The COVID-19 pandemic has caused people to immobilize to eat out, many industries are closed, the community’s economy is down, and many online food small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have sprung up. One of the areas affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is East Jakarta. The implementation of Sanitation Standard Operational Procedure (SSOP) in online food SMEs requires special attention during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to evaluate food production facilities in online food SMEs. Direct observation using instrument from Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) Number HK.03.1.23.04.12.2207 2012 was conducted. The survey was conducted from May to June 2021 in five sub-districts in East Jakarta, namely Duren Sawit, Matraman, Pulo Gadung, Kampung Makassar, and Cipayung.  Of the 32 SMEs observed, 50% had been established in less than one year. Most of the SMEs owners have secondary and higher education education and sell popular Street food or food.  The survey covers non-compliance in 14 elements of food production facilities. The results show minor disobedience 18.8%, major disobedience 33.3%, serious defiance 25.8%, and critical disobedience 29.9%. In conclusion, major disobedience had the highest percentage, followed by critical, serious, and minor disobedience. Further education in the application of SSOP for online food SMEs should be carried out.

In decision-making problems, the researchers’ application of parametric tests is the first choice due to their wide applicability, reliability, and validity. The common parametric tests require the validation of the normality assumption even for large sample sizes in some cases. Jarque-Bera test is among one of the methods available in the literature used to serve the purpose. One of the Jarque-Bera test restrictions is the computational limitations available only for the data in exact form. The operational procedure of the test is helpless for the interval-valued data. The interval-valued data generally occurs in situations under fuzzy logic or indeterminate state of the outcome variable and is often called neutrosophic form. The present research modifies the existing statistic of the Jarque-Bera test for the interval-valued data. The modified design and operational procedure of the newly proposed Jarque-Bera test will be useful to assess the normality of a data set under the neutrosophic environment. The proposed neutrosophic Jarque-Bera test is applied and compared with its existing form with the help of a numerical example of real gold mines data generated under the fuzzy environment. The study’s findings suggested that the proposed test is effective, informative, and suitable to be applied in indeterminacy compared to the existing Jarque–Bera test.

Watson’s test is applied to test either the given angular data follows the specified distribution or not. The existing Watson’s test under classical statistics is applied when there is no uncertainty and indeterminacy in sample size or angular data. Under indeterminacy, the existing Watson’s test cannot be applied for testing purposes. Neutrosophic statistics is an alternative to classical statistics for this kind of situation. The Watson’s test under neutrosophic statistics is proposed in this paper. The test statistic of Watson’s test is introduced first. The operational procedure of the proposed Watson’s test is discussed with the help of radar data. From the data analysis and simulation study, it is concluded the proposed Watson’s test is efficient than the existing Watson’s test.

SOP is a procedure or stage that is standardized and must be passed to complete a particular work process and is part of the nurses' skills in applying their knowledge. Injuries are a break in the continuity of a tissue caused by an injury or surgical process. The wound healing process is influenced by several factors, one of which is wound management such as wound care. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between the level of nurse obedience to SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) wound care with the wound healing process after surgery. This type of study was a correlation with using cross sectional design. The samples in this study were 20 nurses and 20 patients by using purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted in the RSUD dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. The results of study indicated that the level of nurse obedience in the very obedient category was (40%) and the results of observations in the wound healing process were (55%) at the level of the category that was not good. After statistical tests by using the Spearman Rank test obtained P value of 0.032 <(0.05). Halal food certification in the university canteen needs to prepare Halal Assurance System (HAS) implementation. Halal Control Point (HCP) traceability in the canteen is very complicated because it has several menus, processes, and materials. This study aims to trace the HCP on materials, processing and serving in Universitas Brawijaya (UB) Canteen, then provide improvement. This research used seven criteria of HAS-23102 for a restaurant to evaluate the menus, ingredients, production, and serving in UB Canteen. HCP traceability was done on 60 menus from 4 food tenants and one beverage tenant. The results showed that grouping the menus and ingredients facilitates HCP identification. The menu consists of six groups: soup, deep-fried, stir-fried, strong spices dish, medium soup, and beverages. The materials consist of fresh ingredients, dry ingredients, and liquids. The menus required 113 materials. There are 16 (14%) materials HCP, including chicken, beef, noodles, and soy sauce. HCP materials do not meet HAS criteria and be replaced with halal-certified material or halal production process (HPP) description from the producer that needs to be checked by a halal auditor. The HCP did not found in the process and serving because the canteen does not produce and service haram (unlawful) products. Still, there is contamination possibility of haram and najis (unclean in Islamic terms) materials. For prevention, the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) of production, serving the tenant, employee, and visitor need to be applied. The alternatives are supplying chicken meat and beef from a halal-certified slaughterhouse, monitoring and controlling the tenants' kitchen periodically three months, applying the halal standard for storage in tenant's kitchen and canteen facilities, and food serving in canteen. The HCP traceability of the university canteen according to halal standards, including raw materials, additional materials, processes, and serving, including the equipment used.

Long as the elderly are getting older, the cardiovascular system will experience changes such as arteries losing their elasticity, leading to an increase in pulse and systolic blood pressure. Acupressure is a development of acupuncture therapy that can lower blood pressure; stimulation at the acupressure point causes the release of endorphin hormones which reduce lactic acid production to provide a relaxed and comfortable condition. This study used a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre-posttest design with simple random sampling, which involved 34 elderly with hypertension. According to the standard operational procedure (SOP), blood pressure was measured with a sphygmomanometer, and acupressure therapy was the standard operational procedure (SOP). Data analysis was carried out using a paired t-test because the data were normally distributed. The results showed that the mean blood pressure before the intervention was 152.35/97.65 mmHg, while after the intervention, the average blood pressure was 140.74/90.59 mmHg. Analysis with paired sample t-test obtained p-value = 0.001 in systolic and diastolic pressures. There were differences in blood pressure before and after acupressure therapy intervention in the elderly at Kediri I Public Health Center, Tabanan Regency. It is hoped that nurses can independently provide acupressure therapy to older adults with hypertension to lower blood pressure.
