Guru memiliki peranan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas peserta didik dalam mengembangkan komptensi peserta didik dalam kemampuan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik agar sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Guru yang memiliki komptensi yang baik seharusnya layak dipromosikan sebagai kepala sekolah. Penilaian kinerja guru ditampilkan melalui penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian dan sosial. Pemilihan kepala sekolah sangat penting bagi Yayasan karena kepala sekolah sebagai pemimin tertinggi yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak Yayasan untuk memilih guru yang layak dipromosikan sebagai kepala sekolah menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weight Method (SAW) dan Profile Matching. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem penunjang keputusan dapat membantu Yayasan untuk memilih guru yang layak menjadi kepala sekolah dengan waktu yang singkat.

An employee performance evaluation of the Buddhist Dharma University is needed to see the potential of its human resources. To get an employee performance appraisal in one year requires a decision support system that is fast and measurable so that the information obtained is accurate. The method used in assessing employee performance uses profile matching and is compared with the SAW (simple additive weight) method so that the results can be properly compared. The purpose of employee appraisal is so that leaders can easily obtain information about employee performance ratings at Buddhii Dharma University. The results of the value using the profile matching method can be recommended for salary increases and positions of 4 employees. Which can be recommended for salary increases there are 17 employees and those who are not eligible for salary increases and positions are valued at 12 employees. And comparing with the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method, there are 19 employees who are eligible to raise salaries and 14 employees who are not eligible to raise salaries and positions

Jika berbicara organisasi atau perusahaan, terdapat beberapa faktor penting yang dapat menentukan maju atau mundurnya organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut, di antaranya adalah peran karyawan. karyawan yang mempunyai kualitas tinggi akan sangat membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Perusahaan dapat memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang dianggap berprestasi berupa kenaikan jabatan. Penelitian ini mengangkat studi kasus sistem pendukung keputusan kenaikan jabatan menggunakan metode profile matching di PT. Metsuma Anugrah Graha. Saat ini proses kenaikan jabatan karyawan yang terdapat pada PT. Metsuma Anugrah Graha belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan yang diinginkan karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metodologi terstruktur dengan perancangan model yang digunakan adalah model Pencocokan Profil (profile matching) dengan metode perhitungan Pemetaan Gap Kompetensi serta PHP dan MySQL sebagai alat pengkodean komputer. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam pengambil keputusan untuk menentukan perhitungan nilai kenaikan jabatan.

In recent years, various large- and medium-sized shopping malls have been essential components of each city with the speed-up of China’s urbanization process and the improvement of residents’ living standard. A method for evaluating fire risk in shopping malls based on quantified safety checklist and structure entropy weight method was proposed according to related literatures as well as laws and regulations by analyzing the characteristics of fires occurring in shopping malls in recent years. At first, the factors influencing the fire risk in shopping malls were determined by carrying out on-site survey and visiting related organizations to construct an evaluation index system for fires occurring in shopping malls; afterwards, a quantified safety checklist composed of four parts (i.e. safety grade, grade description, scoring criterion and index quantification) was established based on related laws and regulations; subsequently, index weights were determined by utilizing structure entropy weight method, thus putting forward a method for assessing fire risk in shopping malls based on quantified safety checklist and structure entropy weight method. Eventually, the applicability of the evaluation method was validated exampled by Wal-Mart. The research result provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of the theoretical system for fire risk evaluation in shopping malls, and also exerts practical and guidance significance on timeous and effective early warning as well as prevention and control of building fires.
