New energy vehicle technology is a new type of vehicle based on the concept of sustainable development in China. In terms of functional use, it can reduce the content of toxic gas and carbon dioxide in vehicle exhaust and reduce the impact on urban air quality by means of electric energy or mixed energy. At the same time, with the characteristics of new energy, it can effectively alleviate the problem that non-renewable energy is almost exhausted, and make the construction of urban economic system more suitable for the development situation of sustainable development concept. In this paper, based on the analysis of the types of new energy vehicles, it is expected to provide a good reference for the subsequent research and development of new energy vehicles.

This article sorts out the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry from three levels of policy, market and technology, and judges the development trend. At the policy level, R&D and innovation support policies, promotion fee policies, and going out policies will become development trends. At the market level, the future automobile market will gradually pick up and maintain a steady development trend. At the technical level, the level of three-electric technology and intelligent network technology will be further improved. On this basis, the company’s development strategy is analyzed in order to provide a reference for the development of new energy automobile companies.

As the urbanization in China is accelerating, “urban diseases” such as city congestion and environmental pollution arise. Traffic is one of the important factors leading to such urban problems. Therefore, in order to succeed in pollution prevention and control, overcome the shortcomings in urban traffic, and realize high-quality development of transport service, we should promote the development of green transport based on low carbon and environmental protection, and intensively implement green travel. First of all, we should accelerate the upgrading of transportation equipment technology, speed up the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in the field of car sharing, and promote the green and low-carbon development of transport service. Based on it, this paper first defines the green travel, new energy vehicle sharing and other related concepts, and analyzes the impact of new energy vehicle sharing, and then sorts out the development process of new energy vehicle sharing in China and analyzes the development trend and problems being confronted with in this field, and finally puts forward the development policy suggestions on domestic new energy vehicle sharing.

In this paper, multidimensional evaluation model is made to select and analysis the new energy vehicles developing direction, namely to maturity, cost, energy resources, pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, energy efficiency and technical characteristics. And the research results show that, China should take the new energy vehicle technology line with "oil-electric hybrid, pure electric, improved hybrid- hydrogen fuel cell (hydrogen power), rechargeable hybrid" as the main line, and adjustment should be made with the technology innovation, industrial development, conditions and so on.

The primary factor in reducing building energy consumption is the wall energy, but thickening the walls simply and using traditional materials to reduce energy consumption has become unable to satisfy the development trend at the present stage. Energy-saving wall materials include organic wall insulation, inorganic wall insulation and composite wall insulation. According to the construction technology, insulation wall can be divided into internal insulation wall, sandwich insulation wall and external insulation wall etc.. Polyurethane foam and other new energy-saving materials are widely used, whicth will become the main energy-saving materials in the northern cold areas.

In recent years, new energy has been rapidly developed and applied. The development of new energy has promoted China's economic growth to a specific extent. The use of new energy has brought energy security to the development of the national economy. Based on the development trend of new energy at home and abroad, this paper analyses the impact of energy intensity and economic growth on the development of new energy. This article explores the relationship between China's new energy, energy intensity and economic development through comparative analysis at home and abroad. This article has a certain reference value for the adjustment of the national new energy industrial structure. This article also has a certain reference value for the construction of new energy development strategies and the control of carbon emissions.

Developing new energy vehicles (NEVs) is essential for China’s automotive industry to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. The development of a NEV platform is an effective means for automotive companies to balance the development cost, development time, and product performance of NEVs. However, there is no clear solution to choosing new energy vehicle platform development strategies and models for automotive companies. This paper mainly studies the significance of NEV platform development, the classification and characteristics of NEV platforms, and the development strategies and trends of NEV platforms for automotive companies. The study results found that choosing a new dedicated electric platform (NDEP) is inevitable for the latest automotive companies, such as TESLA Motors. An adapted electric platform (AEP) is a temporary solution that meets the dual credits policy. It lacks competitiveness and has been gradually eliminated for the traditional automotive companies. The new dedicated electric platform is a long-term development solution when comprehensively considering the market, technology, and policy. The compatible platform (CP) is a transitional solution when considering the development trend of automotive powertrain, the market size of NEVs, and the platform technology of NEVs. Besides, joint development and shared use is the primary development model for the automotive enterprise in the future. Finally, companies should increase their research and development efforts on NEV architecture platforms to maximize platform-based development’s scale effect and application value. The research can provide strategic guidance for automotive companies to develop NEV platforms.
