The Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator has a good aggregation effect. It can capture the relationships between multiple input parameters, and the neutrosophic uncertain linguistic numbers can well represent some indeterminate and incomplete information. In this paper, we combine the MSM operator with the singled-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic set and propose some MSM operators based on single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic environment, such as single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Maclaurin symmetric mean(SVNULMSM) operator and single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic generalized Maclaurin symmetric mean(SVNULGMSM) operator. First of all, according to the neutrosophic set and uncertain linguistic numbers, we propose the single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic numbers and give some operating rules. Furthermore, considering the influence of attribute weight on the results, we introduce the weighted SVNULMSM operator and weighted SVNULGMSM operator. Then, we propose a method to deal with MSDM problems and give the specific steps to solve the problem. Finally, an investment example is used to verify the effectiveness of our method, and the superiority of the method is proved by comparing with other methods.

Multiconstraint prediction is a research hotspot and difficulty in the Internet of Things. Aiming at the main problems existing in the process of multiconstraint fuzzy prediction, this paper studies the related key technologies and methods and proposes an improved multiconstraint fuzzy prediction analysis algorithm in the application of Internet of Things. This paper introduces the multiconstraint attribute analysis, multiconstraint attribute normalization processing, multiconstraint attribute weight processing, multiconstraint attribute prediction analysis granularity setting, etc. and systematically calculates the ambiguity of multiconstraint attributes and realizes the multiconstraint fuzzy prediction analysis algorithm. Finally, combined with relevant cases, the algorithm is compared with the existing research results, which shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm in the Internet of Things.

<p><span>An intelligent belief rule base (BRB) based system with internet of things (IoT) integration can evaluate earthquake prediction (EP). This ingenious and rational system can predict earthquake by aggregating changed animal behavior combined with environmental and chemical changes which are taken as real time inputs from sensors. The BRB expert system blends knowledge demonstration criterion like attribute weight, rule weight, belief degree. The intelligent BRB system with IoT predicts the probable occurrence of the earthquake in a region based on the sign and symptoms culled by the persistent sensors. The final result taken from Intelligent BRB system with IoT integration is compared with expert and fuzzy-based system. The projected method gives a better prediction than the up-to-date expert system and fuzzy system</span></p>

Dharma Andalas University is a change in form from the Dharma Andalas Higher School of Economics (STIE). Dharma Andalas University is one of the private universities in the city of Padang which is under the auspices of the Andalas Dharma Education Foundation (YPDA) which is directly fostered by the Andalas University alumni association. Dharma Andalas University is a private university so operational costs come from student tuition fees. Payment of tuition fees is an obligation of every student, considering that tuition fees are quite expensive, Dharma Andalas University provides relief for students to make tuition payments in installments. The purpose of this study is to assist the leadership in making a decision to pay installments using the Weighted Product method. In this study, the data processed is the data of students who apply for installment tuition payments at Dharma Andalas University. The data processing is to determine the criteria for each alternative by multiplying for attribute match reting, then rank with the attribute weight value which results in the vector value V, then the vector value V is ranked from the highest value to the lowest value where the highest value will be prioritized. Furthermore compared to the manual calculation method with a system that has been made, the results are the same with an accuracy rate of 97%, so that it can be recommended to the leadership to help make decisions about the payment of tuition installments.

<p class="Abstrak">Setiap tahun, pada bulan Desember dilaksanakan acara wisuda bagi santri TPA binaan Universitas Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) yang dinyatakan lulus ujian. Para santri tersebut harus lulus empat tahapan ujian, yaitu lisan, praktik, tulis dan Al-Quran. Pada sistem penilaian yang ada saat itu, masih menggunakan perhitungan rata-rata. Padahal menurut evaluasi para Ustadz dan kepala Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPkM) mestinya ujian Al-Quran menjadi prioritas utama. Maka hasil evaluasi memberi rekomendasi bahwa ujian Al-Quran wajib dimasukkan dalam prioritas utama dengan bobot paling besar sebagai acuan penentuan kelulusan. Untuk mendapatkan sebuah prioritas dalam penilaian perlu sebuah metode yang memberikan bobot nilai yang multi attribute, diantaranya Weight Product (WP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode WP untuk seleksi kelulusan santri wisuda TPA UNIDA Gontor dalam bentuk sistem informasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman <em>PHP </em>dan <em>MySQL</em>. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode <em>black box </em>dan kuesioner. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode <em>black box </em>menghasilkan alur dan rangkaian sistem yang diharapkan tanpa ada error. Pengujian sistem dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert menghasilkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,47 dengan rentang kepuasan “tinggi”. Hasil dari penerapan metode WP ini sudah berjalan sesuai prioritas nilai ujian sesuai dengan aturan LPkM. Pada penelitian berikutnya bisa dikembangkan dengan metode lain diantaranya SAW, TOPSIS, AHP, ARAS dan lain sebagainya.</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Every year, in December, a graduation ceremony is held for TPA students assisted by the University of Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) who have passed the exam. The students must pass four stages of the exam: oral, practical, written, and Al-Quran. In the current rating system, it is still using the average calculation. According to the evaluation of the teacher and the head of LPkM, the Al-Quran exam should be the top priority. Then the assessment has a recommendation to gives direction to the stages of the Al-Quran examination included in the top priority. To prioritize the review needs a multi-attribute weight value method, including Weight Product (WP). This study aims to apply the WP method to select prospective students graduating from TPA UNIDA Gontor in the form of information systems. Development of Web-based information systems using PHP and MySQL programming languages. System testing has done using black-box testing and the questionnaire. Testing using the black-box produces expected system paths and sequences without any errors. Testing the system by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale provides an overall average value of 4.47 with a "high" satisfaction range. The results of the WP method's application have been running according to the priority of the test scores by the rules of LPkM. Other methods can be applied in further research, including SAW, TOPSIS, AHP, ARAS, etc.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

AbstractIn this study, aiming at the multi-attribute decision-making problem with incomplete and uncertain attribute weight information and attribute value of interval numbers, a grey target decision-making model of interval numbers based on positive and negative clouts is proposed. Firstly, in this model, the linear transformation operator of interval number is used to normalize the original decision information, and the positive and negative clouts of interval number are designed. Secondly, after the space projection distance between each scheme and the positive and negative clouts is considered comprehensively, the off-target distance is taken as the basis of vector analysis in space to obtain a new comprehensive off-target distance. The existing interval number grey target decision-making model ignores the important influence of interval distribution and the correlation between the attributes in scheme evaluation, and there are some fuzzy errors when setting the weight of attributes. In order to solve the above problems, this paper combined with the uncertainty analysis of the attribute weights, a goal programming is constructed for the objective function based on the comprehensive off-target distance minimization to solve the attribute weight vector, and finally determine the order of the scheme. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed grey target decision model are verified by an example of venture capital projects. Compared with traditional models, the improved model fully considers the characteristics of interval data and the correlation between the attributes.

In order to ensure that the power supply can be restored quickly and efficiently under extreme conditions, an evaluation and decision-making method for mobile energy storage site selection and capacity planning considering the behaviour of decision makers is proposed. The prospect value is calculated based on the prospect theory to describe the bounded rationality and loss aversion of decision makers, and the attribute weight is calculated based on the relative closeness, and then the comprehensive value is obtained. Based on this, we can choose a mobile energy storage installation plan that is more in line with the psychology of decision makers.
