This paper describes the mechanism of authenticating multiple-realm eduroam users via a single multi-EAP radius configuration. The solution is based on the fact that some organizations, which are willing to join the eduroam community and use the service, especially in small communities, do not have a huge number of users, thus it will be costeffective to use a single RADIUS server for them instead of having a separate radius server per each realm. The solution is unmatched in terms of practical open implementation. It has been implemented and tested in ASNET-AM network.

This Items effectiveness and time efficiency represent the problem in Nahwu-Sharaf learning. These matters become Taufiqul Hakim’s study materials and concern. Finally he found one new format of efficient and effective method and items in learning Nahwu-Sharaf. The Items compiled in his books entitled “Buku Amtsilati” and his method knows as Amtsilati Method. The application of Amtsilati Method in Nahwu – Sharaf learning emphasize the student activeness, with rather few theory but much practice and also delivering items start from easy then gradually reaching difficult ones.

High overhang of housing rates together with the price of houses offered continues to rise lead to Malaysian housing market become very unaffordable. Therefore, it is important to investigate the reason behind the developer’s action in continuing to develop the high-cost housing despite the huge number of unsold housing units in the market in Malaysia. Respondents involved in this study were housing developers from Johor, Selangor and Perak who are currently or previously involved in the high-cost housing development projects that priced above RM300,000. The paper is expected that the developers able to meet the actual housing supply for high-cost housing type.

Fog Computing is a new concept made by Cisco to provide same functionalities of Cloud Computing but near to Things to enhance performance such as reduce delay and response time. Packet loss may occur on single Fog server over a huge number of messages from Things because of several factors like limited bandwidth and capacity of queues in server. In this paper, Internet of Things based Fog-to-Cloud architecture is proposed to solve the problem of packet loss on Fog server using Load Balancing and virtualization. The architecture consists of 5 layers, namely: Things, gateway, Fog, Cloud, and application. Fog layer is virtualized to specified number of Fog servers using Graphical Network Simulator-3 and VirtualBox on local physical server. Server Load Balancing router is configured to distribute the huge traffic in Weighted Round Robin technique using Message Queue Telemetry Transport protocol. Then, maximum message from Fog layer are selected and sent to Cloud layer and the rest of messages are deleted within 1 hour using our proposed Data-in-Motion technique for storage, processing, and monitoring of messages. Thus, improving the performance of the Fog layer for storage and processing of messages, as well as reducing the packet loss to half and increasing throughput to 4 times than using single Fog server.

The article is devoted to the history of the formation and features of the functioning of Jewish religious institutions outside the Pale of Settlement in the second half of the XIXth — early XXth centuries. The study is based on the materials of the Kuban and Terek regions, which had a somewhat different administrative and political structure from most other regions. Historically, the peculiarities of these areas influenced the policy of the authorities in towards the Jews, which influenced the activities of rabbis and synagogues. Despite the fact that the activities of rabbis and synagogues were constantly interrupted due to a number of external circumstances, members of local Jewish societies actively engaged in dialogue with the authorities and sought to revive religious buildings to life. Even small communities of Kuban and Terek tried to support their religious institutions and preserve the traditions of Judaism.

The design and operation of floc blanket clarification plant, embodying coagulation, flocculation and floc blanket sedimentation is still very much an art, mainly because there has been no adequate scientific explanation of the mechanisms of the floc blanket sedimentation process. This study aims to provide an explanation based on the floc blanket formation with CPL (hydroxyl chlorine of aluminium) coagulant. The theoretical parameters results were: Gcoagulation: 1,500 s-1; Gflocculation: 397 s-1, and for sedimentation G×θ×c 2476.8. The solid removal in the floc blanket was 65.28% expressed by residual turbidity. The water quality obtained at the end of the treatment satisfied the values of official Mexican standards.

Although the ratio of sewer systems to population in Japan has been improving in recent years, the construction of sewer systems in small communities such as farming or fishing villages, etc. had lagged behind that of urban areas. However, construction of small-scale sewer systems in farming and fishing villages has been actively carried out in recent years. This report explains the history of the promotion of small-scale sewer systems, why submerged filter beds are being employed in many cases, and introduces the design, operation and maintenance of representative waste-water treatment plants in farming and fishing villages which incorporate de-nitrogen and dephosphorization.

Reed bed treatment is put in the context of a major water company’s need to provide reliable, high quality, effluents from small sewage treatment works whilst seeking to minimise running costs. Design and operational information is given for reed bed applications in Severn Trent Water. Performance details are provided for application to secondary, tertiary and storm overflow treatment. The results give particular confidence in the system’s ability to deliver very high quality effluents when used for tertiary treatment, the company’s biggest application. Reed beds work well against less demanding criteria for secondary treatment at small sites and show great promise for storm overflow treatment.
