The article had been tackled the current international community which suffered from the chaos of conflicts and wars that have resulted from successive crises ; because of the hard circumstances which seemed noticeable in the Middle East and elsewhere . So that we couldn’t  see any development in the re- production of effective means and guarantors for the security and stability of the dynamics of the supra-regional interactions which were moving by the divergences of interests and its contradictions and disparities alike ; but sometimes we found many kinds of conflicts and wars that were administered by proxy. And from another hand, we witnessed another patterns of international and direct regional intervention , So the last form of wars , as such as we found a prevalent interpolation inside the Syrian war, the Yemeni war, and the Libyan war and so on . The article had researched about the fears and warnings of supra regional great-powers (Russia, China, etc.) to limit the ineffectiveness and effectiveness of international variables on the level of international politics for controlling over the stability of the Middle East consequently. Especially after the events as known as the Arab spring revolutions since 2011, owing to the spread of a new phase of intense rivalries that confirmed the oscillating probabilities between the conflict and cooperation alike . All of these developments led to the loss of opportunities for cooperation in the final outcome due to the delay in settling these types of conflicts and wars as result of the imbalance within the form of alliances between the powerful actors (the powers of the emerging regional and the international actors alike), which seek to secure its influence even at the expense of the stability in Middle east (The reality of political settlements that came from outside the frontiers). Furthermore , The strategic orientations remain aligned in a parallel with the political alliances (the Iranian-Turkish regional role supported by Russia) to be done in front of  the regional role of the Arab Gulf states that supported by the United States of America . Finally , the frameworks of the cooperation and conflict began to discuss broadly for the future of the Middle East, where the interests of the superpowers were intertwined with the interests of the supra regional powers, without making any significant progress towards solving the recent problems and pending crises that threaten the security of the region as thoroughly . And for dealing with the most dangerous issues and matters of the whole region , as such as the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and how to rebuilding the peace within societies in the post wars period that erupted ultimately  in the middle east region  .

Since 2010 Middle East have many events or what they call "Arab spring events" which it result of overthrow governments and the rise of new political groups, all of this elements was resulting of many international and regional activities and making new regional and international axles, as well as the intersections of the different regional interests, therefore this research will try to study the stability and instability in the region as an independent variable not according to the neorealism or neoliberalism theories, but according to the constructivism theory which it base their assumptions on:  "In the international relations the non-physical structures of international interactions are determined by the identities of the players, which in turn determine the interests that determine the behavior of international players." So the research questions are: 1-What is the identity policy and haw affect in international relations? 2-How the social construct affect in international relations? 3-How the elite's identities for the main actors in the Middle East affect in the regional axles?

Subject area The subject area is international business and global operations. Study level/applicability The study includes BSc, MSc and MBA students and management trainees who are interested in learning how an industry can be assessed to make a decision on market entry/expansion. Even senior management teams could be targeted in executive education programs, as this case provides a detailed procedure and methodology that is also used by companies (multinational corporations and small- and medium-sized enterprises) to develop strategies on corporate and functional levels. Case overview A group of five senior executive teams of different Swiss luxury and lifestyle companies wanted to enter the Middle East market. To figure out the optimal market entry and operating strategies, the senior executive team approached the Head of the Swiss Business Hub Middle East of Switzerland Global Enterprise, Thomas Meier, in December 2012. Although being marked with great potential and an over-proportional growth, the Middle Eastern luxury market contained impediments that international firms had to take into consideration. Therefore, Thomas had to analyze the future outlook for this segment of the Middle East retail sector to develop potential strategies for the five different Swiss luxury and lifestyle companies to potentially operate successfully in the Middle East luxury and lifestyle market. Expected learning outcomes The study identifies barriers and operations challenges especially for Swiss and other foreign luxury and lifestyle retailers in the Middle East, understands the future (2017) institutional environment of the luxury and lifestyle retail sector in the Middle East and applies the institutions-resources matrix in the context of a Swiss company to evaluate the uncertainties prevailing in the Middle East luxury and lifestyle retail sector. It helps in turning insights about future developments in an industry (segment) into consequences for the corporate and functional strategies of a company. Nuclear phase-out policies and the European obligation to liberalise electricity markets could put the French nuclear option dramatically at risk by influencing social preferences or by constraining power producers' investment choices in the future. So far, the particular institutional set-up which has allowed the efficient build-up and operation of several series of standardised reactors preserves the stability of the main elements of the option. However, important adaptations to the evolving industrial and political environment occur and contribute to changing the option. Some institutional changes (such as local public inquiry, creation of a Parliamentary committee, independence of safety authorities) and divergence between industrial interests already allow debates on internal options such as reprocessing, type of waste management deposits, ordering of an advanced PWR. These changes improve the cost transparency, even if internalisation of nuclear externalities (cost of insurance, provisions for waste management) is still incomplete. However, when effective, this internalisation would not affect definitively the competitive position of the nuclear production because of the parallel internalisation of CO2 externalities from fossil fuel power generation in the official rationale. Consequently the real issue for the future of the nuclear option in France remains the preservation of social acceptability in the perception of nuclear risks.
