scholarly journals Neural Network Web-Based Human Resource Management System Model (NNWBHRMSM)

As business activities are becoming increasing globally and as numerous firms expand their operations into overseas markets, there is need for human resource management (HRM) to ensure that they hire and keep good employees. From ages, firms/organizations have been having great problems in getting the right professionals into appropriate jobs and training. This research focuses at exploiting information technology in order to overcome these problems. The system, which is a network of inter–related processes, collects data from applicants through a web-based interface and matches with appropriate jobs. This prevents the frustration and some other problems inherent in the manual method of job recruitment, which is the traditional unstructured interview and knowledge based method for matching applicants to jobs. The proposed system is a neural network web-based human resource management system model running on Internet Information (IIS) server with capabilities for Active Server Page (ASP) and Microsoft Access; while Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) are used for authoring web pages. Finally, the system can run on the minimum Pentium machines with Windows XP operating system

Along with the development of the computer network techniques and the database techniques, the human resource management has become the important part of the enterprise’s informational management. According to the actual needs of human resource management, the paper designs and implements a set of human resource management system. The Paper in-depth research and analyze the Struts2, Spring and Hibernate (three lightweight J2EE framework). Summarizes the advantages and methods of the framework of the Struts2+Spring+Hibernate (SSH) integration technology and determine the overall architecture of the system construction.Adopting B/S structure that is popular currently, the Web-based human resource management system developed by busing enterprise’s internal network externalizes the features of the commonality, the augment ability, and the security, etc.

At present, data is in a state of explosive growth. The rapid growth of data collected by enterprises has exceeded the processing capacity of traditional human resource management systems, resulting in their inability to perform data management and data analysis. In order to improve the practicality of the human resource management system, this paper applies machine learning technology to the human resource management system, selects dimensions according to the prediction method, and builds a combined model consisting of an optimized GM (1,1) model and a BP neural network model. The model is implemented by a three-layer BP neural network. In order to verify the performance of the research model, this article conducts research using an entity as an example. The research results show that the method proposed in this paper has certain practical effects and can improve the reference for subsequent related research.

Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a system that can simplify the process of handling various human resource management activities in a company in a structured and comprehensive manner. HRMS can assist management in carrying out their duties and assist companies in achieving goals and minimizing the risk of loss due to errors in managing employee data, especially in terms of payroll. The number of components in managing employees in a company will make the management in carrying out their duties a little more complicated and complex. So it is necessary to have a system that can manage all components of employee management in one centralized system. In this study, a web-based HRMS has been designed that can be used by employee management and also the employees themselves. From the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of HRMS at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Lingga Regency can assist employee management in managing all employee data including data collection, planning, management, and directing activities effectively and efficiently and can minimize the human error factor.
