R&D of the PERT basic model for project planning

The guiding principles of project implementation are planning. The discrepancy in time, cost, and quality between the plan and the actual implementation of the project requires management decisions supported by an analysis of the optimization of the duration of the project and the search for reserves to reduce the implementation time. For this purpose, a basic PERT model for a specific project was developed, early and late deadlines for work, time reserves, and a critical path were calculated. This work is aimed at applying methods of evaluation and analysis of projects to find optimal solutions and control the efficiency of time and costs in project planning, by varying the work on the project and the executors of the work. The results of this study showed that there are quite large time reserves for works 5-7, 7-9, 6-9, etc., which makes it possible to redistribute work between performers and allows you to vary performers during the implementation of several projects simultaneously.

Pembuatan Filter Air Sungai dan Penyediaan Penampungan Air Bersih di Desa Penadaran

Penadaran Village is a village in Gubug District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province. The dry season makes residents in Penadaran Village experience problems with clean water sources. The purpose of community service is to make filters and provide clean water reservoirs for the residents of Penadaran Village. The implementation methods used are: (1) Conducting Tuntang River Water Quality Test, (2) Designing a scheme for clean water filters and reservoirs, (3) Making clean water filters and reservoirs. The location is in Kedungkakap Hamlet, Penadaran Village. The implementation time is August – October 2021. The results of the implementation of community service, obtained the results of the Tuntang River Water Quality Test, namely, Iron: 0.496 mg/L, COD: 301 mg/L, Chloride: 7.30 mg/L, manganese: 0.502 mg/ L, the river water filter scheme uses a system with 3 settling tanks and 2 mixed bed tubes. Mini-Batch k-Means versus k-Means to Cluster English Tafseer Text: View of Al-Baqarah Chapter

Al-Quran is the primary text of Muslims’ religion and practise. Millions of Muslims around the world use al-Quran as their reference guide, and so knowledge can be obtained from it by Muslims and Islamic scholars in general. Al-Quran has been reinterpreted to various languages in the world, for example, English and has been written by several translators. Each translator has ideas, comments and statements to translate the verses from which he has obtained (Tafseer). Therefore, this paper tries to cluster the translation of the Tafseer using text clustering. Text clustering is the text mining method that needs to be clustered in the same section of related documents. The study adapted (mini-batch k-means and k-means) algorithms of clustering techniques to explain and to define the link between keywords known as features or concepts for Al-Baqarah chapter of 286 verses. For this dataset, data preprocessing and extraction of features using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) applied. Results showed that two/three-dimensional clustering plotting assigning seven cluster categories (k = 7) for the Tafseer. The implementation time of the mini-batch k-means algorithm (0.05485s) outperformed the time of the k-means algorithm (0.23334s). Finally, the features ‘god’, ‘people’, and ‘believe’ was the most frequent features.

Elementary Teacher Professionalism and Workload

This study describes teacher performance by quantifying every detail of teacher activity. This research results from a case study conducted for eight months in elementary school. The research focuses on the workload of primary school teachers. This research data collection through observation, interviews, and document review. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 18 Maroangin and SD Islam Terpadu Madan Insan Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province. The study results are as follows: (1) Based on the implementation time, to complete all tasks, the workload of elementary school teachers takes 17 hours a day. Therefore, it equates to 102 hours per week. In this case, the teacher experiences an "overload" workload. (2) The professionalism of primary school teachers is a challenge for education in Indonesia. In addition to the limited ability of teacher resources.

PELATIHAN BANTUAN HIDUP DASAR/BASIC LIFE SUPPORT BAGI MAHASISWA FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MATARAM

ABSTRAKBantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) adalah serangkaian usaha awal untuk mengembalikan fungsi pernafasan atau sirkulasi pada seseorang yang mengalami henti nafas dan atau henti jantung (cardiac arrest). Pengetahuan dan keterampilan BHD penting diajarkan terutama tentang teknik dasar penyelamatan korban yang mengalami henti jantung dan henti nafas. Kesiapsiagaan yang tepat berupa pelatihan kepada mahasiswa dalam pemberian BHD sebagai upaya penanggulangan yang cepat dan tepat sehingga dapat meminimalisir kematian akibat henti jantung yang terjadi di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Saat ini belum ada mahasiswa yang mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai kemampuan melakukan bantuan hidup dasar, maka kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi adanya kasus henti jantung dan henti napas. Lokasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan, dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 1 hari. Target dalam pengabdian ini yaitu adanya pemahaman mahasiswa akan perbedaan henti jantung dan serangan jantung dan cara melakukan pertolongan pertama. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memberikan pertolongan pada korban henti nafas dan henti jantung jika ada kejadian henti jantung dan henti nafas yang terjadi di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. ABSTRACTBasic Life Support (BLS) is a series of initial efforts to restore respiratory or circulatory function in someone who has stopped breathing and/or cardiac arrest. Knowledge and skills of BLS are important to be taught, especially about the basic techniques of saving victims who experience cardiac and respiratory arrest. Appropriate preparedness such as training for students in giving BLS as a quick and appropriate response to minimize deaths from cardiac arrest that occur in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Currently, there are no students who have received training on the ability to perform basic life support, so this training is very important to do to anticipate cases of cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest. The location of the implementation of community service activities at the Faculty of Health Sciences, with an implementation time of 1 day. The target in this service is the students' understanding of the difference between cardiac arrest and heart attack and how to perform first aid. The output of training is an increase in students' knowledge and understanding in providing assistance to victims of respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest if cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest occur within the Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. THỰC TRẠNG XÁC ĐỊNH GIÁ ĐẤT CỤ THỂ ĐỂ BỒI THƯỜNG KHI NHÀ NƯỚC THU HỒI ĐẤT TẠI MỘT SỐ DỰ ÁN Ở THÀNH PHỐ VŨNG TÀU, TỈNH BÀ RỊA – VŨNG TÀU

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá thực trạng xác định giá đất cụ thể để bồi thường khi Nhà nước thu hồi đất tại Dự án xây dựng tuyến đường vào và cơ sở doanh trại Chi đội Kiểm ngư số 2 và Dự án đường Thống Nhất nối dài ở thành phố Vũng Tàu, tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu. Nghiên cứu đã phỏng vấn 116 hộ dân bị thu hồi đất, phân tích các số liệu thứ cấp và sử dụng thang đo Likert để đánh giá mức độ hài lòng của người dân bị thu hồi đất đối với giá đất cụ thể được xác định. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy việc xác định giá đất cụ thể để tính tiền bồi thường được thực hiện theo đúng trình tự quy định nhưng có thời gian thực hiện sớm hơn từ 7 - 12 ngày so với quy định. Giá đất cụ thể được xác định cao hơn so với giá đất trong bảng giá đất của UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu ban hành nhưng thấp hơn so với giá đất thị trường. Người dân bị thu hồi đất đều đã hài lòng với giá đất cụ thể được xác định để tính tiền bồi thường của hai dự án. ABSTRACT This research was conducted to assess the situation of determining specific land prices for compensation when land acquisition of two projects in Vung Tau city, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, including: the project of building the entrance route and barracks of the 2nd Fisheries Division and Thong Nhat road extends project. This study interviewed 116 households whose land was acquired, analyzed secondary data, and used the Likert scale to assess the satisfaction level of the people whose land was acquired for the specified land price. Research results showed that the determination of specific land prices was done in accordance with the regulations, but the implementation time was 7-12 days earlier than the prescribed time. The specific determined the land prices was higher than those issued by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, but lower than the market land price. The households whose land acquisition were satisfied with the specific land price determined for compensation calculation of both projects.

Curiosity Matematis Mahasiswa dalam Pembelajaran Daring Ditinjau Berdasarkan Level Kemampuan Akademik dan Gender (Studi Kasus dalam Pembelajaran Kalkulus Integral)

The possession of mathematical curiosity (curiosity) in learning Integral calculus is very important. Moreover, learning is carried out online due to the covid-19 pandemic. The level of academic ability and gender, which is a social behavior inherent in individuals, will indirectly contribute to mathematical curiosity (curiosity). Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of describing students' mathematical curiosity in online learning in terms of academic ability level and gender. The Mathematics Education Study Program FKIP UIR is the place where this research is carried out. The implementation time is the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year with a sample of 50 people obtained with consideration. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The research instrument was a mathematical curiosity questionnaire which was given to students on a non-test basis with the help of google classroom. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data obtained in this study. The results of the analysis of research data inform that Overall, students' curiosity in bold learning is included in the criteria with a percentage of 78.88%. The mathematical Curiosity of students with a high level of academic ability is included in the criteria with a percentage of 79.79%, 78.19%, and the mathematical Curiosity of students with a low level of academic ability is included in the very strong criteria with a percentage of 83, 13% . The mathematical curiosity of male and female students is included in the criteria with a percentage of 75.89% and 78.74%

PENYULUHAN DARING UNTUK PELAPORAN E-SPT WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI DI KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK JAKARTA BARAT

