Our self-developed a combining CNC machine tool of turning and grinding uses modular structure,easy to operate and easy to service,so it has been widely applied. For the most part, there will be alarms when the combining CNC machine tool of turning and grinding has faults, but sometimes there may be no alarm. This paper briefly presents the no alarm faults examples and its resolutions for a combining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tool of turning and grinding, which provides an important basis for technicians to operate and maintain the Combining CNC machine tool of turning and grinding.

Based on the study of ergonomics, this paper summarizes morphological characteristics of computer numerical control machine tool modeling, and according to the work functions and operation characteristics, it gives an analysis of the principles and requirements of computer numerical control machine tool modeling design and ergonomics, which will help broaden our thoughts in designing more vivid, lively and rapid new computer numerical control machine tool modeling.

Since computer numerical control machine tool is composed of multiple meta-action units to achieve one specific function, including the meta-action units' own quality, it still needs to control the coupling relationships among different meta-action units' quality characteristics to guarantee the whole machine's quality. In this article, a method of quality characteristic decoupling planning based on meta-action unit for computer numerical control machine tool was proposed. Firstly, the coupling constraint models based on meta-action unit were established. Secondly, the comprehensive coupling strengths of meta-action units were calculated and introduced into the design structure matrices. Thirdly, multidisciplinary design optimization method was adopted to obtain the optimized control sequence of different meta-action units' quality characteristics. What is more, automatic pallet changer rotary motion of computer numerical control machine tool was taken as an example to illustrate the rightness and effectiveness of this method.

CNC machine tool is a kind of highly mechatronics product. It has the Characteristic of high precision and high productivity. Therefore it develops quite fast and improves various kind of the quality of the products. It speeds up the development of machinery industry. In order to meet the requirements of the processing accuracy and speed of modern society, the structure and components of the machine have also become complicated. In order to protect the safety of operators and reduce time of machine repaired as well as improve efficiency, the requirements of the reliability of CNC machine tool should be greatly improved. This study will briefly introduce the concept of reliability and put forward some measures to improve the reliability.

With the continuous development of CNC technology, CNC machine tools run at the higher speed. Cutting force will be greater, which is bound to exacerbate the wear and tear of the machine tool guides. Therefore, new requirements of numerical control machine tool guide surface hardness are proposed. Using Laser surface heat treatment process to scan the guide surface of CNC Machine Tool, the guide can get high hardness hardened layer. After being casted iron HT300 was heat treated by the laser, the microstructure is homogeneous, very fine martensite. Its Surface hardness can get to HV832. The treatment enhances the surface abrasion resistance, scratch-resistant capacity.

In order to study the modular design of computer numerical control machine tools oriented to customer demands, the customer demand information model was established based on rough analytic hierarchy process and information entropy by analyzing and transforming customer demands. Based on the domain mapping method of axiomatic design and quality function deployment integration, the product function model and structure model of computer numerical control machine tools are established. Based on fuzzy clustering analysis, the module division of computer numerical control machine tools is studied, and the dynamic clustering diagram of computer numerical control machine tools is formed with MATLAB as the operating environment. Based on Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method, the scheme of computer numerical control machine tools module division is evaluated. Taking the horizontal computer numerical control machine tool products of Shenyang Machine Tool Group as an example, the module division is carried out. The example design and the result analysis prove that the module division system is very effective and fast.
