Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengawasan Standart Operatinal Procedure oleh petugas unit AMC di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta , bagaimana pelanggaran yang dilakukan pada sisi udara (airside) di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta (data tahun 2019), bagaimana peran kerja unit AMC dalam menaikan tingkat kedisiplinan di apron Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengawasan Standart Operational Procedure oleh petugas unit AMC di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta untuk mengetahui pelanggaran yang dilakukan pada sisi udara (airside) di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta, untuk mengetahui Peran kerja unit AMC dalam menaikan tingkat kedisiplinan di apron Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan analisis fishbone diagram, dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi serta penyebaran kuisioner dan memanfaatkan data dokumen serta riset kepustakaan. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan menghasilkan perlu nya koordinasi antar stakeholders dalam menjalankan Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) pada pelayanan pemakaian garbarata, terdapat total 44 pelanggaran dari berbagai macam bentuk pelanggaran di area sisi udara (airside), aspek terendah pada peran kerja unit AMC dalam menaikan tingkat kedisiplinan yaitu manpower, manchines, dan dua subvariabel motivation.

ABSTRACT All aspects of development are very important in a person's life where the development of cognition, affection and psychomotor is well developed in accordance with its development, these three aspects can be said to be good and successful if the three aspects develop well. Like wise with the psychomotor aspect where between gross motor and fine motor are also balanced. Motoric is the development of coordinated body movement control between nerves, brain, and spinal cord (spinal cord or spinal cord). Child's gross motorization can be optimized by improving his motor movement coordination skills through physical activity in the form of coordination of body movements. Like throwing, catching, kicking, running, melopat, and maintaining balance. The condition of a Down Syndrome child who experiences weakness in the ability to think will affect in all aspects of his life. Down syndrome children have problems in cognitive abilities, effective and self-care abilities. This results in them needing special education. Basically, the educational goals that children with Down Syndrome want to achieve are not different from those of education in general. The COVID-19 pandemic is the first to occur in an age of hyperconnectivity. This paper presents results from an online anonymous survey conducted in Malay, English, and Chinese, during the first week of the Movement Control Order in Malaysia (n=1075), which aimed to examine public knowledge, perception and communication behavior in the Malaysian society in the face of a sudden outbreak and social distancing measures. Although the level of public knowledge, risk perception and positive communication behavior surrounding COVID-19 was high, a majority of respondents reported receiving a lot of questionable information. Multinomial logistic regression further identified that responses to different items varied significantly across respondent survey language, gender, age, education level and employment status.
