This study examines the role of education in improving technology adoption as reflected in technology inclusion, poverty alleviation and efforts to increase community income which is reflected in economic growth. This study uses secondary data from world banks and processed regression using the moving average autoregression method. We found that education investment and technology inclusion were positively related to economic growth. And,negatively related to probability. This indicates that education plays a role in encouraging technological inclusion which reflects technological adaptation and encourages economic growth which is an indicator of the prosperity of the people in Indonesia which is strengthened by a negative relationship with poverty which indicates that education plays an important role in poverty alleviation

The aim of this research is to find out how the regulation policy (formulation) of the use of the allocation of funds for tobacco excise revenue sharing (DBHCHT) is related to the social environmental development program. The results showed that the regulatory policy (formulation) on poverty alleviation through DBHCHT management in each region was different. This can lead to optimal management of DBHCHT because it is strong enough to involve all stakeholders in poverty alleviation while still relying on how the work of SKPD-SKPD, community and private sector to be actively involved. The role of the DBHCHT management policy formulation in poverty alleviation programs can actually be said to have a qualitatively significant role proven to be able to direct local government through empowering SKPDs to jointly implement poverty alleviation programs. Keywords: Law, Means of poverty alleviation, DBHCHT  Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan utnuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kebijakan pengaturan (formulasi) penggunaan alokasi dana bagi hasil cukai hasil tembakau (DBHCHT) terkait dengan program pembinaan lingkungan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pengaturan (formulasi) tentang pengentasan kemiskinan melalui pengelolaan DBHCHT pada masing-masing daerah berbeda-beda. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pengelolaan DBHCHT cukup optimal karena cukup kuat untuk melibatkan seluruh stakeholders dalam pengentasan kemiskinan meskipun tetap mengandalkan bagaimana kiprah SKPD-SKPD, masyarakat dan swasta untuk terlibat secara aktif.  Peran formulasi kebijakan pengelolaan DBHCHT dalam program pengentasan kemiskinan sebenarnya dapat dikatakan memiliki peran yang secara kualitatif signifikan terbukti mampu mengarahkan pemeritnah setempat melalui pemberdayaan SKPD-SKPD untuk secara bersama-sama melaksanakan program pengentasan kemiskinan. Kata kunci: Hukum, Sarana pengentasan kemiskinan, DBHCHT.

Even more emphasis is set on social capital in understanding, analyzing and planning poverty alleviation measures and policies. However, our understanding of the role of social capital in alleviating extreme poverty, enhancing social mobility and fighting spatial segregation, is still inadequate. Within the present study, we aim to examine and understand (1) the mechanisms that relate to social capital in the case of the segregated urban underclass and (2) the potential interventions for poverty alleviation concerning social capital. In order to examine the dynamics of poverty alleviation measures related to social capital, special attention is paid to the experiences of a cooperative network aimed at creating artificial bridging capital through the introduction of interpersonal relations locally between the middle class and underclass, the patronage network, which was initiated within a broader participatory action research (PAR) process. Our results show that bonding ties and related specific norms as tools for everyday survival easily overwrite system integration efforts for poverty alleviation and social mobility with long-term and uncertain benefits for the segregated urban underclass. In order to overcome this failure, social institutions should place more emphasis on developing meaningful interpersonal relations with the underclass since these might be able to provide personalized help, facilitation, and approximation of perspectives - all being vital for poverty alleviation and social mobility.
