<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of sustainability report disclosure, financial performance, non-financial performance on firm value with industry type as a moderating variable.</em><em> </em><em>The sample used in this study are companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and publish sustainability report for the period 2012-2016. Testing was done by using multiple regression analysis with moderation regression analysis method.</em><em> </em><em>The result of this research are: (1) </em><em>corporate social responsibility disclosure</em><em> has an positif effect on firm value, (2) financial performance has an positif effect to firm value, (3) non financial performance has no effect on firm value, (4) industry type not moderating the influence of </em><em>corporate social responsibility disclosure</em><em> on firm value (5) industry type not moderating the influence of financial performance on firm value, and (6) industry type not moderating the influence of non financial performance on firm value.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure as a moderating effect of Good Corporate Governance on firm value. Banking sector companies that participated in the CGPI ranking and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 are the object of this study. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is a technical analysis of the data in this study. The results show that Good Corporate Governance has no effect on firm value and the Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure as a moderating variable is able to strengthen the effect of Good Corporate Governance on firm value. This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  ABSTRACT  This study is aimed to prove the influence of corporate characteristic on corporate social responsibility disclosure by using independent variables size, age, goverment ownership, foreign ownership, leverage, profitability, industry type, and auditor type. The sample in this study is a non-financial companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 and consisted of 250 companies. The data used in secondary data obtained from financial from the website www.idx.co.id. Methods of data collection used purposive sampling techniques. This study used a quantitative approach.Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPPSS software version 23.  The results showed that Size and Goverment Ownership of the company had effect possitive on corporate social responsibility. Age, Foreign Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, Industry Type, and Auditor Type have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Corporate Characteristic

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance mechanisms, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and return on assets to firm value. The population used in this study is a publicly listed banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2015 period and the sample determination method used was purposive judgment sampling. Samples obtained were 42 companies. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. This study found that simultaneously the mechanism of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and return on assets affect the value of the company. Partially, this study found that the mechanism of good corporate governance that was proxied by the board of directors (DD), board of commissioners (DK), managerial ownership (KM), return on assets (ROA) influenced the company value, while institutional ownership (IC) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not affect the company's value

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the company's financial performance, with the industry type as a moderating variable. CSR disclosure was measured using CSR disclosure in accordance with ISO 26000. Return on Asset is proxy to measure the company’s financial performance. The type of industry was divided into a high profile and low-profile company. The research subjects are the main sector companies (raw material producing industries) and the second sector (manufacturing industries) which consist of various sectors namely agriculture, mining, basic and chemical industries, various industries, and consumer goods which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2013. Partially, the results showed that the disclosure of CSR implementation and industry type positively and significantly affected the company's financial performance, and the type of industry succeeded in becoming a moderating variable that influenced the relationship between CSR disclosure and the company's financial performance. Simultaneously, results of the study also show that there is a significant effect of the level of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial performance with industry type as a moderating variable

One aspect that concerns investors in valuing stocks is financial performance. The better the company's financial performance will increase the demand for the company's shares, so that it can also increase the company's stock price. The purpose of this research to examine the effect of Financial Performance which is measured by using Earning per Share, Net Profit Margin, Retun On Equity, Firm Size which is measured by Total Revenue, Total Asset,, and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure which is measured by Economic Aspects, Environmental Aspects,Social Aspect to the Extend of stock price on food and beverage sector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The stock price data was used the stock price determined by the closing price.The sample collection method has been done by using purposive sampling method and eleven of eighteen companies, which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the years of 20013-2017, are used as the research samples. The method used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result of the research shows that the variable Financial Performance was significantly influenced stock price. variable Firms Size was significantly influenced stock price, and variable Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure was significantly influenced stockprice.

So far, there has been a bureaucracy reform and implementation of new regulations for good governance capital markets. However, policy violations are still frequent. For example, cases of violation of financial regulations leading to fraudulent financial reporting occurred in several companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to examine the empirical facts related to the legitimacy theory with-in the scope of violation of financial regulation, financial performance and social responsibility disclosure of non-financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There were 24 non-financial violator-companies of financial regulation chosen as the sample. These data, in relation to the research hypotheses, were analyzed by using a path analysis test. The result showed there were no significant effect of the violations of financial regulations on financial performance and the level of corporate social responsibility disclosure. Therefore, this study confirms legitimacy theory in different forms.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on Corporate Values, then to find out the influence of company age and company size in strengthening the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on corporate values.  The population used in this study is Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The company in this study was selected using purposive sampling techniques in accordance with the criteria that have been set, and obtained as many as 30 samples of companies. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that CSR disclosure positively affects the value of the company, then the age of the company and the size of the company can moderate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on the value of the company. The study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on firm value and to determine earnings management moderate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on firm value. Agency theory used in this research as the grand theory. The population in this study are companies listed in the Business Index 27 in 2014–2016, which are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is moderated regression analysis technique. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility has negative and significant effect on firm value. In addition earnings management has no significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on firm value. Theoretical implication shows that these results are in line with the signaling theory but contradictory with agency theory. On the other hand, practical implications of this research can be taken into consideration for potential investors and investors in making decisions by looking at CSR information which disclosed by the company.
