The traditional optical fiber network fault detection method has not considered the relationship between the fault characteristics and KNN parameters, it is optimized separately, and the accuracy of optical fiber network fault diagnosis is low. The synchronous optimization fault detection model of fault characteristics detection model parameters is proposed. The candidate feature subsets and K adjacent parameters are used to construct the optical fiber network fault detection model. The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the mathematical model, and the better accurate rate of fault diagnosis for optical fiber network is obtained. The simulation is taken for testing the performance of model, compared to the traditional model, the new model has better accurate detection rate, and the detection accuracy is improved greatly, the efficiency of optical fiber network fault detection is improved, it has great application value in practice.

Abstract At present, in the fault diagnosis database of submarine optical fiber network, the attribute selection of large data is completed by detecting the attributes of the data, the accuracy of large data attribute selection cannot be guaranteed. In this paper, a large data attribute selection method based on support vector machines (SVM) for fault diagnosis database of submarine optical fiber network is proposed. Mining large data in the database of optical fiber network fault diagnosis, and calculate its attribute weight, attribute classification is completed according to attribute weight, so as to complete attribute selection of large data. Experimental results prove that ,the proposed method can improve the accuracy of large data attribute selection in fault diagnosis database of submarine optical fiber network, and has high use value.

Background: The working state of electronic accelerator pedal directly affects the safety of vehicles and drivers. Effective fault detection and judgment for the working state of the accelerator pedal can prevent accidents. Methods: Aiming at different working conditions of electronic accelerator pedal, this paper used PNN and BP diagnosis model to detect the state of electronic accelerator pedal according to the principle and characteristics of PNN and BP neural network. The fault diagnosis test experiment of electronic accelerator pedal was carried out to get the data acquisition. Results: After the patents for electronic accelerator pedals are queried and used, the first measured voltage, the upper limit of first voltage, the first voltage lower limit, the second measured voltage, the upper limit of second voltage and the second voltage lower limit are tested to build up the data samples. Then the PNN and BP fault diagnosis models of electronic accelerator pedal are established. Six fault samples are defined through the design of electronic accelerator pedal fault classifier and the fault diagnosis processes are executed to test. Conclusion: The fault diagnosis results were analyzed and the comparisons between the PNN and the BP research results show that BP neural network is an effective method for fault detection of electronic throttle pedal, which is obviously superior to PNN neural network based on the experiment data.

AbstractIn order to monitor the high-level landslides frequently occurring in Jinsha River area of Southwest China, and protect the lives and property safety of people in mountainous areas, the data of satellite remote sensing images are combined with various factors inducing landslides and transformed into landslide influence factors, which provides data basis for the establishment of landslide detection model. Then, based on the deep belief networks (DBN) and convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm, two landslide detection models DBN and convolutional neural-deep belief network (CDN) are established to monitor the high-level landslide in Jinsha River. The influence of the model parameters on the landslide detection results is analyzed, and the accuracy of DBN and CDN models in dealing with actual landslide problems is compared. The results show that when the number of neurons in the DBN is 100, the overall error is the minimum, and when the number of learning layers is 3, the classification error is the minimum. The detection accuracy of DBN and CDN is 97.56% and 97.63%, respectively, which indicates that both DBN and CDN models are feasible in dealing with landslides from remote sensing images. This exploration provides a reference for the study of high-level landslide disasters in Jinsha River.

Due to the limitation of energy consumption and power consumption, the embedded platform cannot meet the real-time requirements of the far-infrared image pedestrian detection algorithm. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new real-time infrared pedestrian detection algorithm (RepVGG-YOLOv4, Rep-YOLO), which uses RepVGG to reconstruct the YOLOv4 backbone network, reduces the amount of model parameters and calculations, and improves the speed of target detection; using space spatial pyramid pooling (SPP) obtains different receptive field information to improve the accuracy of model detection; using the channel pruning compression method reduces redundant parameters, model size, and computational complexity. The experimental results show that compared with the YOLOv4 target detection algorithm, the Rep-YOLO algorithm reduces the model volume by 90%, the floating-point calculation is reduced by 93.4%, the reasoning speed is increased by 4 times, and the model detection accuracy after compression reaches 93.25%.

To solve the problem of vibration motor fault detection accuracy and inefficiency in smartphone components, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on the wavelet packet and improves long and short-term memory network. First, the voltage signal of the vibration motor is decomposed by a wavelet packet to reconstruct the signal. Secondly, the reconstructed signal is input into the improved three-layer LSTM network as a feature vector. The memory characteristics of the LSTM network are used to fully learn the time-series fault feature information in the unsteady state signal, and then, the model is used to diagnose the motor fault. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through experiments and can be applied to engineering practice. Compared with the existing motor fault diagnosis method, the improved WP-LSTM diagnosis method has a better diagnosis effect and improves fault diagnosis.
