and environment as the elements, and optimize the public opinion management mechanism of universities from five levels: building a management system of network public opinion, strengthening the guidance mode of public opinion, promoting the operation of campus new media matrix, paying attention to the education of students’ network media literacy, and focusing on the construction of  open internal and external communication platform, purifying the network space, maintaining the image of universities, and creating a Double First-class construction of universities and necessary ecology.

The effectiveness of social rehabilitation arouses a plethora of emotions both in the public opinion and in the environments connected with the activities supporting the processes of secondary socialization. This issue is still current and gives rise to emotions, which stems from multiple dilemmas referring to its scope, the factors influencing its level, the possibilities of measuring it, or even the precise definition thereof. In this article the attempt is undertaken to depict the complexity of the evaluation process as regards the effectiveness of social rehabilitation treatments. The review of the criteria allowing for the estimation of social rehabilitation effects is conducted, plus the reference is made to the results of findings over the effectiveness of treatments as carried out by the probation officers for adults, along with the mention of practice.

To establish peer-to-peer connections and achieve real-time web-based communication, the Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC) framework requires address information of the communicating peers. This means that users behind, say, Network Address Translation (NAT) or firewalls normally rely on the Interactive Connectivity Establishment (ICE) framework for the sake of negotiating information about the connection and media transferring. This typically involves Session Traversal Utilities for NAT (STUN)/Traversal using Relays around NAT (TURN) servers, which assist the peers with discovering each other’s private and public IP:port, and relay traffic if direct connection fails. Nevertheless, these IP:port pieces of data can be easily captured by anyone who controls the corresponding STUN/TURN server, and even more become readily available to the JavaScript application running on the webpage. While this is acceptable for a user that deliberately initiates a WebRTC connection, it becomes a worrisome privacy issue for those being unaware that such a connection is attempted. Furthermore, the application acquires more information about the local network architecture compared to what is exposed in usual HTTP interactions, where only the public IP is visible. Even though this problem is well-known in the related literature, no practical solution has been proposed so far. To this end, and for the sake of detecting and preventing in real time the execution of STUN/TURN clandestine, privacy-invading requests, we introduce two different kinds of solutions: (a) a browser extension, and (b) an HTTP gateway, implemented in C++ as well as in Golang. Both solutions detect any WebRTC API call before it happens and inform accordingly the end-user about the webpage’s intentions. We meticulously evaluate the proposed schemes in terms of performance and demonstrate that, even in the worst case, the latency introduced is tolerable.

There is a great deal of history involving the research of Tibetan network public opinion dissemination behavior. In order to monitor Tibetan web information and real-time construction and supplementary of Tibetan sensitive information, we investigate the random walk dissemination model to analyze the overall information of Tibetan Web. According to Monte Carlo’s random walk models, we simulate the Brownian motion in the different dimensional space and discuss some basic ideas and applications.

The industrial robot’s dynamic performance is frequently measured by positioning accuracy at high speeds and a good dynamic controller is essential that can accurately compute robot dynamics at a servo rate high enough to ensure system stability. A real-time dynamic controller for an industrial robot is developed here using neural networks. First, an efficient time-selectable hidden layer architecture has been developed based on system dynamics localized in time, which lends itself to real-time learning and control along with enhanced mapping accuracy. Second, the neural network architecture has also been specially tuned to accommodate servo dynamics. This not only facilitates the system design through reduced sensing requirements for the controller but also enhances the control performance over the control architecture neglecting servo dynamics. Experimental results demonstrate the controller’s excellent learning and control performances compared with a conventional controller and thus has good potential for practical use in industrial robots.

Internet public opinion is an influential and tendentious opinion or speech expressed by the public on the Internet to a certain focus, which has formed a powerful force of public opinion. Internet public opinion has become a concentrated reflection of public opinion, opening up another channel to truly reflect public opinion, and effectively promoting the supervision of government officials and their decisions. In view of the strong emotional weakness of the current network public opinion, we can train forum opinion leaders to guide the public opinion with affinity and consideration, and select and enlarge the network public opinion by connecting the traditional media.

Voters in a democracy contribute to the governance process and mediate the legitimacy of equality and pluralism. This is of great importance in terms of understanding and legitimizing the true meaning of democracy. In the last decade, Turkey has experienced many elections. Local elections on March 31, 2019 were very important. They were quite different in terms of the presentation of political parties and their candidates in the media because both politicians and the public ascribed a lot of meaning to these elections. Therefore, the media showed great interest in the March 31, 2019 local elections, frequently featuring public opinion polls, election campaigns, and political statements that informed voters in real time. This chapter examines the media content of the March 31, 2019 elections.

In the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet has been widely used in the daily life and work of people, which has greatly changed the way people live and work. At this stage, people regard the Internet as the main way to obtain news information, and they have supervised the news contents [1]. Based on this, the article expounds the relevant content of network public opinion, analyzes the role of network public opinion in the public management of Chinese government, and studies the influence of public opinion on the public management of Chinese government.
