Focusing on the specific needs of network management in video surveillance platform, but almost all of current systems is insufficient. The development of OOP and distributed computer technology, especially the improvement of technology based on Web and the J2EE framework give an effect way to implement the distributed unified network management system. This paper firstly introduces n mixed network management model based on SNMP and ICE protocol. And then integrating use of web technology, Spring business logic control technology, Hibernate data persistence technology, Ajax technology to design a distributed, multilayer, extendable structure base on J2EE. Finally, we present the implement of key modules on network management system in video surveillance platform. Experimental results show that the architecture design not only meet specific needs of the large scale access and scalability but also improve the flexibility of the network management system.

The principle of the distribution transformer monitoring terminal and distribution transformer monitoring system is the base of the article. This paper establishes the implement programs of the distribution transformer monitoring system to strengthen the management of distribution transformer. This system provides many functions: real-time monitoring, graphs and reports display of historical data statistics of distribution transformer. This system uses formal J2EE framework, combining with eXtremeComponents (reporting system development tool) to develop customized reports.

With the development of information technology, education office modernization is faced with many opportunities. How to use modern information technology to improve the efficiency and quality of university archives, and achieve ideal results of optimization is today's hot topic. This article first carries on the contrast analysis of the current archives management mode. Through the comparison, we use J2EE framework to establish the network information system of university archives based on the components and level of J2EE, and use MVC structure to realize network business logic, control logic and classification of data display logic. And through the black/white box test and logic coverage, it verifies the stability and operability. The results show that the university archives network information system has high operability. The best load information system should be maintained up to 350 users.

This thesis adopts B/S-based three layers of structural model, takes JSP technology as Web development platform, database MySQL as the basis. The modular design of using lightweight J2EE framework Struts+Spring+Hibernate for solution is adopted to achieve Management Information System for Departments of Colleges and Universities. The system solves the problem of manual teaching information management, heavy workload, low efficiency, poor security and so on, so as to improve the efficiency and level of management.

Based on fleet size and mix vehicle routing problem (FSMVRP), the article analyzes the contract logistics transport demand and characteristics. The authors establish a fleet combination and route optimization model with multiple transfer centers and multiple transport methods. Furthermore, according to the webgis service of Baidu Map, the authors develop a corresponding logistics system according with J2EE framework. Finally, Lindo solver figure out the minimum cost and solution for the dedicated situation, and results display in the Baidu Map.

In order to meet requirements of increasingly high-speed, large and intelligent mechanical equipments on fault diagnosis, the Internet-based reconfigurable mechanical system fault diagnosis program was presented. The overall structure and networking schema of distance mechanical fault diagnosis system were analyzed, and the distance fault diagnosis network model based on J2EE framework was also described. The structural model and reconfigurable manner of the reconfigurable distance diagnosis system was provided, which used CORBA component technology to achieve reconfiguration. The detail steps of system that take some type of diesel engine as diagnosis object was described, and the intelligent diagnosing methods were also researched. The Internet-based fault diagnosis technology effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of diagnostic systems.
