<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of sustainability report disclosure, financial performance, non-financial performance on firm value with industry type as a moderating variable.</em><em> </em><em>The sample used in this study are companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and publish sustainability report for the period 2012-2016. Testing was done by using multiple regression analysis with moderation regression analysis method.</em><em> </em><em>The result of this research are: (1) </em><em>corporate social responsibility disclosure</em><em> has an positif effect on firm value, (2) financial performance has an positif effect to firm value, (3) non financial performance has no effect on firm value, (4) industry type not moderating the influence of </em><em>corporate social responsibility disclosure</em><em> on firm value (5) industry type not moderating the influence of financial performance on firm value, and (6) industry type not moderating the influence of non financial performance on firm value.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax planning and CSR (corporate social responsibility) on company value. This study also aims to analyze the role of moderation of the transparency of the influence of tax planning and CSR on the value of financial service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The dependent variable is measured using Tobins' Q. Data is obtained by using the method of collecting documentation data obtained from data tracking through electronic media such as annual report data and company financial statements that are sampled. The total sample in this study were 40 companies determined by the purposive sampling method. Data processing techniques in this study use the method of multiple linear analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that tax planning and CSR affect the value of the company. In addition, this study also found that transparency can moderate the effect of tax planning and CSR on corporate value.

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance mechanisms, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and return on assets to firm value. The population used in this study is a publicly listed banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2015 period and the sample determination method used was purposive judgment sampling. Samples obtained were 42 companies. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. This study found that simultaneously the mechanism of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and return on assets affect the value of the company. Partially, this study found that the mechanism of good corporate governance that was proxied by the board of directors (DD), board of commissioners (DK), managerial ownership (KM), return on assets (ROA) influenced the company value, while institutional ownership (IC) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not affect the company's value

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on Corporate Values, then to find out the influence of company age and company size in strengthening the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on corporate values.  The population used in this study is Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The company in this study was selected using purposive sampling techniques in accordance with the criteria that have been set, and obtained as many as 30 samples of companies. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that CSR disclosure positively affects the value of the company, then the age of the company and the size of the company can moderate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on the value of the company. The study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on firm value and to determine earnings management moderate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on firm value. Agency theory used in this research as the grand theory. The population in this study are companies listed in the Business Index 27 in 2014–2016, which are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is moderated regression analysis technique. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility has negative and significant effect on firm value. In addition earnings management has no significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on firm value. Theoretical implication shows that these results are in line with the signaling theory but contradictory with agency theory. On the other hand, practical implications of this research can be taken into consideration for potential investors and investors in making decisions by looking at CSR information which disclosed by the company. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure to firm value with media attention as mediating variable. In this research media attention is proxied with a website, while firm value is measured using the Tobin’s q ratio. The population in this research are manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. This research refers to Li et al. (2016) & Putra et al. (2017) research  which shows that the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility is positively related to firm value. The difference between this research and previous research is the use of 144 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016 as a research sample. Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure measured using performance indicators from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 4.1.Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method with criteria the companies that publish information related to Corporate Social Responsibility in the year of 2016 at annual report and at the company's official website. The sample of research that meets the criteria are 87 samples. Type of data used in this research is secondary data that obtained through official www.idx.co.ic. The data were analyzed by using path analysis with the SPSS 20 application. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure had an effect on the firm value. Meanwhile, media attention is not able to mediate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on firm value

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value in Various Industries Sector, Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2019 Period. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The source of this research uses secondary data sourced from the annual report of various sector companies in the textile and garment sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study were 9 companies using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that partially the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure has a significant effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Good Corporate Governance with indicators (Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Ownership and Audit Committee) Managerial Ownership and Audit Committee have a significant effect on Firm Value, while Institutinal Ownership and Independent Comissioner don’t have a significant effect on Firm Value.

This study aims to provide an overview of Green Accounting, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, company profitability and company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive and verification methods. The sample of this research is 200 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The data analysis method used in this study is the expansion path analysis of simple and multiple regression analysis, single test, multiple correlation coefficient (R) analysis, and coefficient of determination. While the hypothesis testing used is the statistical method of partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and Sobel significant test using Eviews version 10 Enterprise. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Green Accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on the profitability and firm value. Profitability also significantly affected firm value, but the mediating effect of the profitability variable did not occur.

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on company value and determine environmental performance moderating the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on company value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on oil palm plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility did not affect the value of the company. This shows that even though the company has revealed CSR, it does not guarantee an increase in the value of the company. Environmental performance is not able to strengthen the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on firm value. This shows that the items of environmental performance do not match the CSR disclosures made by the company. Keywords: CSR; Company Value; Environmental Performance.