This Community Service Activity (PKM) is formed of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which is to provide benefits to the community in this case to individual taxpayers who will report their Annual Tax Return (SPT) at the Tamansari Tax Service Office (KPP) 1 , KPP Tambora, Cengkareng and Palmerah. This activity is in assistingindividual taxpayers to report their annual return of which will be reported online by FEB Untar students who have been selected as Tax Volunteers, with supervision from lecturers and KPP officers. For Universitas Tarumanagara, especially the Untar Faculty of Economics and Business, this activity is a role in supporting the Government, in the inclusion of tax awareness which is being activated and programmed by the Directorate General of Taxes as well as to further foster good relations with the surrounding community. This activity began with an invitation from the Directorate General of Taxes, then the selection of candidates for Tax Volunteers by the lecturers and after receiving a good response from willing students, we made an activity proposal to LPPM Untar. After the approval of proposal, we carried out a series of activities with the DGT and coordinated the implementation time of these activities, namely from February to April 2021, online. As the last stage, we made a report on the implementation of this Community Service (PKM) task and submitted it as our responsibility to LPPM Untar.Aktivitas Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini (PKM) adalah merupaakan perwujudan dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu memberikan manfaat kepada lingkungan masyarakat dalam hal ini kepada para wajib Pajak orang Pribadi yang akan melaporkan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Tamansari 1, KPP Tambora, Cengkareng dan Palmerah. Kegiatan ini berupa bantuan seputar kewajiban para “Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi – WPOP” untuk dalam melaporkan kewajiban Pajak Penghasilan mereka yang akan dilayani secara daring oleh para mahasiswa FEB Untar yang telah dipilih menjadi Relawan Pajak, dengan supervisi dari dosen dan petugas KPP. Bagi Universitas Tarumanagara-khususnya Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Untar, kegiatan ini merupakan peran serta mendukung Pemerintah khususnya dalam inklusi kesadaran perpajakan yang sedang digiatkan dan diprogramkan pihak Direktorat Jenderal Pajak sekaligus untuk lebih membina hubungan baik dengan masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan undangan dari Pihak Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, kemudian pemilihan para calon Relawan Pajak oleh para dosen dan Setelah mendapat sambutan cukup baik dari mahasiswa yang bersedia maka kami membuat proposal kegiatan kepada pihak LPPM Untar. Selanjutnya setelah persetujuan pelaksanaan, kami melakukan serangkaian aktivitas bersama DJP serta mengkoordinasi waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu di bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2021, secara daring. Sebagai tahap terakhir, kami membuat laporan pelaksanaan tugas Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dan diserahkan sebagai pertanggung jawaban kami kepada pihak LPPM Untar.

Applicability of Blockchain Technology in Securities Settlement

Technological advancements are often adopted to financial markets to improve their operations and safety. Blockchain technology has been recognized as one of the potential technologies to be utilized in capital markets. The goal of this article is to evaluate the applicability of using the blockchain technology in securities settlement process. First, the theoretical background of blockchain technology is reviewed and the current financial market infrastructure is examined. Then Central Securities Depositories Regulation and the current securities settlement processes are examined. Blockchain applicability framework designed by Gourisetti, Mylrea and Patangia is applied to assess the blockchain technology’s applicability to securities settlement. The results suggest that blockchain technology can be applied to securities settlement, and the used blockchain type should be a private blockchain with Proof-of-Authority consensus mechanism. A blockchain architecture model, based on a model provided by Zhuang, Chen, Shae and Shyu, and potential node structure for securities settlement are developed, taking into account the existing literature on blockchain technology, financial markets, and Central Securities Depositories Regulation. The proposed blockchain architecture model and node structure are then evaluated against scholar expected benefits and drawbacks of using blockchain for securities settlement and cross-border settlement efficiency. The evaluation reveals that the proposed blockchain technology model can potentially improve some of the current securities settlement issues, such as costly reconciliation and difficult cross-border securities settlement. At the same time, using blockchain technology in securities settlement would be challenging because the practical implementation time would be long and would require market-wide commitment. The main artefacts of this article are the proposed blockchain architecture model and node structure that would allow securities settlement processes to be executed using blockchain technology.

Artwork style transfer model using deep learning approach

Art in general and fine arts, in particular, play a significant role in human life, entertaining and dispelling stress and motivating their creativeness in specific ways. Many well-known artists have left a rich treasure of paintings for humanity, preserving their exquisite talent and creativity through unique artistic styles. In recent years, a technique called ’style transfer’ allows computers to apply famous artistic styles into the style of a picture or photograph while retaining the shape of the image, creating superior visual experiences. The basic model of that process, named ’Neural Style Transfer,’ has been introduced promisingly by Leon A. Gatys; however, it contains several limitations on output quality and implementation time, making it challenging to apply in practice. Based on that basic model, an image transform network was proposed in this paper to generate higher-quality artwork and higher abilities to perform on a larger image amount. The proposed model significantly shortened the execution time and can be implemented in a real-time application, providing promising results and performance. The outcomes are auspicious and can be used as a referenced model in color grading or semantic image segmentation, and future research focuses on improving its applications.
