Construction are increasingly needed in the implementation of projects, especially the existence of services that can control the main demands regarding the accuracy of quality, financial efficiency and time accuracy are very much needed. In implementing the Jumeirah Resort Pecatu Graha Bali Development Project, researchers focused their research on soft landscaping work. The role of project management in controlling the implementation time is to obtain a good way or technique to be applied so that limited resources can be managed so as to obtain effective and efficient results due to well-ordered arrangements. The "S" curve is one of the techniques for controlling project progress by using a combination of the "S" curve and the milestone. After looking at the schedule of plans and comparing with progress in the field, there are very significant delays in work on: (a) Groundcover work, when viewed from February 2019 time schedule groundcover work should have been completed, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 30.92%; (b) Shrubs work, if seen from March 2019 time schedule shrubs work should have been completed, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 35.86%; (c) Palms work, if seen from April 2019 time schedule palms work should have reached the final stage of work, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 43.69%. Factors causing the delay in work based on daily reports include: (a) Land not yet ready for planting because it is still waiting for civil works to be completed; (b) Delay in supply of types of plants: groundcover, shrubs and palms, because plants are imported from Java, especially in Malang areas.

Abstract— Construction projects are a series of activities that have a time at the beginning and end time with the aim of realizing the idea into a physical form or building. Labor is one of the important resources, because often the supply is limited, both because of quality and other things. With a good workforce management impact on the completion of construction projects. But in the construction phase, contractors often experience many problems related to the construction project's labor allocation. This study uses the help of Microsoft Project 2007 application to create a network of Precedence Method Method (PDM) methods, then generate a bart chart for the preparation of a project implementation schedule or S schedule (time schedule) so that a histogram can be obtained after a leveling process is needed. The results of data analysis with a case study of the Bank Mandiri Development Project Palembang Office Building, it can be concluded leveling shows that the workforce needs are far less than previously planned. The number of planner workforce based on planner consultant data and reports is 8681 people and from the research results based on data processing the leveling process is only 7754 people. Keywords—: S curve; labour, histogram; Microsoft Project.

This research is discussing about the construction project scheduling that is integrated between the implementation time with the resources needed periodically and in total. Because, determining the time of implementation of construction is very important as a basic reference, when the commencement of work and when the work must be completed. So far, the project scheduling method that is often used by engineers is the time schedule bar chart method, S curve method, Critical Path Method (CPM) method and other methods. After that, the time schedule is developed into scheduling material procurement and manpower, but the scheduling planning system is often out of sync with the implementation time schedule, material supply schedule and manpower supply schedule, therefore construction project delays often occur due to improper supply of material and manpower. That is part of the cause of the loss, therefore there needs to be an integrated scheduling program. How to produce an integrated program is, conducting research by combining methods namely, time schedule bar chart method, S curve method, CPM method, BOW analysis, SNI analysis, statistics, and supported by 60 random sampling data of project documents, consisting of, construction drawings, BOQ, and cost budget plan. Through the process according to these methods, an integrated program will be produced. Why is it necessary to use a program that results from this research, because this program is easy to use, simply enter the building area and planned implementation time at the input layer, the implementation schedule, and the required resources, will be detected automatically, both periodically and in total. This program uses Microsoft Excel applications and is very simple. This program can only be used for scheduling residential construction projects 1 level to 2 levels, with a building area between 36 m2 to 290 m2 . Cannot be used in other projects because each construction project has different characteristics.

The paper deals with the global and national trends of economic and social development at the final stage of the global structural crisis. Special attention is paid to intellectual challenges economists will face with in the post-crisis world: prospects of growth without inflation, new global currencies and the role of cryptocurrencies, central banks independence and their role in economic growth stimulation, new tasks and patterns of government regulation, inequality and growth. Special features of Russian post-crisis development are also under consideration. Among them: prospects of macroeconomic support of growth, inflation targeting, new fiscal rule, social dynamics and new challenges to welfare state. The paper concludes that the main obstacles for economic growth in Russia are concentrated in the non-economic area.

“Don Valley” is more than a historic or geographic location, - it is an official name of a wine-making area, proposed by Rostov Region administration for consolidation of local wine-makers under the single mega-brand. Specialized regional cluster “Don Valley” is “an association of leading scientific, educational, industrial, engineering and innovative organizations and enterprises of the Rostov region, operating in the following areas: wine-making, manufacturing of components for wineries, scientific-research and educational programmes, development of retail infrastructure, promotion of wine-tasting and gastronomic tourism, and viniculture”3. The creators of the cluster official web-site declare “Made on the Don” brand communication as their primary goal, along with promotion of wine in the region. The article reviews the specifics of Don region from a standpoint of its attractiveness as a tourist destination. The mandatory components are named that together with the enogastronomic sphere can contribute to the growth of demand for tourist routes of various content and duration. The key role of cultural and historic component in successful promotion of the Don winemaking in the tourism market is emphasized. It is noted that enogastrotourism can be developed successfully in Don region through socio-cultural project management based on the thorough analysis of specifics of the region as a whole and its individual components affecting the marketing and advertising solutions.
