Drug safety is related to people's livelihood and public safety. Therefore, we must improve drug supervision and curb the circulation of counterfeit and substandard drugs.At present, most of the centralized drug supervision systems have some problems, such as few participants, easy data tampering, lack of credibility and so on.This paper analyzes the application feasibility of blockchain technology in the field of drug supervision, and designs a decentralized drug supervision system based on Fisco Bcos blockchain, which can solve the problems of data forgery, data tampering, centralization and lack of trust in the current drug supervision system, and provide support and reference for all links of drug circulation.

With the continuous progress of blockchain technology, how to use it for commodity traceability has become a concern. This study mainly discusses the Internet of Things supervision system and supply chain financial supervision method based on blockchain technology. The whole blockchain network is a decentralized system, which consists of six layers: data layer, network layer, and consensus layer. These three layers are the foundation layer; the other three layers are incentive layer, contract layer, and application layer. The interface of the platform needs to be conceived in combination with the business of building materials. According to the functional differentiation, the required interfaces mainly include information generation interface, information verification, information retrieval, and other information interfaces. Smart contracts can process data, operate asset transactions, manage smart assets, and expand the ability of blockchain to use data. In this way, the blockchain technology can trace the source of the data, so as to ensure the authenticity and security of the data. Blockchain technology can be used in data tracking. Specifically, in the building materials industry, with the help of blockchain technology, building material mixing enterprises can see the raw materials such as sand and gravel purchased under the order, the region where they are produced, the time point of transportation, the carrier, etc. In the process of supply chain financial supervision experiment, when the pledge rate of building materials is within the range of [0.4206,1], the bank income under the block chain mode is higher. The system designed in this study realizes the certification and traceability of building materials and has good use value.

With the use of the traditional safety supervision system of special equipment, the job burnout of supervision participants and other supervision problems emerge endlessly, which leads to the supervision for the prevention of safety accidents being greatly weakened. In recent years, the significance of introducing new technology to improve the original supervision system for safety accident prevention has been constantly growing. In this paper, based on the current situation of China’s special equipment safety supervision, we summarize several specific requirements for improving the supervision system, namely efficient accident responsibility tracing, more transparent, more efficient data sharing, and integrating more functions. On this basis, we have designed a new system architecture, by introducing the permissioned blockchain technology, which can meet all the improvement requirements and adapt to the technical features of safety supervision work. The extensibility design of the system architecture can meet the new requirements in future work. The design idea of the system architecture can not only be used in the field of special equipment, but can also be used for reference by other fields with safety supervision requirements.

When project accidents happened, engineers will always become to the scapegoat, because the professional ethics of engineers require they to take the construction quality and public safety in the first place. However, a game analysis of every parties involved in the construction found that the business ethics and supervision system are equally important. So, it is unreasonably to attribute engineering accidents to the professional ethics of engineers unilateral and isolated. In order to solve the engineering accidents fundamentally, institutional building and ethics construction must be combined to a whole.

The dairy industry has become an important industry for increasing employment and peasants' income and optimizing agricultural structure, but the dairy public safety events frequently broke out. This paper firstly introduced the situation of dairy development and comprehensively analyzed the dairy public safety supervision system in China from supervision agencies and system, particularly from the dairy industry policies, laws and regulations, industry technical standards and quality-control system. The results showed that China’s dairy public safety is facing several outstanding problems such as unclear functions of public safety supervision departments, imperfect policies and laws, lack of testing methods and inspection standards, backward technical standards and so on. Finally, some policy-recommendations were put forward.
