The primary factor in reducing building energy consumption is the wall energy, but thickening the walls simply and using traditional materials to reduce energy consumption has become unable to satisfy the development trend at the present stage. Energy-saving wall materials include organic wall insulation, inorganic wall insulation and composite wall insulation. According to the construction technology, insulation wall can be divided into internal insulation wall, sandwich insulation wall and external insulation wall etc.. Polyurethane foam and other new energy-saving materials are widely used, whicth will become the main energy-saving materials in the northern cold areas.

New energy vehicle technology is a new type of vehicle based on the concept of sustainable development in China. In terms of functional use, it can reduce the content of toxic gas and carbon dioxide in vehicle exhaust and reduce the impact on urban air quality by means of electric energy or mixed energy. At the same time, with the characteristics of new energy, it can effectively alleviate the problem that non-renewable energy is almost exhausted, and make the construction of urban economic system more suitable for the development situation of sustainable development concept. New energy vehicles(NEV) as a new thing for sustainable development, in China, on the one hand has faced the rapid expansion of the market; the other hand, for the new NEV users, the current NEVs cannot keep up with the degree of innovation. This paper demonstrates the reasons for the existence of this systematic challenge, and puts forward the method of UX research which is different from the traditional petrol vehicles research in the early stage of development, which studies from the user's essence level, to form the innovative product programs which meet the needs of users and being real attractive.
