There are microfractures and fractures in the carbonate formation of M oilfield, which are easy to cause collapse and borehole instability. On the basis of the liquefiable cleanflo drilling fluid system for open hole completion of horizontal wells designed in the early stage, this paper has carried out the research work of matching acidizing completion fluid system. In this paper, the influence factors, cleaning ability, compatibility, acidizing situation and protection effect of acidizing completion fluid system are evaluated in laboratory. The way of density adjustment and specific dosage of NaCl and hcoona were established to inhibit the formation of salt crystallization. HTA solid acid and JCI are used to counteract each other to reduce the corrosion of casing steel. The core displacement results show that the permeability recovery value of carbonate core after completion fluid treatment can reach 97.54%, and that of sandstone core after treatment can reach 114.7%. Moreover, the completion fluid system also has a certain acidizing effect, which can not only clean and remove the plugging, but also serve as the early induction of acidizing and stimulation.

The basic prescription of the potassium sulfate drilling fluid is: 5% bentonite+0.4%Na2CO3+5.0%K2SO4+1000ppmDCL+200ppmDesco+100ppmAlcome+500ppmSAP+1000ppmLT+1000ppmKEL. The content of K+ is 50000mg/L. The drilling fluid has appropriate viscosity, gel and filter loss. The shale rolling recovery rate is bigger than 85%. The static swelling rate is smaller than 2%. The corn damage is less than 20%. The mechanism of protect formation is the K+ ability of preventing the clay from hydrating and swelling, the adsorption ability of formation protecting agent and the cooperating role of K+ and formation protecting agent. The potassium sulfate drilling fluid was used in fang-3 outer section of the Song-fang-tun oilfield. It was shown that the drilling fluid could meet the drilling demand in this oilfield.

It has been long known that the drilling hole stability is often a major issue faced by drilling workers. And for such a great challenge, a lot of work has been done both at home and abroad in the aspect of the chemical stability of wall, including developing and successfully applying such a series of drilling fluid systems as formate, oil base, synthetic base, silicate, polyol. Since silicate and polyol are often added into drilling fluid system as aggregation inhibitors and lubricants, there is no mixing use of them. In this paper, from the perspective of the comprehensive role of treating agent, the chemical effect of potassium silicate (gel sedimentation) and the physical effects of polyol (cloud point effect) are put into composite application so that a set of drilling fluid system of membrane structure and silicon potassium polyol with gel - cloud point effect is established, and a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the system is given a complete explanation, opening up a new research direction for drilling fluid's stabilizing well wall.
