Mucoceles of the paranasal sinuses are more common in Frontal sinus than other sinuses and have multifactorial causes but due to their close proximity to orbit and brain the patients can present with related complications like diplopia, proptosis and vision diminution. We describe our experience of Frontal mucocele cases and their surgical management by endoscopic approach which has the advantage of short recovery time, easy access, lower morbidity and lesser incidence of potential complications.
